Democrats Operation Whitewash is in full effect as Axios and other Main Stream media look to Whitewash any negative stories involving Cameltoe. Yet if you're a Republican/Conservative like Nick Bosa they will dip up Tweets from decades ago to destroy you. Terrorists protestors storm Union Station in DC and burn American Flags. The DNC look to coronate Cameltoe weeks before the convention.
Climate catastrophism displays all the core features of a cultural entity, says Andy West, author of The Grip of Culture. Other cultural entities are religions, ideologies, sometimes cults and even strong philosophies. The underlying behavior is identical. You can measure it, and that is what Andy has done. “This comes from a deep behavioral legacy from our evolutionary past. We are very susceptible to groupthink.” Andy's most groundbreaking finding is that there is a close connection between religiosity and climate catastrophism. The correlation is almost perfect. But it is perhaps not intuitive: When unconstrained questions are asked about climate change, a large majority of people in religious countries will answer that it is dangerous, whereas a large majority of people in secular countries will be less worried. When constrained questions are asked, i.e. questions about the need to take action in different ways, the situation is exactly the opposite. A culture is always based on stories. If it were based on facts and truths, it would not be a culture. “If you want to glue millions of people together, it's not good to use rationality, it is actually better to bypass it and use emotion. If you base it on rational arguments, people will have different opinions or different angles on it.” The further distanced from truth, the better cultures work. Especially if authorities are on their side. If someone questions the culture, “it's bonkers”. End of argument. “Climate catastrophism detached from science a long time ago”, Andy says. Al Gore's climate film An Inconvenient Truth from 2006 was a turning point. “It was completely full of classic cultural memes. I started to research what was behind. I quickly realized it had left science already then.” Are there elitist agendas? “Yes, but they're not the prime cause. The prime cause is the culture, and the agendas have effectively taken advantage of the culture.” Andy points out that cultures are not bad per se. They are inevitable, and they can be either detrimental or beneficial. Civilizations are based on cultures. Without cultures, no team spirit. Isn't the climate disaster narrative a useful crisis for leaders who want to exert control? “It's not wrong, but it's not exactly right either. Leaders have taken advantage of it as it has grown.” Andy has found that the US is a special case. It isn't possible to just test two cultures, religion and climate catastrophism, in America as in most other countries. What complicates things is the Democrat/Liberal and Republican/Conservative tribalism “So the US effectively has four cultures. It ends up being a worst case scenario. Everybody is behaving culturally.” Will this new culture, climate catastrophism, come to an end, and if so, when and how? “It's in all our institutions and all our policies. It's in the heads of millions of people. It's not going to go away easily or quickly. I think it will evolve and change over time, like it has already.” Andy's book Andy's X account Climate Etc blog

Can we ever bridge our political divides here in the US? Every day, things seem to get worse. We argue over guns, abortion, civil rights, and whether removing state secrets from the White House and locking them in your safe at home constitutes a crime. But what would happen if people on both sides could engage in meaningful dialogue? What if we all took personal responsibility to spot the lies by getting curious and doing our homework? Today, I got to talk to a Twitter influencer I've been following for some time now, David Weissman. David and I discuss his story and how he grew up only consuming Conservative information and assumed it was all true. How we believed Democrats were trying to hurt this country and the shared values that attracted him to Trump's campaign in 2016. David talks about how one Twitter conversation with actress and comedian Sarah Silverman sparked his curiosity to dig deeper into the Constitution and pundit claims, where he realized how many fear-based lies he had been told. Having stood in both camps, I ask him what we should know about why the Conservative message resonates with people, and how he thinks we can find common ground one empathetic conversation at a time. Key Takeaways:Kindness and civil conversation will go further than name-calling or mudslinging ever will, regardless of which side of the conversational divide you are on. The magic of empathy is that if we can really deeply listen and understand that we can deeply listen without agreeing with each other, initially, we can at least have a conversation. People will not always change what they believe even when faced with facts. They have to be willing to change, do their own research, and see things from a different perspective. Sam and Emma host Blake Emerson, assistant professor at the UCLA School of Law, to discuss some of the recent rulings coming out of the 5th Circuit. Then, Sam and Emma are joined by Leah Litman, assistant professor at Michigan Law School and contributor to Slate, to discuss the recent SCOTUS ruling for Sen. Ted Cruz against the SEC. Emma and Sam start the show by diving into the US finally accepting trade with Venezuela, unsurprisingly centered on oil, the AP's acceptance that it was, despite everything Israel was saying, probably the IDF that murdered Shereen Abu Aqleh, Kushner and Mnunchin's ties to middle eastern oligarchs, and David Purdue doubling down on racism to win his primary and go up against Stacy Abrams. Then, Professor Emerson joins as they break down the recent ambush on the SEC in the Fifth Circuit, discussing WHAT this Texas-based circuit is, the appellate court's role, and why Jarkesy v SEC was chosen to break down regulatory and administrative capacities of the executive branch. Next, they look at what the case entailed, parsing why the SEC chose to prosecute George Jarkesy in an administrative court, and why, like other agencies from the FDA to the EPA, this ability allowed them to expressly enforce policy without relying on years-long court cases or having to sacrifice their expertise. Professor Emerson then dives into the actual decision, walking through the court's claims that it: 1) Violated the right to a jury; 2) violated the THEORETICAL non-delegation principle; and 3) violated the unitary executive theory, which, as a theory, is ALSO theoretical, and discusses how all three are incredibly outlandish decisions, particularly for a court that should be committed to Supreme Court precedent. Then Leah Litman hops in as she, Emma, and Sam look at the crumbling judicial infrastructure of constitutional rights in the US, from the Voting Rights Act to Roe v. Wade, and parses through Ted Cruz's own case brought against the SEC under the right to use post-election contributions to repay pre-election loans, and the state's commitment to poorly representing its constituents in Shinn v Martinez/Ramirez. And in the Fun Half: Emma and Sam are joined by Nomiki Konst as they discuss Fox and Friends gearing up for the general elections as they crackdown on Stacy Abrams letting down “The Blacks.” They also dive into the GA primaries, as the largely unpopular (for everyone, mind you) Mike Pence rallies behind Brian Kemp, Majorie Taylor Greene questions why we talk about the Buffalo shooting, when there were also other shootings with much lower death tolls and much less vitriolic inspiration, and guests on an MSNBC 1/6 panel explore the Antifa troublemakers behind the FBI behind the conservatives behind the 1/6 insurrection. TERFs slowly begin realizing that maybe rallying behind hatred won't get you love, plus, your IMs! It's Casual Friday! Sam and Emma host Ben Dixon of The Benjamin Dixon Show to round up the week in news. Then, Sam and Emma are joined by David Feldman of The David Feldman Show. Ben Dixon joins as they run through the Right's reaction to recent white supremacist mass shootings, following MTG's rejection of a domestic terror bill on the grounds that Black people are terrorists too, and Ben dives into the need for organized self-defense as racial terror from individuals and the state continues to heighten. Ben, Emma, and Sam then cover Tucker Carlson's claim that these people are being called white supremacists for their economic critiques of Joe Biden, like murdering 10 Black people in broad daylight, and Crowder asks why we don't object to Black neighborhoods, where, incidentally, Black people were forced into areas of exploitative economic, housing, and health policy. Ben then dives deeper into the role of algorithms as today's principal organizing factor for white supremacists, as it bolsters their commitment to controversial coverage in their clamor for celebrity, reinforcing the worst and most exploitative elements of society. Ben wraps up his time on the show by exploring his recent experiences with racialized violence in Jacksonville, and gives Sam and Emma a preview of an incredibly emotionally-charged song soon to be released. Next, Dave “David” Feldman joins as he dives into the horrible anti-semitism that has driven a wholesome political action committee like AIPAC to change its name and go through dark money avenues, reminds us of the importance of standing up for the Davids of this world (Zelenskyy, David Feldman, Howard Schultz) against the disastrous goliaths (Putin, Sam, wage workers), before also touching on his connection to unions (via Pinkerton, of course), and the importance of bearing his teeth. Sam and Emma also cover the continued destruction of Eastern Ukraine by Russia, and the massive impact it will have on starvation rates in the region, Elon's sexual harassment charges, and the NYT's shockingly bad coverage of Oklahoma's abortion ban. And in the Fun Half: Sam and Emma discuss the GOP's response to Fetterman's victory, as Dr. Oz goes the populist route of calling PA potheads lazy and calling out people who wear hoodies, before the Church MIlitant network gets one step ahead of every mainstream Republican as they proclaim that they're gunning for gay marriage, birth control, and casual sex next. Fox and Friends come out FOR the baby formula shortage, Sam from PA has an extended discussion on the massive impact abortion bans will have on disabled people and those with any number of medical conditions, Matt from NJ dives into rhetorical responses to freedom arguments, and Cynthia Lummis is showered by jeers as she tries to bring transphobia to a commencement address, plus, your calls and IMs! It's not just Benny Shapiro, it's literally legions more that are doing the very same thing- whitewashing the events of January 6th to make themselves feel good about being conservative republicans.. listen to Ben say "it was just a security lapse".. "when was democracy under threat?" none of this mitigates the reality that this was an insurrection that was incredibly close to breaking into the chambers of the House and Senate and dragging elected officials out into the streets..

According to the Left, they can question the 2016 election and scream fraud, but it's wrong to question the 2020 election because their side won.

It makes me sick! It’s like I can see if Robyn can come to court. It is funny how he used to tell me she had a restraining order against me. More lies...nothing new there. A Libertarian, a Republican Conservative and a-left leaning Independent discuss the Acquittal of President Trump. Did the Democrats play it wrong, or was this just sour grapes for the 2016 election, and will they try to impeach him again? Did the Democrats shoot themselves in the foot in 2020? We'll discuss that, Mitt Romney's vote to impeach, Nancy Pelosi's "immature" act at the State of the Union and Connecticut's religious exemption for vaccines.

Worst Republican ran states in America
The worst conservative cities in America.
We sat down with Attorney Manny Alicandro, whose extensive work on Wall Street in Compliance and Regulation and passion to improve the way of life in his hometown of New York City, is what motivated him to throw his hat into the political ring. With vast corporate experience and various degrees including an MBA from MIT, Manny ran on the Republican/Conservative ticket for NY Attorney General and then, for NYC Public Advocate. Although defeated, Manny has not given up on serving in public office. We talked about his positions on pertinent issues such as immigration and the homeless and the negative transformation he has seen NYC go through. Running as a Republican in a very Democratic territory, which is something he always has to defend, Manny is strategizing his next move, a very interesting discussion.

Corporate giants can use their control over Internet and financial chokepoints to almost accomplish this, but Bitcoin’s decentralized network means that regardless of how much corporate America hates some commentator, it can’t stop you from sending her cryptocurrency. If a Democrat wins the Presidency in 2020, I predict a serious attempt to close this loophole by criminalizing Bitcoins. Big tech has awoken to its power and started suppressing views it deems hateful. The Nazi website Stormfront was kicked off the Internet. Facebook, Apple, YouTube, and Spotify all decided, on the same day, to deplatform Alex Jones. Islam critic Lauren Southern has been kicked off Pateron, a service many use to raise funds from supporters. YouTube has demonitized and restricted videos from Jordan Peterson, Dave Rubin, and Gad Saad. President Trump has accused social media of “totally discriminating against Republican/Conservative voices.” Big tech wants … The post Banning Bitcoin to Complete Big Tech Censorship appeared first on Quillette.

The FBI Director fired by the President of the United States who is under investigation by the FBI for Russian influence in the elections. I guess that is the best way to put it. Comey's now former Bureau is in charge of that investigation. That is a big deal today and everyone is talking about it. The futures were down pretty good this morning after that news hit last night. Of course, things stabilized and the $DJIA is down fractionally and the $SPX and $COMP are up fractionally as I speak. Oil is up a couple of bucks. Guys, we go through these geopolitical worries a lot. They very rarely turn into catalysts. Meaning, almost every day, especially with Trump because of his tweeting activity being so prolific, he is in the news every day. And, then something like this, it’s real news. Is it a catalyst? It’s a worry. I was sick to my stomach a little bit this morning when I started reading about all of this. I didn’t watch it last night because I was taking care of Lyncoln. Amaris is up in Albuquerque at the hospital by the way and I am going to get out here this afternoon to go see her. I click on all these stories about Comey and read NY Times, Wall Street Journal, NY Daily News, NY Post. The NY Times is the Democrat/Liberals’ version of serious news. Wall Street Journal is the Republican/Conservative’s version of serious news. The Post is Republican/Conservative for “tabloid-ish” take on the news and the NY Daily news is that for Democrat/Liberals. This is one of those things I talk about all the time. That even those fine institutions I read every day, those historic storied institutions I read every day like this, they are all partisan. When you read their takes on news like today, the partisanship always rings clearly through if you go back-to-back in reading those newspapers. Going back to it, it made me worried reading all of those newspapers today. Their partisan takes, you know the Republican rags try to make it sound like it is no big deal or real positive and the Democrat rags make it sound like it is betrayal. The last time it happened, of course, was when Clinton fired his FBI Bureau Chief in 2003 and it sounded essentially almost like the same reported reasons that there was no confidence in the Director and the Director lost the ability to manage the FBI efficiently or well. So, I was worried about it. Yeah. I don’t like the optics of Trump the President being under investigation and firing the head of the Bureau that is supposed to be investigating him. A lot of what is happening with Trump and the volatility of it all worries me. Does that turn it into a catalyst though? That’s the rub. Does it become the catalyst that makes the markets crash or go lower even or get a 5% or 10% pullback to price in some of my internal worry and many other millions of Americans internal worries.
