Survival rooted programming is something we can all benefit from in our daily lives. In today's episode Steven Twohig Sr. describes how we can do this in order to take our subjective glasses off and start looking at the root cause of pain, joy, and elements our our reality. Steven is a guide and agent of change. A regular guy who has committed to mastering the art of transformation. Having spent well over the 10,000 hours required to master anything, his work with individuals has been profound. He guides you through obstacles keeping you stuck and provides a clear direction and strategy while helping you uncover shadows and limitations that keep you stuck. He was introduced to the practice of shadow work in April of 2000; that opened the door to a lifelong study of the practice. Shadow work is the practice of studying the unseen connection between people, places, things, and events. He thinks this is the root cause of suffering in this world.Steven spent a decade working for and studying under Tony Robbins. This allowed Steven to practice shadow work in a business setting on the international stage. One of Steven's proven specialties in the business world is seeing what others don't. He is currently an integration coach and lead shadow work guide for clients working with plant medicine. Each journey can take months to unpack, and without support, it can be near impossible to unravel. He runs multiple online integrations and mastermind groups to support integration. He focuses on closing the gap between traditional medicine and the western mind and bring the insights and bringing the innovation that plant medicine provides to everyone wanting more out of their life. He created a groundbreaking app to support his clients' integration journey that bridges the gap between the experience and returning home to make the change stick. He holds a certification in business strategy through Cornell University and is certified in strategic intervention coaching by RMT and NLP through Dr. Will Horton. He is a certified psychedelic and transformational integration coaching through Being True to You. Steven has spent over 20 years studying business strategy, integration, and implementation.
