This week we finished up Non Non Biyori Repeat and see how country girls make do. Renge and the gang are back at it out in the boonies giving us one more glimpse of life before they head out one a new vacation adventure.

Kyo è la traduzione giapponese della parola Sutra, che indica un insegnamento del Budda Shakyamuni. Poichè Shakyamuni impartì i suoi insegnamenti solo oralmente, per mezzo quindi della voce, alla parola kyo è stato talvolta attribuito il significato di "Suono". Anche Nichiren affermò: "Kyo indica le parole e i discorsi, i suoni e le voci di tutti gli esseri viventi". La legge di Nam myoho renge kyo è materializzata nel Gohonzon. Quando nella nostra vita facciamo emergere la suprema condizione della Buddità, l'intera rete di cause ed effetti che costituisce il nostro karma personale si trasforma radicalmente, cominciando a basarsi sull'illuminazione anzichè sull'illusione e a operare dunque per favorire il nostro progresso e il nostro sviluppo come esseri umani.

Un po' di storia sulle origini di questo simbolo millenario. Sin dai tempi antichi gli esseri umani hanno riconosciuto la purezza e l'eternità implicite nell'immagine del fiore di loto, e probabilmente proprio per questo il fiore diventò il simbolo degli insegnamenti del budda Shakyamuni e della Legge stessa.

Nichiren interpreta myo come la realtà fondamentale che è al di là delle nostre capacità di percezione e ho come il mondo dei finomeni in costante mutamento. L'unione di questi due concetti, rappresentato dalla singola parola myoho, rilfette l'essenziale unità della realtà fondamentale e del mondo fenomenico.

La nostra pratica si basa sulla premessa che l'essenza di un sutra si trova nel suo titolo. Nichiren identifica myo ho renge kyo con il vero aspetto di tutti i fenomeni, con la realtà fondamentale o verità assoluta e con la natura buddica che è innata in tutti gli esseri senzienti e insenzienti. Recitando Nam Myo Ho Renge Kyo stiamo dedicando noi stessi alla Legge fondamentale di Myo ho renge kyo e amronizzando con essa la nostra vita; nel far ciò manifestiamo immediatamente la nostra innata natura buddica. Si può anche dire che quando recitiamo Nam myoho renge kyo ci colleghiamo alla nona coscienza attingendo da essa un' illimitata forza vitale

Bérengère a connu le yoga grâce à ses collègues qui l'ont motivée à participer à un cours lorsqu'elle travaillait dans une agence de communication. Ce cours a été son premier pas vers le yoga qui est devenu addictif !Le yoga est arrivé pile après son marathon et elle n'avait pas envie de se remettre à courir, pile au bon moment.Et c'était aussi un moment de sa vie où elle a commencé à s'ennuyer dans son travail et a commencé à se faire suivre par une coach professionnelle.A l'origine, Bérengère est bretonne, et a eu besoin de quitter sa ville natale pour aller faire sa vie à Paris. Et aujourd'hui, sa ville natale revient à elle.En 2018, elle entre dans une année très difficile, et même en cours de Yoga, elle avait du mal à lâcher prise.Mais elle s'est rendue compte que le yoga a été un des outils qui lui a énormément apportée pour son futur.Grâce au travail qu'elle a fait avec sa coach professionnelle, elle a décidé de se donner comme objectif d'aller à Bali. Elle a réussi à faire assez d'économies pour partir à Bali et a quitté son travail. There is a Buddhist chant popular in the Japanese Nichiren tradition called “Nam myoho renge kyo.” Nam means taking refuge. Myoho means pure dharma or wonderful law. Renge means lotus flower. And Kyo means sutra. Putting this together, one way to say the meaning of the phrase in English is “May I take refuge in the wonderful teachings of the Lotus Flower Sutra.” This refers to the extraordinary Buddhist text The Lotus Sutra which is thought by many to include the definitive teachings of the Buddha. If you are not a Buddhist, another way to translate the phrase that might be easier to say but that is still true to the meaning Buddha intended is “May I take refuge in the wonderful truth of an ending to suffering and an awakening to joy and love.” The underlying message of the Lotus Sutra is no different from the teachings described by all the great masters and the essential principle of the Serena system as well: that is, that who we are isn’t who we think it is and this confusion leads to an extraordinary amount of suffering. As far back to the Egyptian book of the dead and probably even further, there is this idea that words have extra-ordinary power and that when said in the right way and with the right intention, magical effects will be revealed.
