Mark has been active in the social media world with his own dad community. He is the host of Actidad: The Awesome Dad Show. The purpose of the show, similar to my show is to inspire, entertain and educate fathers. Mark also runs his own media platform called Mark Savant Media. He shares his knowledge and expertise on how to not only start a podcast, but how to run it successfully as well as how to grow your brand. Mark has been making a difference in helping dads out there and I am certain you will enjoy our conversation about our own roles as dads and how we have productive and meaningful relationships with our kids. In our conversation he shares how much he has learned just from interviewing awesome dads out there. One of the things he enjoys the most since doing his show is the tools he has learned to help him in his own role as a father and I would agree with him. We both may have our own individual platforms encouraging dads, but we both have the same goals in mind....we want to help dads be better dads.

On Todays episode we had the pleasure to speak to Mark Savant from Actidad.About Actidad:Fatherhood is hard. We have many responsibilities and the pressure to perform is high. How do we know we're making the right choices? How do we know the best way to raise a child? How do we navigate relationships? How do we provide stability while being present? As a young father, I didn't feel like there was a brand for me. I found thousands of resources for moms, plenty of dad joke pages, but very few resources to help me be an awesome dad. I decided to make a difference.Actidad is for dads that want to play an active role in parenting. I never liked the term “parenting expert”. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to being a father.Actidad is an exploration of modern fatherhood. It's an open discussion about the issues we face. It's about considering the options, tools, and tactics of others and finding ways to apply these concepts to your own life. This is achieved through tons of content catered specifically to you.Check it out at www.actidad.com

Mark Ludwig was interviewed on the Actidad show on 11/30/19 and discussed his personal story, Title IV-D, legislation, and the future of the movement.
Mark regularly thought about fatherhood growing up. His dad was a central figure in his life. When Mark and his girlfriend got pregnant, he was excited, but when the relationship ended, he wondered if he'd get a chance to see his son. Mark started Americans For Equal Shared Parenting, with the goal of creating legislative change. States should have incentives to promote 50/50 coparenting.
