Foundation Fundamentals In this episode of REIGN, the Real Estate Investor Growth Network, host Jen Josey welcomes Bob Brown, founder of Arizona Foundation Solutions. Jen highlights the importance of a detailed lease agreement for landlords. Bob shares his expertise on crucial topics like foundation repair, common misconceptions among real estate investors, the impact of soil behavior, and the indispensable role of licensed engineers in assessing foundation issues. Bob also discusses innovative technologies in foundation repair and his efforts to develop new software solutions. This episode is packed with actionable advice, industry insights, and useful resources for both homeowners and real estate investors. Bob successfully founded Arizona Foundation Solutions and built one of the only foundation repair companies to utilize licensed professional engineers on the front end to analyze the initial conditions, make recommendations and specify repairs before presenting proposals to home owners. After 35 years he successfully exited. Along those 35 years he developed and patented 4 successful unique solutions with 3 more pending. He also developed a cloud based software solution to streamline and assist engineers and contractors in home foundation investigations. He also wrote and self-published several publications including “which way is my foundation moving?” and is scheduled to “Foundation Repair Secrets” in Sept of 2023 by Advantage Media. https://foundationrepairsecrets.com/ To learn more about Jen Josey, visit www.TheRealJenJosey.com To join REIGN, visit www.REIGNmastermind.com Stuff Jen Josey Loves: https://www.reignmastermind.com/resources Buy Jen Josey's Book: From Beginner to Badass: https://a.co/d/bstKlby

Everyone has an opinion on why Trump won the election. It had to be race or sexism. It had to be about electing an outsider. I had to do with not wanting a woman president. Racist, Sexist, Misogyny, Bigotry, Bully, Liar are all words that have been used to define Trump and his followers. But emotions and assumptions are not the way you find truth. You much use research, data, interviews, true journalism, and an honest look at not only Tump but also our culture. Cliff Oxford started to question the popular narrative and wanted to discover the truth about the election of Donald Trump. Was it racism, sexism, or something else? His book 'A Redneck Reverie:The Rationale for the Trump Phenomenon' which combines data-driven insights and real life experiences to explain Donald Trump’s election to the White House and the intersection with rural cultures across America. Having lived his life among both country folk and the elite, Cliff has the exact insights needed to not only help explain how we got here, but to provide guidance on the road moving forward. In today's conversation we dive deeper into the discoveries outlined in the book and how over 40 years of changes really led to the election of 2016. Cliff Oxford is founder of CliffCo., an international think tank symposium, and author of A Redneck Reverie: The Rationale for the Trump Phenomenon. A Redneck Reverie is Cliff’s third book. His two previous books, LAMBS (Liberal Arts Majors in Business Society) to Leaders and KNOW GROW EXIT-How Entrepreneurs Start and Finish Fast, continue his unique leadership roles in academia, journalism, and real-world entrepreneurship. Oxford started, built, and sold two national brands: Oxford Center for Entrepreneurs, which sold to Advantage Media and STI Knowledge, an Inc 13 company. Cliff won the Atlanta Entrepreneur of the Year award and landed the highly coveted spot as Visionary and Execution leader in the Gartner Group Magic Quadrant. He has been a featured columnist for The New York Times and Forbes and was named Atlanta’s Entrepreneur of the Year by the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. W portfelu funduszy znajdują się m.in. Callpage i Booksy. A Rafał metodycznie rozwija definicję swojego celu. Episode 9 was a blast talking with Speaker and Author David Rendall. I met David for the first time in the spring of 2017 at the High Five Conference in Raleigh, NC where he was giving a keynote and he left an imprint on my life because I agreed so much with what he was speaking about. It was almost like he was speaking directly to me and some of his experiences actually helped guide me onto some of the things I am involved in today. In this episode we discussed a variety of topics associated with valuing not only your strengths but also your weaknesses and pursuing adulthood with things that make you happy and are what you want to do vs what others think you should be doing. This week’s guest on Monday Morning Radio is Adam Witty, CEO of Advantage Media and ForbesBooks. Adam is “The Authority” on authority marketing, having helped more than 1,300 now-published authors conceive, write, publish, and market their books. In 2016, he joined with Forbes, the influential financial news media company, to launch its own business book imprint. Advantage Media is a vanity press, but not your run-of-the-mill self-publishing concern. Adam and his team think, act, and get results that are more akin to Simon & Schuster and Random House than conventional vanity publishers. If you’ve ever thought of writing a book to serve as a calling card for you professionally, Adam is just the man you want to hear from. But even if you know there is no authorship in your future – and some people shouldn’t write books for reasons you’ll hear, you’ll learn a lot from Adam about how influence and authority are “manufactured” in the competitive marketplace in which we all operate. Host and reputation coach Dean Rotbart, who interviews Adam, says, “You may think that Adam Witty is in the publishing business. But he’s not. His unassailable core product is not ink on paper, or even digital ink, but raw, impactful influence.” Photo: Adam Witty, Advantage Media Posted: February 19, 2018 Monday Morning Run Time: 49 minutes 38 seconds
