Most people fear voices in their heads. He built his whole life on them. When a friend invited him on a quick car ride, the voices didn't gently nudge him. They screamed at him not to go. Hours later, that friend was dead. To the outside world he was just intuitive, gifted, “lucky.” A brilliant human resources manager who could read people like open books. But behind every perfect decision, every narrow escape, there was a real haunting—a “team” of entities guiding his career, his marriage, even the moment they told him it was finally time to leave. They weren't just ghosts. They were organized. Intelligent. A choir. In the dark, they finally told him the truth: he'd been “chosen,” part of a chain of witnesses stretching farther than memory.  When he tried to ignore them for just one day, everything fell apart. Welcome to Episode 74 of our Mediumship Podcast! In this episode, Tabs shares a chilling yet eye-opening story about a doll with unexpected spiritual energy—and the deeper truth behind what was really happening. She explains what was revealed through this experience and how understanding the energetic and spiritual layers behind it can help us release fear and approach the unknown with curiosity and confidence. If you've ever felt uneasy around an object, wondered whether energy can linger, or been curious about the connection between Spirit and physical items, this episode will help you see it all through a grounded and empowering lens.Tune in for an unexpected story that blends mediumship, energy awareness, and a few goosebumps—all with a powerful message about trust and perception.ONLINE GROUP PAST LIFE REGRESSIONhttps://www.tabsmccaffrey.com/past-life-regressionMediumship 101 Class https://www.tabsmccaffrey.com/development-pageInterested in booking a 1:1 session with Tabs? Not every episode that looks like a seizure is one, and for pediatricians, distinguishing the difference can be challenging. Few moments in the clinic can feel as urgent, or as uncertain, as evaluating spells. In this episode, we unravel the mysteries of seizures and their mimics to prevent misdiagnosis and avoid unnecessary intervention. This episode was recorded on the exhibit floor at the 2025 American Academy of Pediatrics Conference in Denver, Colorado. Joining us is Shavonne Massey, MD. She is a neurologist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Some highlights from this episode include:  Differentiators between seizures and mimics  What pediatricians can do when a child is experiencing a seizure  Key factors they can look for during an exam  Most common seizure mimics that present in children depending on age  For more information on Children's Colorado, visit: childrenscolorado.org.

Once upon a time, there were autistic, ADHD, and anxious kids and teens who struggled with staying on topic during a conversation. Some of the kids in this group continued talking about something, even when it was clear to everyone else that no one was interested in continuing to talk about that topic. Some students changed the topic every time they asked a question, unaware that others in the group had a hard time keeping up with all the changes and randomness, and that it really wasn't a conversation, it was more like an interview. And some of the kids had a hard time recognizing when others changed the topic, so they continued making comments about topics that the group had moved on from. There were also students in this group who got frustrated when the topic changed, because they still wanted to keep talking about that topic, and so they weren't able to change and shift with the group when the topic changed, as it always does.I created the lesson I'm sharing this week for all of these students. In this lesson, students learn how and when to change the topic appropriately, why they or others may choose to change the topic, and how to handle topic changes that they weren't wanting or expecting.

Most partners don't fall out of love— they fall out of care.In this powerful episode, marriage coach Kameran Thompson Alareqi breaks down why “care” is more than acts of service, more than love languages, and more than doing the dishes. It's about being noticed, being considered, and being held in mind.Too many couples secretly believe:“My partner doesn't care about me.”And the truth is…it's rarely intentional neglect. It's almost always a lack of awareness, emotional attunement, and early conditioning that taught people to be “I-focused” instead of “we-focused.”In this episode, you'll learn how to rebuild a culture of care inside your home—one grounded in emotional connection, presence, and shared responsibility.

Guest and HostGuest: Marco Ciappelli, Co-Founder, ITSPmagazine and Studio C60 | Website: https://www.marcociappelli.comHost: Sean Martin, Co-Founder at ITSPmagazine, Studio C60, and Host of Redefining CyberSecurity Podcast & Music Evolves Podcast | Website: https://www.seanmartin.com/Show NotesIn this candid episode of Music Evolves, Sean Martin and Marco Ciappelli unpack the creative, ethical, and deeply personal tensions surrounding AI-generated music—where it fits, where it falters, and where it crosses the line.Sean opens with a clear position: AI can support the creative process, but its outputs shouldn't be commercialized unless the ingredients—i.e., training data—are ethically sourced and properly licensed. His concern is grounded in authorship and consent. If a model learns from unlicensed tracks, even indirectly, is it sampling without credit?Marco responds by acknowledging how deeply embedded influence is in all creative acts. As a writer and musician, he often discovers melodies or storylines in his own work that echo familiar structures—not out of theft, but because of lived experience. “We are made of what we absorb,” he says, drawing parallels between human memory and how AI models are trained. But the critical difference? Humans feel. They reinterpret. They falter. They declare their intent. AI does none of that—at least, not yet.The discussion isn't anti-technology. Instead, it's about boundaries. Both Sean and Marco agree that tools like neural networks can be fascinating collaborators. But when those tools start to blur authorship or generate perfect replicas of a human's imperfection—say, the crackle of a vinyl or the slide of a finger across a string—what are we really listening to? And who, if anyone, should profit from it?They wrestle with questions of transparency (“Did you write that… or did AI?”), authorship (“If you like it but don't know it's AI, does it matter?”), and commercialization (“Is it still your art if someone else feeds it to a machine?”). And perhaps most importantly, they invite you to answer for yourself.

And we give thanks to Cory Doctorow for his theoretical underpinning to the episode, which also features in the title!
