We need to stop caring about what other people think and just learn by taking ACTION. Do it messy and see how much closer you get to your goal. The only thing standing in our way of pursuing what we love, is ourselves. Indulge in everything that calls your attention. Try many things and drop the ones that don't speak to your heart. How else are you gonna know if something is for you, if you don't even try? Fail and get back up. Go for it! The time is now

In honor of the Latin Grammys being tonight on Univision. I wanted to share my journey of writing Gloria Estefan's Single Cuando Hay Amor which is part of her album, Brazil 305, nominated for a Latin Grammy tonight! I can't believe I am saying that! In today's episode I talk about my journey of starting out as an intern, to songwriting with Emilio, to now being a part of the Latin Grammy Nominated Album by Gloria Estefan. What my schedule was like. How I got the opportunity to write with him and his team. What the songwriting process was like for writing the single. How he let me know Gloria was going to be adding it to her new project, Brazil 305. I tell all! I wanted to share this to inspire you all to not give up. I wrote this song with them in 2015… the song came out in 2020. It took 5 years for the world to hear it. You know what? It came out at the perfect time. The world had some very dark times in 2020. Cuando Hay Amor served as an anthem for love. More love. When there is love, all is well. Take this as an example that it's okay to celebrate your wins. You should be proud of the things you've accomplished. Don't let anyone take that away from you. No matter how big or small a win is, it's still a win and it still something to celebrate. That is what this podcast is all about.
