Welcome back to another heroic episode of "Sorry You're in My Seat," where your hosts Aaron and James embark on another cinematic adventure, armed with humor and a knack for calling themselves the true Heroes of the podcast realm. This week, James took the plunge into the realm of cinematic exorcisms with "The Pope's Exorcist" – a film that left him in stitches with its over-the-top, ridiculous fun. In a quest for redemption, he also sat through "Retribution," a movie so sedentary that it had him questioning if Liam Neeson had finally hung up his action-hero boots, choosing to take a comfortable seat for the majority of the film. And to add a touch of charm to his week, James dived into the world of "The Lost King." Meanwhile, Aaron embarked on a marathon, revisiting the zombie apocalypse with a rewatch of "The Walking Dead." Netflix had its hooks in him too, courtesy of the Beckham documentary that offered a glimpse into the life of the iconic football legend. Attempting the Herculean feat of binge-watching the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Aaron and his wife valiantly made it through three movies, proving that even Heroes have their limits. And just to spice things up, Aaron took a cinematic detour with "Reptile." Tune in for laughs, banter, and a dose of cinematic heroism as your hosts Aaron and James dissect, critique, and celebrate the world of movies on this week's episode of "Sorry You're in My Seat."
