    Ivy Insights

The High Conflict Co-Parenting Podcast is an incredibly valuable resource for anyone navigating a high conflict divorce or co-parenting situation. As the significant other of a targeted parent, I have found immense support and hope in listening to this podcast. The hosts, Brook and Charlie, provide insightful and practical advice that has truly changed my perspective on the possibilities for peace and normalcy in our relationship. I am particularly excited about taking Brook's class to further our growth together and ensure the healthiest relationship with his two daughters during this challenging divorce process.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the deep understanding and empathy that Brook brings to each episode. It feels as though he truly gets the complexities and nuances of being a targeted parent, even more so than my own therapist. His episode on disengagement has been especially impactful for me, as I have listened to it multiple times for guidance and reassurance. Additionally, both hosts display a wealth of knowledge on the topic, making each episode incredibly informative and empowering. I appreciate their ability to convey complex concepts in a relatable way.

While it is difficult to find any faults with this podcast, one potential downside may be its limited focus on divorced parents. As someone who is not going through a divorce but still dealing with co-parenting challenges, I would love to see more discussions that address situations where two people have never been married or where one parent has minimal involvement. However, considering how well they handle the topic of high conflict divorces, I trust that they would bring valuable insights to other scenarios as well.

In conclusion, The High Conflict Co-Parenting Podcast is a lifeline for anyone facing high conflict co-parenting challenges. With their expertise, empathy, and practical advice, Brook and Charlie provide a sense of comfort and understanding that is often lacking in this difficult process. This podcast has become my go-to therapy session during my high conflict divorce journey, offering me guidance and support when I cannot afford legal representation. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for holistic, relatable, and empowering insights on co-parenting.
