This power move sidesteps U.S. tech restrictions and could shake up the AI game by making top-tier tech accessible to all. China's AI Data Center Boom Goes Bust—Empty Servers EverywhereChina went all-in on AI, building over 500 data centers to ride the hype. Fast forward, and up to 80% of that computing power is just sitting idle. Turns out, many projects were rushed without real demand, leaving ghost data centers and investors sweating.WeChat Adds AI Chatbot 'Yuanbao' to Keep You HookedTencent just dropped 'Yuanbao,' an AI chatbot you can add as a friend on WeChat. No extra app needed—just chat directly in the app. It's all about making WeChat even more of a one-stop-shop, keeping you engaged without bouncing to other platforms. Today, we're kickin' of the process of creating your ultimate 2025 training plan and strategy. Oooo yes we are girl. I'm going to take you through a core theme—Simple, Right, Better, Deeper—that will guide everything you do in your training and health this year. You don't need to do more—you need to do the right things better and go deeper into them. I'll also break down the three non-negotiables you need for a strong plan—structured training, eating enough damn food, and proper recovery. Let's create a plan that's elegant, simple, and something you can actually stick to. Sound good? Let's dive in. Key Takeaways 1. Your 2025 Core Theme: Simple, Right, Better, Deeper Simple: Strip it back. You don't need more variety or complexity—you need simplicity. Simple = consistent. Right: What's right for you right now? Where's your body at? What's the season of your life? Focus on what you need in this moment. Better: It's not about adding more—it's about improving what's already working. Dial it in. Make it better. Deeper: You don't need to find the next shiny thing—you need to go deeper into the foundational stuff: proper training, eating, and recovery. 2. Three Essentials for 2025 A Proper Training Program: No random workouts, no guessing. You need a structured plan that meets you where you're at, helps you move better, and builds serious strength. Eat Enough Damn Food: Food is fuel. If you want more energy, more strength, and better results, you need to eat. Period. 3. Rest and Recovery: Sleep, manage your stress, get outside, and move intentionally. Recovery isn't optional—it's essential.Set Less Goals (Less is More) Stop overloading your plate. Pick 1-2 key goals and focus on them. Shift from long-term planning to shorter-term blocks: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days max.Close the Expectation-Reality Gap - So many of us set goals based on where we want to be rather than where we are. You can't expect big results if your foundation isn't strong. Focus on building health first, then performance, and aesthetics will follow. 5. Traffic Light Assessment Use the traffic light system to figure out what needs your attention: Red: Stop. Needs urgent focus. Orange: Needs improvement. Green: Good to go—keep doing it. 6. The Warrior School Framework: Health, Performance, Aesthetics Health: This is your foundation. Hormonal health, metabolic balance, and nervous system resilience matter. Performance: Train with intention. Learn how to move well, own your movement, and build strength. Aesthetics: This is a byproduct of doing the first two well. It happens over time as you go deeper into health and performance. I want you to join me for a free live workshop where I'll guide you through this process. We'll use this core theme and my Warrior School framework to build your ultimate 2025 training plan - sign up will be out this week.

#conspiracies #truecrime #crimestory The Ramblings (You Won't Believe the Lies!) from a Convicted Murderer Psychopathic Father. Back in the 1990s, after Collier's father was in prison for murdering his mother, he was interviewed live on a radio program called What's Right What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Speaking from prison, Collier's father professed his innocence while discussing the conspiracies and crooked law enforcement he claims were out to frame him. For the very first time, Collier listens to his dad's interview as he records this episode. Hear his responses and outrage to the lies his father peddles as he tries to clear his name by smearing Collier's dead mother. * Hear what Collier's father has to say about Collier just a few years after he took to the witness stand to help convict his father in his mother's murder. * Smuggling gold and dr*gs on the black market? * The wild explanations Collier's father gave for his wife's disappearance and death. The right wing is generating and amplifying a lot of fear-based, demonizing messaging that is driving polarization. And for many of the purveyors of this messaging, polarization is part of the point. It's one of the strategic objectives. It can be very tempting as a nonprofit leader to say that doesn't have anything to do with us. We're a nonpartisan organization, that's all political stuff and it doesn't affect us. But the fact is it does affect all of us in a number of significant ways. And if we don't counter it, it could do lasting harm to the work that we do, the people we serve and our ability to build support for that work.In this episode, we reveal:The key themes of right wing messaging that can undermine support for your work and the people you serveHow nonprofit leaders are uniquely positioned to undo the damage of polarizing and demonizing messaging from the rightWhat you should never do when countering damaging messagingThe number one question to ask to set up your successful counter-messagingWhy you should avoid using “myths and facts” messagingHow to build in successful counter-messaging throughout your advocacy messaging systemIf you found value in this episode, please share it with other progressive nonprofit leaders. And I'd be grateful if you would leave a rating and review on Apple podcasts, which will help even more people find out about this podcast. Thanks!

Every wonder what it's like to be in the mind of an INFP? This is one of many metaphors I've explored on my own about myself. If you're interested in this, I'd love to take a journey with you! :) It might open your eyes, you never know!Key elements to "lost in the woods"The spotlight and the ground - I feel like my every move is being watched. I'm under pressure to perform. It's like hiding in plain sight - everybody knows. I'm afraid to put my foot down and take a stand for myself. It's hard to move forward, and easier to explore my past or beat myself up.Left - I've left an empty and scary past. I still live there as a child. My childhood revolved around what happened in that house. It's left to me to explore. There's nothing remaining from that time except for my innocence. Maybe it's best left unexplored. There isn't really much left.Right - What's right is often painful. But is it actually "right" for me? I've learned that I need to do the right thing and push through hardships and painful times to get to a place of relief. What's right isn't necessarily what I look forward to or aspire to. Don't let the fear of embracing new people sidetrack me and take me down a painful path. All those emotional "cuts" don't really amount to anything - I end up alone and still lost.Behind - Where I came from. I've always felt like something / someone was watching over me. What's behind me? Nothing special. It's easier to turn around and go back - and not scary. Front - Scary, pressure, people watching and waiting for me to make a move. When I lighten up, it's easier to embrace (and be embraced) by others. There are tons of eager, friendly faces out there if I get close to them. I'm only alone in the dark if I fight it. I have to face my peers. Where I'm going is scary, but it doesn't have to be.Original video: https://youtu.be/vtvlsA9CMtI?si=uabzrndwZxsobWL6****Connect and Support Geek Psychology #geekpsychology ****FREE 8 Hero Personality Assessment: https://geekpsychology.com/ Support the show

Sharing some Big Virgo Wisdom coming through lately in my court and it feels so yummy to share this with you here in the Moon to Moon space. This phrasing for Virgo from Esoteric Astrology feels like such a rich zone for listening and healing alchemy right now. What does it mean to be both the "mother" and vessel shaper of ourselves, of our lives? What does it mean to also be the child of ourselves, of our lives? This is not an easeful zone for contemplation because most of us have such activation when it comes to what we've been served from systemically unskillful Virgo energy. Many of us have been on the receiving end of harsh Virgo - especially to ourselves! This is the zone of the Inner Critic so I understand that caregiving here is frightening to consider. I feel that right now we're being asked to release how we're thinking about something that's going on in our lives. And I offer this Mother / Child medicine of Virgo as a way in. Virgo invites us to attune to what's up. To learn from it. To adapt based on this new information. And then to refine as you go. Attune - Learn - Adapt - Refine... This is Virgo. This isn't always easeful for those of us afraid to really show up, unsure how we feel about inhabiting a body here on the planet, afraid we'll do it wrong if we try, worried we can't trust ourselves to show up the way we might want to, convinced it's easier to just not have a refining process or a practice. My invitation is to gently start where you are and sit with what comes up to be witnessed and released as you listen here and live with what lands. In the episode, I also offer this tarot spread for you. It's 6 cards in a pyramid shape: TOP 1 card: What is the situation? This refers to whatever part of your life where you sense you're learning the most because you're being challenged to learn and adapt: a relationship, some aspect of your work, a way you're approaching something. MIDDLE 2 cards: Left: How am I the mother of this situation? Right: How am I the child? BOTTOM 3 cards: Left: What does Mercury want me to remember? Middle: What does Mercury want me to release? Right: What else do I need to know? Enjoy! Let me know how it goes. Tag me if you share! For sure the "situation" in my field right now is learning how to be the co-mother and the child of Astrology as Praxis. It's expanding and challenging who I think I am in radical, unforeseen ways. My collaborator Jonathan Koe and I are still talking with folks interested in joining. Our curriculum explores various portals to approaching and integrating astrology into our lives - as a practice for unlocking creativity, questioning consensus reality, and remembering our participation in the cosmic body. You will be transformed at a cellular level. We begin our journey on Sep 10, 2022. If you have been resonating with Astrology as Praxis, then you're likely meant to be with us. Please don't let financial concerns be the only barrier. Reach out to me at britten@brittenlarue.com and let's work it out. This is shaping up to be a cohort of such clear and bright resonance. It's too big an investment for anyone to sign up who only kind of wants it! If you feel called to our work, then you're going to find so many friends and colleagues in this space who resonate with you at profound spiritual, intellectual, and emotional levels. These are your covert teachers, coaches, and cheerleaders! +++ Podcast art: Angela George. Podcast music: Jonathan Koe.
Back in the 1990s, after Collier's father was in prison for murdering his mother, he was interviewed live on a radio program called What's Right What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Speaking from prison, Collier's father professed his innocence, while discussing the conspiracies and crooked law enforcement he claims were out to frame him. For the very first time, Collier listens to his dad's interview as he records this episode. Hear his responses and outrage to the lies his father peddles as he tries to clear his name by smearing Collier's dead mother. A listener writes Collier about her own trauma and struggles with an abusive relationship she fought to escape from. Hear what Collier's father has to say about Collier, just a few years after he took to the witness stand to help convict his father in his mother's murder. Smuggling children, gold, and drugs on the black market? The wild explanations Collier's father gave for his wife's disappearance and death. Many of us work with - and manage - people 30 years older or younger than we are. And sometimes it can feel like there's a bit of dissonance between the "wisdom and experience" that Gen X and Boomers can bring, and the "innovative energy" of those in their twenties and thirties. So what, and how, can both learn from each other? Isabel (Gen X) explores how reverse mentoring programmes are bridging the generation gaps in a growing number of organisations. She talks to Alvaro Romero Artigas, a (Gen X) senior manager at Santander, the bank, and to his mentor, Philippa Whelan (a young Millennial) who have been in a reverse mentoring partnership since 2018. Josh Chaffin, the FT's New York correspondent (Gen X), talks about the different expectations of younger colleagues and the importance of making an effort to know colleagues with different cultural reference points - and that's not just an age thing. Plus, Josh challenges Isabel's fixed ideas about corporate culture. He says that younger staff and new staff can help change culture from the bottom up - it's not just about older people passing on their institutional knowledge. Want to read more ? Episode 9 opens with yet another bit running out of control as the boys entertain a world completely dominated by peanut butter being the most important life commodity. Reddit user KingManTheSaiyan brings us The Weekly Prompt: The seven aspects of the universe gathered in the room, Good, Evil, Life, Death, Order, Chaos, and Dave, from accounting. Discussions ensue over the origin of Dave's power over all forms of currency, as well as the greatest galactic redemption arc for all accountants everywhere. Taha brings in Harry Potter and the Start of Something New by author UnwrittenLegacy, a High School Musical / Harry Potter crossover. Harry, after taking a hiatus from Hogwarts after the death of Sirius Black and being displaced by the Dursley's, is sent to the Muggle world in ABQ, New Mexico to reside with the Evans family (a distant relation of his mother). How will Harry adjust to Muggle high school, specifically, in the midst of a particularly robust theatre scene? Hunter follows up with A Glitch of Thrones by author Right What is Wrong. This hilarious story accurately takes the all-too-familiar glitch-factory that is the beloved video game, Skyrim, and merges it into the narrative of Game of Thrones. Complete with awkwardly flying dragons, radish surfing, open-air pitfalls, and plenty of random thrashing, this tale packs plenty of nostalgia through the lens of another fantasy world.
It's exciting to plan for the future, set fun goals, and dream big for your business, but you also need to figure out how you'll reach those goals. If you don't know where you are, it's hard to know how to get to where you want to be. Today, I want to talk about how you can assess and evaluate where your business is right now so you can see the path to where you want to be in 2019. Make sense? Great! Let's get started. End of the Year Business Review Organizing and evaluating the major projects you did in 2018 is a great first step toward planning for 2019. Start by creating four columns and sorting projects into these four categories: right, wrong, missing and confused. RIGHTWhat worked well? What was a huge success or helped you gain momentum? These are things that you want to maximize, amplify, and do more of next year. WRONGWhat didn't work? Did you have a setback or a challenge? Did some of your results disappoint you? If so, it's okay! Making mistakes shows you are taking risks and pushing the limits. The important thing is that you learn from your experiences and stop spending time on these things. MISSINGWhat opportunities were overlooked? Was there something you should have done, but didn't? Maybe it was something you didn't know you should do at the time, but you know now. These are things you are going to add. CONFUSEDWhat needs a little more explanation or better processes? Was there something you had to help customers or your team understand multiple times? These are the things you should clarify. This is a great exercise for your business as a whole, but I'd also recommend you do this for the main areas of your business: sales, marketing, operations, money, team and time management. Evaluating your business's strengths and weaknesses will help you finish the year strong and start the new year even better that last year. Related: Ep 61: Learning From Failure: How to Dust Yourself Off and Move Forward How to Wrap Up the Year and Finish Strong with John Felkins John Felkins is one of our very own Entreleadership Executive Coaches here at Ramsey Solutions. John is on a mission to help business leaders reach their maximum potential. He guides leaders and small-business owners to cut through white noise and helps them make real progress on their journey to becoming the best, most accomplished version of themselves. John Felkins started his professional life as a project management engineer and realized his passion was actually coaching and consulting. After creating a consulting firm, he went to an Entreleadership event, fell in love with the principles, then quickly joined the Entreleadership team to help launch the highly successful Entreleadership coaching program. In this episode, John Felkins and I discuss how to work in your sweet spot and how to wrap up the year and finish strong. We talk about: Why it's important to use your gifts with your work and not force yourself to do a job that doesn't come naturally The main things you need to identify and assess in your business before the year ends Practical questions to ask yourself to end the year strong The metrics to know now in order to improve your business next year Knowing your business vitals and why that's important for your profit and loss Identifying the actual cost of doing business, so you can make adjustments to improve in the future Why putting your phone down will help you avoid distractions and serve your customers better Related: How to Stay Focused and Eliminate Distractions in Your Business Get a Running Start on Your Year We all know the holidays are a crazy busy time of year.
