Another mind blowing week with my sister Suzy in L.A. We went to the last two shows EVER of Slayer, two nights of King Diamond, AND the Stadium Tour press conference with Motley Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard. I met so many amazing wonderful people and pretty much all of my musical heroes since I was a kid. This was probably the BEST week ever in my 43 years.FUCKIN SLAYER!!!!!! www.road-grime.com

Spent 5 days thrashing through the Pacific Ocean with my sister Suzy on the Megacruise and had the time of my life!!! From L.A. to San Diego to Ensenada, Mexico then back to L.A. with some of my favorite bands of all time.....a dream come true once in a life time mind blowing experience that I'll never forget!!!www.road-grime.com

The Softail Sisters venture back down to Springfield, IL for a double header of the Springfield Mile flat track races. At least this time we got to see one of the two races before another rain out. But we had a BLAST as always making memories and making friends along the way.www.road-grime.com

An AMAZING weekend celebrating my Mom's 80 trips around the sun!!! Surprise party, stripper, concerts, and best of all....Family. My Sister and I made her milestone birthday one for the record books!!!www.road-grime.com

Kim, Lin, Caia, and I spend the day in Detroit soaking up the city and then spent the night rocking out with Queen at the Little Caesar's Arena. Record stores, breweries, Motown, Tigers, and clowns......Friends Will Be Friends!!!!www.road-grime.com

My friend Sherri and I took our annual baseball stadium tour down to Florida this year to watch the Yankees play the Devil Rays in Tampa. We kidnapped my dad for a long weekend and celebrated his 80th Birthday in baseball style. www.road-grime.com

After settling in on our last night on the road, Lady Fred and I reminisce of our Memorial Weekend adventure with Flash and Trinket. From racing trains on Route 66 to out running tornadoes on our way home, we had one of the best times on our long weekend getaway to the Springfield Mile. Travel is not about the destination.....its about the people you meet along the way.www.road-grime.com

Driving back from a show in Detroit with Pauly, we talk about our awesome Jimi Hendrix Experience, the previous weeks Blackberry Smoke acoustic jam, and my AMAZING red carpet adventure at the premier for the Motley Crue movie The Dirt. It was one HELL of a Kick Ass week!!!www.road-grime.com

Our last day in Cuba was the best! It started with a two hour car ride through the countryside to Vinales where we stopped at a look out in the mountains to take in the beautiful scenery. We then drove to a privately owned tobacco farm where we got to ride horses through the tobacco fields and learned a lot about the tobacco plants, the sugar canes, rum, and the coffee beans. After trying some of the local rum and cigars, we then drove to Indian Cave and took a short boat ride before stopping for lunch at an awesome little restaurant down the rode. Tracy and I had the best time seeing the countryside, learning some agriculture, meeting some more wonderful people, and making some new friends. I most definitely will visit this beautiful country again!!! www.road-grime.com

We spent day 3 in Havana visiting a market place for souvenirs, touring the Presidential Palace and learning about the revolution, exploring Obispo Street, and eating lunch at one of Hemingway's favorite El Floridita. After returning to our casa, Tracy and I walked a few blocks to the Hotel Nacional for a couple of Mafia Mojitos at the Hall of Fame Bar then continued to explore the neightborhood.www.road-grime.com

Our second day in Cuba was spent meeting some of the beautiful people and exploring different parts of Havana. We got to visit a sweet couple Magaly and Lazaro who gave us a tour of their home. Then we stopped and visited a 99 year young lady named Angela before we headed to Havana's Colonial Plazas to learn about some of the history of this beautiful place. Tracy and I ended the day walking around the neighborhood by our casa, meeting the people, and trying to learn a little Spanish.www.road-grime.com

My friend Tracy and I flew to Havana Cuba for a week of fun and adventure. Both being virgin world travelers, we were amazed by everything we saw and started to fall in love with Havana. Day 1 consisted of being picked up from the airport in a red '59 Pontiac, exploring the city, and eating our first delicious Cuban meal before settling into our casa by the ocean. Then exploring the neighborhood, meeting the people, and ending with a nightcap and a cigar or two.www.road-grime.com

Spent a weekend with my buddy Don in Milwaukee, WI attending Flat Out Friday and the Mama Tried Motorcycle Show. We had a blast as usual getting our motorcycle fix in the dead of winter.www.road-grime.com

Another successful Polar Plunge in the books! Team Cycle Jerks raised over $2000 for the Special Olympics and the whole Muskegon event raised over $100,000!! This year's crew included Kim, Lin, Mel, Julie, and myself as we dressed up in A League Of Their Own costumes.....with Lin, Mel, and Julie being virgin plungers. A great time was had by all and this event is starting to become a winter tradition.www.road-grime.com

Lin, Caia, and myself met up with Maddie and went to a Detroit Red Wings game at the Little Caesars Arena. The Wings lost to the Colorado Avalanche 0-2 but we had the Best Sunday Funday in Detroit!!!! Hear all about it on our way home from the game. www.road-grime.com

My sister Suzy flew into Chicago from LA to join me in taking our Mom to her very first Ozzy Osbourne concert. She had said she has always wanted to see Ozzy so I got us tickets for her birthday present. We all had a most excellent time rocking out with Mom while catching up on life with each other.www.road-grime.com

Today I took 9 of my pals skydiving. Tracy, Clara, Julie, Lisa, Kim, Dan, Judy, Nan, Bobby, and me all took to the skies at Skydive Grand Haven as friends and family cheered us on. With 7 virgin jumpers, we flew 10,000 feet over looking beautiful Lake Michigan on a perfect Sunday Fun Day.www.road-grime.com

My Mom and I flew out to Billings, MT on Tuesday August 14th and rented a car for a week to go explore the Great Out West. We visited the Battle of Little Big Horn on the first day and ended up in Buffalo, WY by the second night just missing Longmire Days which was the previous weekend. We then drove through the beautiful country side into Cody, WY by the third day and took in a rodeo of coarse. Our fourth day landed us in Jackson Hole, WY after driving through half of beautiful Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks. We ended up crashing out there for a couple nights as Mom came down with pneumonia. After she stared to feel a little better, we continued on back north through the Tetons and Yellowstone checking out Old Faithful and running with the buffalo. We then had a close call as we coasted down Bear Tooth Pass in the dark and almost on fumes but found gas and a nice hotel in Red Lodge, MT for our sixth night on the road. Then as our vacation time wound down, we headed back to Billings to catch a flight home on the 21st. We fell in love with the Rocky Mountains and the romance of all the rich history of the land. We met some wonderful people and had amazing mother/daughter bonding time. I feel so lucky to share this experience with my mom.....pneumonia and all.www.road-grime.com

2nd annual Pedi & Porn Day!! Spending a rainy Saturday with Pauly, Kimmy, Scott, Andrea, Tiffany, and Preston pampering ourselves with pedicures, lunch, adult toy store shopping, and a lot of laughs.www.road-grime.com

I flew down to Florida to hang out with my Dad for a week. Hit up some Yankee spring training baseball with a side trip to Daytona and a hockey game. Best part was spending time with my old man after 10 long years apart.www.road-grime.com

Spent a weekend in Milwaukee with my buddy Don getting our winter motorcycle fix at the Mama Tried Motorcycle Show. Started out with indoor flat track races on Flat Out Friday. Then Saturday was all about motorcycles at the Mama Tried show with a stop at the Harley Davidson Museum. Also covered some Jeffery Dahmer spots along the way.www.road-grime.com

On the way to Muskegon, MI for the Polar Plunge with my fellow jumpers Kim, Heidi, Pauly, and our D.D. Scott. This is my 3rd year jumping into Muskegon Lake in the dead of winter to raise money for the Special Olympics. This year, Team Cycle Jerks raised over $1500 and had a blast jumping as Huge Jorgan and the Playboy Bunnies. Again, the key to jumping into a frigid icy Michigan lake in January is LOTS of whiskey........which is why there is no post jump podcast. LoLwww.road-grime.com

Hanging out at my sister's apartment with Suzy and Mom getting a buzz on and talking about the past 4 days in L.A. From the Loud Wire Music Awards to Bubba Gump shrimp on the Santa Monica pier to celebrity graveyards, my favorite motorcycle shop, and Nikki Sixx. But the absolute best part was the quality time spent with my sister and my mom making awesome memories. www.road-grime.com

Wild horses, the Four Corners, Hwy 666, the Painted Desert, and the Petrified Forest.....we are LOVING the west!!! I'm having the best time with my mom enjoying our beautiful country as we land in Flagstaff, AZ on day 8 of our Mother Road adventure. www.road-grime.com

Day 6 of our Route 66 adventure lands us just west of Albuquerque. Mom and I had a blast exploring New Mexico! Took a detour south of the Mother Road to Roswell to see if the truth is really out there and also stopped and visited Billy the Kid's final resting place. After catching back up to 66, we had a fender bender in Albuquerque and had to get a new car. All turned out well at 2000 miles in. www.road-grime.com

Went and jumped out of a perfectly good airplane for the first time ever with my friend Kathy and her son Nolan. It was probably the most fucked up, craziest, awesomely amazing thing I have ever done!! Drunk off of adrenaline, we went for lunch to let our brains catch up to what just happened. My mom and I rented a U-Haul van and packed it FULL with donations from our community. We hit the road on Thanksgiving Day morning headed to Standing Rock in North Dakota to deliver the goods. We met some pretty awesome people and the experience was life changing. www.road-grime.com
