So we have a great show for everyone on this one.  We had 2 guests come on that have over 90 years total coaching experience and another guest that is following in their footsteps.Wayne Hancock started coaching in 1976 and was mostly a baseball coach at Cushing Academy.  Chocked in over 400 wins in his career and 8 prep school championships.  Stephen Hancock his brother started his coaching at Gardner High School as the girls basketball coach and has over 750 wins in his career as a head coach. Was named coach of the year in the 1994-1995 season at Franklin Pierce.  He also brought them to the NCAA Tournament many times.  Both of these gentlemen have been named into the Coach's Hall of Fame.We also brought Wayne's son Jaime on and he is an AAU coach for 8th grade boys.  We wanted to see how he started coaching but with these two men in front of him to show him the way, why wouldn't he?  Jaime has a lot of great insight into what has made him want to follow in his father's and uncle's footsteps and what he has done the same or different.Talk with these three gentlemen was an absolute privilege and was just awesome.  I hope we have them back on again soon and I hope everyone enjoys this as much as we did!!

He served in the USAF for five years, and the Air National Guard for four years. He started writing songs in his early twenties. He recorded a couple of songs in the late 1960s. He started writing poetry in the 1970s to share with others. He self-published them on Amazon in 2013. He still felt the need to write something different.
