If you want to really expand your life and business there is one key trick to change everything, and that is paying attention to how you use your time. As a high performer, action taker, and able to handle many things at once, it never occurred to me to pay attention to how I was spending my time. However, in this episode, I share my experience of working with coach Adrienne Dorison, owner of Run Like Clockwork, and how she changed my perspective of time, how I was spending my time and the importance of the impact of my use of time was slowing down my progress. Jump into this episode and learn more about what I learned and how it elevated my life, business and leadership.
In this episode of To The Point Podcast, I share my own insight and definition of what integrity is. If I am out of integrity it is my signal that I am out of alignment. This episode is a vulnerable share about my personal discoveries in self-abandonment, self-sacrifice, and people pleasing as a business owner and service provider that created limitations for me. However, it was in honoring my belief of what integrity means to me that allow me to make difficult decisions to keep me grounded and safe. This episode is to challenge you to connect to your personal meaning of integrity and empower you to use it to your benefit of alignment and truth.

Learning that the ideals wrapped around the vision of her versus the realities she was not willing to notice, she had created a teeter totter lifestyle between grounding into her authentic self with ease, faith and trust and holding onto the old paradigm of being that gave her a false sense of worth, purpose, and value. Thank you 2021. This episode identifies three common types of fears and seven actionable steps to help you overcome your fears. She closes with an invitation to work with her in 2022. Reach out to her at jodiegallant.com or on Instagram Jodie Gallant. With limited opportunity, she is accepting applications for leaders ready to face their fears and reach their fullest potential and build their brand, community and enhance their lifestyle.

Jodie shares her lessons and experiences 2021 delivered and reflects on how, even in the messy, it was such a gift to be forced into all that came with it so there is nothing but growth to embrace. A few take-a-ways include: - Where are you abandoning yourself? - Facing your upper limit and fears head on regardless of choice. - How you spend your time matters and more importantly so does your JOY factor. - That it doesn't make it wrong to be really good at something and NOT wanting to do it. Learning to embrace self trust can bring forth major detachment to outcomes, brining more beautiful possibility in to enhance your journey to your ultimate vision. Jodie leaves you with some questions and charges you to self reflect on what you want to take with you in to 2022 and what you want to leave behind.
When Jodie's own business coach posed the question, “what do you need to be fully supported,” it stopped her in her tracks. It was so powerful and profound, that three months later, she's still working toward that answer. Join Jodie to hear her reflections on this question and the other questions posed to her that she could answer. Jodie invites you today to consider what these questions mean for you in your own life and business.

This episode is a transition. A closure of Season One, and the invitation for space to create Season two. Space being the purpose. Through a more recent discovery, Jodie shared how being forced into to taking space has changed awareness to all that life is. She shares how it is time to stop holding space for others and inviting each of us to hold space for ourselves. Laying down the urgency for results and the perpetual design and build of our desires and inviting SPACE and pause to listen and welcome in flow. For it is in SPACE, the pause between breathes, the quiet in our days, the stillness in life, before you fall asleep, when you first wake up, the moments where there is pause that our direction is provided without trying to work it out. We need to stop filling our space with all the things, shiny distractions, immediate gratification, people pleasing, to-do lists, more work that is not fulfilling, feeling not good enough so taking on more… because all this action is actually avoidance to what matters, and we are missing the message that comes in the pause and stillness and space and we are the missing the abundance around us with our avoidance of stillness.

Out with the old and in with the new! Jodie has always been a stickler for core values, both for personal and for business. This year, Jodie found that a top personal core value of hers had kind of gone out the window. So, what did she do? She refocused her attention on it by using her “go to” ways she'd always used in the past. But, why the hell weren't they working? And why weren't new things working either? Ah! Drove her nuts! Then one day…the “slap in the face” epiphany. If we allow ourselves awareness to our own best practices that work in other areas of life and apply them to other areas of our lives, we do know what to do, what we need and how to elevate. This episode invites you think about: What old ways do you keep going back to that aren't getting you the results you want? What are you really good at in your life and what is the system around doing it? How can you apply that to this new thing you're trying to accomplish? Tune in to get the skinny on Jodie's refocused attention, what she did about it, and how you can apply the same system in your life.
