It's officially postseason time, so we're running through the full 2025-2026 College Football Playoff: Alabama at Oklahoma, Miami at Texas A&M, Tulane at Ole Miss, and James Madison at Oregon. Then we look ahead to the quarterfinals and the teams with byes (Texas Tech, Indiana, Ohio State, and Georgia), including what the bracket means for Georgia's Sugar Bowl matchup. We also get into the chaos of coaching changes happening during the playoff and what that does to teams like Ole Miss and Tulane. And yes, we debate the 12-team format, the auto-bids, and why some teams feel like they're set up to get steamrolled. The Alabama Crimson Tide was embarrassed by the Georgia Bulldogs 28-7 in the SEC Championship Game Saturday night. Georgia Football completely controlled Alabama Football's offense the entire game on the way to their second consecutive SEC title. The loss by Alabama created some drama on Selection Sunday for the College Football Playoff. Alabama stayed as the #9 team while the Notre Dame Fighting Irish fell out of the rankings and were replaced by The Miami Hurricanes. The top spot is taken by the Indiana Hoosiers who won the Big Ten Championship by beating the Ohio State Buckeyes 13-10. That allowed Indiana to reach #1 for the first time in school history. The Texas Tech Red Raiders locked down their spot and eliminated the BYU Cougars with a 34-7 demolition in the Big 12 Championship Game.
