    Stop Following Dr. Simeons Original HCG Diet Many people have great success following Dr. Simeon's original HCG diet, which includes me, eleven years ago. However, over the years, I've coached thousands of people to massive success using our advanced HCG diet approach; I know why people have success the first time and then have difficulty repeating that success. The weight loss they've achieved is often a combination of water, body fat, and lean muscle, which subsequently causes rapid rebound weight gain. This is due to the deficient protein intake recommended by Dr. Simeon's original 3.5 oz protein rules. After a great deal of research and reverse engineering, I discovered that putting meal combinations together following the actual Simeon's meal plan, the calorie count was far less the minimum daily caloric intake required by Dr. Simeons himself. Most people, when following his original recommendations, are eating closer to 375 to 450 calories a day, which in turn puts their bodies into starvation mode, forcing it to look for lean muscle as an additional source of protein. This will cause muscle loss, eventually slow down the metabolism, and cause continuous weight stalls and frustration.     COVID-19 is more likely to kill black Americans, and for those that survive, the pandemic will take a devastating toll on their jobs and future earning potential, a new McKinsey & Co. report finds. Black Americans are about 30% more likely than white Americans to have health conditions that exacerbate the effects of the virus, such as hypertension and diabetes, the report published Tuesday says. Black workers are also overrepresented in high-contact essential services, making up 33% of nursing assistants and 39% of hospital orderlies. “Black workers are putting their lives and health on the line,” the report reads.  The black community will also probably take a disproportionate hit from the economic fallout of the pandemic. A nationwide lockdown has put more jobs held by black people at risk, the report finds. They are almost twice as likely to live in the counties and work in positions at the highest risk of immediate and long-standing economic disruption. An estimated 39% of jobs held by black workers are at risk, compared with 34% for white workers. This disease is revealing an underlying weakness in the black community and its poor health, bad eating habits, chronic—illnesses like diabetes, heart disease, and ovesity. "Would you be open to the concept that you have created every aspect of your life that you feel is not working for you," I asked Steve to clarify what he meant. If you don't like how your wife speaks to you, you created that. If your business isn't running like a well-oiled machine and isn't as profitable as you'd like, you created that. If your relationships with your children, family members, friends, customers are not flourishing, you created that. If you don't like the way you look and feel, you created that. He went on and on covering every complaint I have uttered about my life during our past sessions and ask me one last question... DO YOU WANT A BETTER, HAPPIER, HEALTHIER MORE LOVING LIFE? ARE YOU WILL TO TAKE ON A TASK THAT WILL LEAD YOU TO THE LIFE YOU SO RICHLY DESERVE? I answered YES, Steve then ask me what part of my life did I want to work on first, and without hesitation, I said my relationship with my fantastic wife, Jayne.     Finding Your "Authentic Beauty & Strength." With Ashley Drummonds For a long time I was pursuing what everybody wants, and that is to have "abs". I did the whole egg whites, broccoli, chicken, bland foods to prepare for photo  and video and shoots, I would lose weight, but I was miserable and hated eating! Every single time I would have to prepare for a photo shoot, I knew I would have to return to 5 egg whites,1/2 cup oats, broccoli, chicken, etc. I love doing my photo shoots, but hated the meal prep involved in getting the look and body composition I wanted. So I would find myself having to count the days until my next "cheat meal". After A LOT of testings, I finally created the first Vanilla Cake Batter  Pancake and was hooked! I ate these every morning instead of the traditional "diet foods" I normally would eat to prepare for my photo shoots. I ending up not only feeling better, but looking leaner and stronger for this shoot then the one prior! I decided to turn ABS pancakes into a product in order to help other men and women find an easier way to stick to a nutrition plan without feeling deprived, or like they're always dieting! :) The ABS name is an acronym for "Authentic Beauty & Strength" because I found my "authentic" path.
