The Black Tech Unplugged podcast is an exceptional platform that shines a much-needed light on the experiences and achievements of African Americans in the tech industry. As a young African American male in tech, it is empowering to hear stories of others who look like me and have succeeded in this field. The podcast format and Deena's interview style are captivating, featuring a diverse range of guests with various backgrounds and experiences. The stories shared truly resonate and provide valuable insights for anyone in or outside the tech industry.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the representation it offers. By showcasing the stories of African Americans in tech, it breaks barriers and inspires others to pursue their passions in this field. The guests share humble stories and talk about their paths to success, offering invaluable advice for networking, setting goals, and navigating social media platforms effectively. It also addresses topics such as race relations without an aggressive approach, providing honest accounts that promote understanding.

The worst aspect of this podcast is its somewhat inconsistent sound quality. There is room for improvement in that aspect to enhance the overall listening experience. However, it should be noted that while sound quality matters, content reigns supreme, and this podcast excels in offering insightful conversations and opinions on topics often not covered well by people from various backgrounds.

In conclusion, The Black Tech Unplugged podcast fills a crucial gap by highlighting the accomplishments of African Americans in technology. Deena's interview style is engaging, allowing guests to share their unique journeys into tech and providing listeners with inspiration and motivation. While there may be some room for improvement in sound quality, the content itself makes this show a must-listen for anyone interested in gaining depthful insights into diverse perspectives within the tech industry.

Arlan Hamilton shook the tech world when she hopped on the scene in 2015.
