SETTING GOALS: Aim to set realistic goals over unrealistic and knowing the difference is crucial for success. LIMITING BELIEFS: are thoughts, opinions that one believes to be the absolute truth. They tend to have a negative impact on one's life by stopping them from moving forward and growing on a personal and professional level. GET CURIOUS: Ask yourself what's no longer serving me and needs to go? DETOXING: Your body mentally, physically, and spiritually is important. AGE OF TECHNOLOGY: We live in a time full of nonstop stressors BALANCE: It's crucial to create good boundaries and balance around technology. It's an incredible tool if we utilize it properly HABITS: it takes your brain 21 days to create a new habit/ routine and 90 days to make a lifestyle change CONSISTENCY: is crucial for long term sustainable change ANTI INFLAMMATORY DIET DETOX: Helps your body detox from a cellular level to lose weight, reduce inflammation, boost energy, and create a better relationship with food. BE A DETECTIVE: Of your own body and allow yourself to figure out what's holding you back from losing weight and feeling your overall best. This detox will help give you the clues to figure out what's happening in your body. WHAT TO ELIMINATE: Processed or fried foods, dairy, caffeine, grain, eggs, sugar, alcohol, and soy. FOODS TO INCLUDE (ORGANIC PREFERRED): Vegetables, Meat / Fish (pasture-raised, wild-caught) Fruit, Beans, Nuts / SeedsWater (purified) – aim for ½ body weight in oz. of filtered or spring water per day When to Eat: 3 meals per day, 1-2 snacks, eat within 90 minutes of waking up, eat at least 2 hours before bed, and don't go longer than 4 hours without eating. This kind of fat is protective. VISCERAL FAT: lies deep within the abdominal walls and surrounds the organs; this kind of fat is dangerous and harmful ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET: Can help your body learn what it feels like to feel good. Reduce pain, inflammation, and lose weight. FOOD INTOLERANCES: Cause an inflammatory response in the body.     Holy crap, my friends, can you fricking believe that we've come upon the year anniversary of pandemic life? When everything started to shut down, and we all felt this sense of uncertainty, we had no idea what the months following would bring. But here we are, a newer, resilient, and more powerful version of ourselves. Today I wanted to share the incredible lessons and takeaways that my clients and I have learned as we navigated through this bizarre time. In Today's Episode we'll be Learning About: ·      LETTING GO: We had to learn on the next level how to let go of control. Seeing that life can change overnight and allowing yourself to roll with the punches and not try to plan every second of every day. ·      SHEDDING LIGHT: What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Well, this episode is for you! I'll help you work on eliminating that voice inside your head and live the life YOU want. In today's episode, we'll be learning about: ·      INNER CRITIC + Negative Self Talk: We all get bombarded by the voices in our heads telling us we're not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, etc ·      PROGRAMMING: We get programmed with stories and identities just like a computer system. It's up to us to allow those programs to run or not. ·      WE MAKE MISTAKES: Sometimes, we have to remind ourselves that we're humans and make mistakes. It's about using our mistakes as lessons to help us grow. ·      Habits: Look at the habits you've formed over time and ask yourself if they're benefiting you or not. If not, journal on them and get some answers as to why they started and how you can stop them. ·      JOURNALING: Get your Journal out and start brain dumping behaviors, self-talk, and start to recognize and see patterns to stop what no longer serves you. ·      IT'S NEVER TOO LATE: To start living life on a more positive note.     Being Transparent: I Was a HOT Mess | PA14

    I have to be transparent with everyone, I've fallen off the rocker the last month. I have this repetitive pattern that comes up to get me every now and then, and it dragged me down really hard over the holidays. I've battled ADHD, anxiety, and depression on and off over the last 30 years. I'm human just like you, and I have good days and bad days. Sometimes my bad days can turn into multiple weeks. It's about recognizing the behaviors and learning from mistakes and coming out on top in the end. With a little grace, compassion, and determination you can overcome anything. In today's episode, we'll be learning about: ·      FULL TRANSPARENCY: It's ok not to be ok ·      TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF: Fully embodying how you feel, not just physically but emotionally. ·      PUT YOUR OXYGEN MASK ON FIRST: It's essential to take care of yourself before others. Don't put yourself on the back burner. ·      GET LOST: It's easy to fall victim to getting stuck in your head in stories and problems. Remembering to step back and be the observer looking in at yourself can help pull you out. ·      WE ARE HUMAN: We make mistakes, have hard times, and get stuck in our stories.     What a crazy wild ride this year has been. None of us would ever have predicted we'd be living and navigating through a pandemic. Although this year was a shitstorm we learned so many lessons along the way. I'd love to share with y'all a year-end recap of what powerful lessons I've learned and how they've helped me become a better person. In today's episode, we'll be learning about: ·      DUMPSTER FIRE: Although most of us felt like this year was a total dumpster fire. I see it as throwing all the crap that no longer serves us into a dumpster and setting all that crap on fire. ·      SHEDDING LIGHT: What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. In today's episode, we'll be learning about: ·      THE EIGHT PILLARS OF REDUCING STRESS: Balanced meals, Meditation, Water, Exercise, Sleep, Limit Caffeine, Supplements, and Human Connection. ·      BALANCED MEALS: Eating a healthy diet can reduce the negative effects of stress on your body ·      MEDITATION: It's a simple technique that reduces stress. It helps promote emotional health, enhances self-awareness, lengthens attention span, generates kindness, and helps fight addictions. ·      WATER: We're made of water and so is the earth! All of our organs, including our brains, need water to function properly. If you're dehydrated, it'll stress out your body!
