I absolutely love being able to help you create a peaceful pregnancy. I can tell you just drink ginger tea for nausea or wear some wrist bands but understanding why nausea happens is the key. I had 3 main ones but I threw in so many other ones I learned from experience. I want to add in... and when you listen to the episode you'll understand why I say this, but counseling can help too. An added tip I forgot to mention- check if you are thirsty. Thirst can also cause nausea. In 2015 I was absolutely done playing by the narcissist's rules. I joked with my therapist about getting a hotel, and then decided to make it a reality!
