Between 2010 and 2020 women only made up 16% of all UK IT professionals. Additionally the shortfall in cyber security skills professionals dropped from 4.07 million last year but still remains at a surprisingly huge 3.12 million in 2020. Can a solution be found to these two problems through gender diversity?
