Today, Aleks Krylov, President of Stern Gutters, shares a Client Horror Story that dragged on for months. In October of last year, a retired woman contacted his team to install gutter protection at her home. By the first week of November, the installation was complete, and the final bill was charged. Just days later, Aleks began receiving emails and phone calls from the client claiming the technician had caused damage—breaking a patio lamp and chipping paint beneath the gutters. The technician firmly denied the allegations, noting he hadn't even accessed those areas and that such damage was physically impossible. When the client realized her credit card had been charged for the balance, she became furious and demanded a full refund. Taking it further, she filed a dispute with the bank. Aleks responded with all the required documentation and ultimately won the case. After that, the customer went completely silent. Six months later, in April, the client's husband finally reached out, offering to be home after Memorial Day to resolve the matter. Aleks and his team handled the situation, and on June 3rd, the project was officially closed. We were hoping this time would come, and it's finally here. We have an episode full of greatness so let's get to it. We start things off recapping what was suppose to be Spann vs Krylov but due to an injury was switched to Allen vs Muniz. Taking full advantage of being in the new main event, Brendan Allen took full advantage and impressed with a win. We also gave out thoughts on the returning Tatiana Suarez and her dominant win. From there we give our picks and predictions for this coming PPV, UFC 285! We've been waiting and wondering if Jon Jones was going to make a return and at heavyweight and it's finally coming to fruition. From there we get back to an old segment we used to do called Fighter Pantry, in this we try a snack or food item of the country of a foreign fighter. We tried a snack from France that was very interesting. Lastly we cover the news which included Dana White's plans for an eventual rematch between Islam and Alex, WNO results, and some big fight announcements including a big title fight. Ryan Frederick and Paul Fontaine are back to go over the week that was and is to come in the world of MMA. UFC had a forgetful show this past weekend from the Apex and the guys break it all down. Erin Blanchfield cementing herself as a flyweight title contender was really the only thing of note from that show.
