I invited Yuli Avila, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who also obtains her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Bakersfield California. Yuli has her Masters Degree from California State University Bakersfield and has dedicated her career to focus on helping the perinatal population. Yuli agreed to do this podcast to be able to reduce the stigma of mental health issues for pregnant and postpartum families and to be able to discuss sensitive topics related to it.
