And with such an accomplished CV it makes sense that he's a brilliant story teller with brilliant stories to tell. Like the time he pinched a celebs booze stash at Party in the Park; how he almost didn't do his first show at Capital thanks to nerves; and an unfortunate (but hilarious) selfie incident. For today's episode, I was able to talk with Rosie Ballard about your health while starting or maintaining a successful business! Rossie is such an amazing fitness professional who is so passionate about what she does. I admire her so much! Staying healthy, man, WHAT A STRUGGLE! It can be so hard! Trust me I have been there and I think we all have at some point. One thing that I got out of this episode was everyone is going to have their own definitions of “healthy”. And as long as you're maintaining your health to the standards you choose I promise you will be way more focused and successful in everything you do! And that doesn't apply to just physical health, but mental health as well! Mental health is so important. Your mind has so much control over everything you do. Making sure that you are mentally healthy and knowing that there are ways to help yourself out if you're struggling is such a game changer.
