TALK TO ME, TEXT ITOur medical system harbors a shocking secret that might make you think twice about your organ donor card. A disturbing investigation has uncovered that doctors may be rushing organ transplants before donors have truly passed away. With over 70 cases in Kentucky alone where organ retrievals were canceled because patients showed signs of revival, the story raises profound ethical questions about our transplant system. More alarmingly, medical workers across 19 states report witnessing disturbing cases, with some alleging that drugs were administered specifically to hasten donors' deaths.Away from these medical ethics concerns, we've uncovered that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. may be facing marital troubles. After purchasing a $4.34 million Georgetown townhouse reportedly at his wife Cheryl Hines' request, Kennedy now finds himself in an awkward position as sources claim she has no intention of leaving Hollywood to become a DC power couple. The purchase, which followed allegations of Kennedy's inappropriate relationship with a journalist, was supposed to "mend their marital bridges" – but appears to have failed in that mission. For fans of fashion and film, we've confirmed the exciting news that "The Devil Wears Prada" sequel is genuinely happening! Production has already begun under the clever codename "Carillion" (a reference to Miranda Priestly's famous cerulean blue monologue), and the entire original cast is returning. Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci will all reprise their iconic roles in what's sure to be a must-watch follow-up to the beloved original. In this Normal World episode, Dave Landau, 1/4 Black Garrett, and Angela pay tribute to Val Kilmer following reports of his passing. The conversation spans Kilmer's iconic roles, the impact of real movie stars, and how Hollywood's obsession with identity politics and DEI is ruining storytelling. They roast Disney's disastrous Snow White reboot, Rachel Zegler's PR missteps, and the industry's erasure of mid-budget, heartfelt films in favor of agenda-driven flops. They tackle the state of acting, the pressure of lead roles, studio cowardice, and the echo chamber killing creativity. From Star Wars failures to dwarfs losing roles to Peter Dinklage's hypocrisy, the crew calls out the absurdity. They dive into the loss of moviegoing culture, why conservatives should fund real art, and how AI dog translators might be the next nightmare. Your Tin Men of trivia are back for round two of their epic deep dive into the making of the most watched movie in history. On this episode, you’ll learn about the hellish production, which ended up injuring, maiming (or, at very least, psychologically harming) at nearly every member of the cast. The Scarecrow was nearly set on fire — but he was saved from his costume made of asbestos. The Wicked Witch actually WAS set on fire, and the frantic crew had to scrub down her freshly-burned skin with alcohol. A “heavily medicated” Judy Garland was emotionally abused by everyone from the studio execs on down — all for the name of MOVIE MAGIC! The wildly-expensive lightening caused brown-outs all over LA, the tornado sequence nearly choked the SFX team, and then there were the poor prop masters who made fake glass out of liquid mercury. Between the accidentals, constantly revolving cast of writers and directors, and the outbreak of World War II, ‘The Wizard of Oz’ should have been a complete and utter disaster. How did it become a top tier classic, with special resonance within the LGBTQ community? Why does Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon' sync up so well with the film? Did a distraught Munchkin actor really hang themselves in the middle of a scene? Take a listen, and all the answers will be revealed! Well, well, well what do we have here? Have Nate and Laura finally finished their quest to watch ALL of the Saw movies? (Spoiler: they did!) More importantly, did it live up to all of their hopes and dreams? Will they ever be the same after this? Who the hell is Jigsaw in this one? And above everything: does Saw X deserve its 81% score on rotten tomatoes?
Ho Ho Ho-bert and Mike are back for another episode of Script Rippers!!! This time the guys cozy up with a warm mug of this year's Christmas Slop, Red One, and learn some important holiday lessons: Santa is real and delivering presents is actually possible if you suck all the magic out of it and make it Amazon, you can undo a lifetime of helping cartels find people in witness protection and abandoning your son by apologizing exactly once, and we could probably all do with a break from The Rock. Can the #1 nice list boys restructure this soulless corporate action romp into something as fun as the one scene with Krampus? Sure, but it's going to require someone to sacrifice themselves so their ghost can pull a Marley Maneuver on Jeff Bezos!
Nora loves a lot of things, but chief among them is holidays movies — the tackier the better. But not everyone can just sit back and enjoy the absurdity. _ “It's Going To Be OK” is a daily podcast from Feelings and Co. In which Chris Rock is a cop and when all the other cops start getting scooped up and killed in very Jigsaw-like fashions its up to him to fix everything. Oh, also Samuel L Jackson plays his dad!!! That's cool!
