A few years ago, at the ageof 41, Dane faced a personal and health crossroads.
After the birth of his second child and five years into his marriage, he felt unhealthy, lacked confidence, and was unmotivated.
Uncomfortable in his own skin,he felt old and tired, struggling to meet the demands of his family and career.
Determined to turn his life around, Dane embarked on a transformative three-year journey, during which he reduced his body fat from 30% to 6% and significantly increased his muscle mass.
This transformation went beyond physical changes, helping him reclaim his confidence.
