Big Brother Australia is returning to Australian TVs in 2025 for the 3rd time. Will it be the show's final, ever? After traversing three networks, being revived and killed twice, and now needing to compete with the dominance of ad-free streaming and reality TV juggernauts like Love Island, is there a place for a show like Big Brother anymore? Returning to its original home – Channel 10 – it plans to bring back some of its iconic live segments like Big Brother Uncut and Friday Night Live to lure audiences back to mainstream television – but with rates of free-to-air TV viewership dwindling, it might be too little, too late. Entertainment and gossip correspondent and reality TV show veteran Richard Reid joins Chris Spyrou on this episode of The Briefing to unpack the Big Brother launch plan and if he thinks it will sink or swim. Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today's episode with the winner of the 10th season of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. After four weeks living alongside fellow celebrities and a mysterious rat in hopes to raise $100,000 for their chosen charity, the Australian public voted in record numbers to crown social media star Skye Wheatley as their jungle queen. Skye really gave this show her all. With experience in reality TV, this former Big Brother runner up come mega social media influencer proved to Australia that anything is possible if you are genuinely being authentically yourself. Audiences around Australia squirmed as she took on the viper challenge this season, we cried as she was reunited with her family and delighted in her shock as she took out the competition beating Tristan McMannas and Callum Hole. I will asked Skye to breakdown some of the stories that were circulated while she was in 'the jungle.' From how Skye got her nails done for the finale? Did she ask for certain outcomes in her contract and how Skye was actually approached to do the show - after years of being away from mainstream media. Skye and I will discuss a 'wild rumour' on why we were locked out of the Big Brother Australia 'returnees' season and what she make of all these conspiracy theories that ended up in the press. Skye will share her thoughts on the two runners up and if she had watched Callum Hole on Love Island and if she was aware of Tristan McMannas before entering the jungle? There is a bit of comparison on Big Brother to I'm A Celebrity and that is because I have always wondered how different they really were but don't worry I will still ask the other juicy stuff like what she thinks of Brittney Hockley saying she was edited out of the show There is so much to unpack with Skye. So sit back and relax as we unpack her time in the South African jungle. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Sam Bramham OAM, is an Australian Paralympic swimmer. He competed at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Paralympics, winning two gold medals, two silver medals and a bronze medal. In 2014 Bramham entered the eleventh season of Big Brother Australia and was a contestant in the first season of Australian Ninja Warrior in 2017. This was a fun chat with a fun bloke. Cheeky, charming, clever, curious, talented and a bit sweary; the perfect TYP combo. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Any podcast born after 2015 can't cook... all they know is point out visible boom mic, correct handsome idiot on art history, investigate the acting career of Big Brother Australia 2005 evictee Simon Deering, try and work out the difference between "person" and "human", look up prices of hot chip & lie. We're back with a one-off recap of Episode 5 - which included a crashed group date, a little bit of culture at the NGV, and a vow of celibacy.

WINNERS HAVE BEEN CROWNED! That's right! Australia voted and decided that 'The Sisters' TAY and ARI should win Big Brother Australia 2023 and Strat Chat had the pleasure of chatting with both of them! We got to review how playing as one changed their strategy, their relationships and friendships in the house, and we even got to tell them to their face that we've referred to them as The Savage Sisters all season long! We had a blast and we're sure you will too - check this conversation out and see why these two lovely women won the game and hear what might be up for them next! (And don't mind the technical snafu in the middle. If we didn't care, you shouldn't either! LOL or so we hope.) On today's podcast, I have the winners of Big Brother Australia. This week we saw Tay and Ari take out the 2023 competition in a very well documented pre-recorded finale, that saw Australia vote in the sisters over loved up competition Louis and Minee! In a nail biting Grand-Finale that had Australian viewers the most uncertain of their winner in the shows 22 year history... we saw siblings win for a 2nd time - not seen since the Logan twins in 2005 - Which even I had no bloody clue would win and thought Louis would win! Shows you what I know? Both girls proved to be quite popular and powerful inside the house. They found love and made friendships proving the strongest connections was their ticket to winning Big Brother's game. Big Brother focused in on love this series and while that did polarised the audience this year the experiment was still fascinating to see how a house full of potential singles would use their romantic relationships to get them to the end. I will ask the girls about their relationships with Teejay and Josh and find out where they currently stand with both boys now the show is over! We will unpack the pre-recorded finale and add further speculation to my theory that the first filmed winner when prerecording multiple endings is in fact always the actual winner! The girls will reveal if being Tik Tok famous helped them win and if Australian Reality-TV is still appealing to content creators like themselves who can find broader audiences on larger and more lucrative social media platforms. Plus we will get plenty of exclusives from behind the scenes of that ‘Big Brother finale.' Which you can catch up on - on ‘Seven Plus.' Also the exclusive home of Big Brother Uncut! Anyway, let's bring Tay and Ari into the podcast and guys I think today's podcast is actually the most compelling and informative chat I have recorded this season!! So buckle up as we celebrate this years winners time in the house!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

ANOTHER GOOD TIME WITH AMAZING PEOPLE! On today's podcast, I the next three eliminated housemates from Big Brother Australia. I have to admit I have been looking forward to chatting with Lewis almost as much as I was with GracieMae. He was fun and when he was shown he felt like a personality we hadn't seen before. Dion and Josh certainly have had their fair share of storylines this season and I am excited to have them on the podcast too.Lewis was GracieMae's bestie who shocked viewers with his decision to keep $5,000 over allowing her to return to the house. He may have been better to keep her in my opinion as I think that was a better financial investment if they had won the show. Dion will also be in on the chat to unpack that super lie to evict Teejay over sticking the boys decision to evict intruder Oli. That will be interesting because we have Josh here to give his perspective on that.Obviously with Josh having a solid relationship with Tay we can discuss if this year's Big Brother favoured contestants who were in a relationship…. And if that relationship was in any way strategy. These guys are really fun and I am sure you will hear the love in the room while we get into some of their highlights. I will ask how Graciemae reacted to Lewis offer to share the $5,000 and if he feels like eliminating her was the right thing to do? Dion will talk about how he survived while being so loud and what his friendship with Josh looks after he swore on his mothers life. All three will share their thoughts on the impending finale and who they think should win if they make the Grand Finale. Plus we will get plenty of exclusives from behind the scenes of ‘Big Brother Australia.' Which finishes tonight on ‘Channel Seven' at seven thirdly ' and if you have fallen behind you can catch up on - on ‘Seven Plus.' Also the exclusive home of Big Brother Uncut! Who will win tonight? You decide!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

On today's podcast, I have two eliminated housemates from Big Brother Australia. I have been looking forward to chatting with GracieMae all season and to be honest getting to know Teejay was also a massive bonus in today's catch up. GracieMae was the fun loving original housemate with the feels of an old school Big Brother contestant. Her shock eviction was pretty epic with Minee but even more shocking was Lewis decision to take a 5,000 offer over allowing her return to the competition. After being half saved by Big Brother. Teejay came in as an intruder but quickly won over his housemates. You be fair to assume his relationship with one of the sisters was strategic but you have to wonder if that worked out as Ari was the very reason he was evicted. These two housemates are pretty chilled with their approach to unpacking the show and while Teejay joined us late due to technical difficulty. I have to admit this has been the best Big Brother chat this year. I will ask find out from Graciemae if she was surprised by Lewis's decision to keep the cash over allowing her return to the house and how that has effected their relationship. Teejay will openly talk about his thoughts post his sudden eviction, to his real thoughts on Dion and what the current relationship status is with Ari! Both couple will share who they wanted to win, what they thought of Sonia Kruger and what show GracieMae would like to do next. Plus we will get plenty of exclusives from behind the scenes of ‘Big Brother Australia.' Which returns next Monday night on ‘Channel Seven' at eight thirsty' and if you have fallen behind you can catch up on - on ‘Seven Plus.' Also the exclusive home of Uncut! THE STRAT CHAT GANG IS ALL HERE FOR THIS ONE! We had the pleasure of chatting with GRACIEMAE and TEEJAY following their exit from the Big Brother Australia house and we got into it ALL! Did The Savage Sisters contribute to your exit? What do we think about Lewis choosing the 5k over you re-entering the house?! We got into all of this and more! Peep our conversation with these two and follow along for the rest of the season as we chat with each evicted housemate! Big thanks to Graciemae and Teejay for taking time out of their day (literally an hour!) just to talk to us and massive thanks *as always* to our friends at Channel 7 for making this possible. We will be LIVE TOMORROW (November 30) at 10:30pm EST // 2:30pm AEDT recapping everything in the game and we'd love to know what YOU are thinking - hop in the chat and get into the conversation! On today's podcast, I the next three eliminated housemates from Big Brother Australia. Again, Big Brother seems to be evening up the score… with two male housemates being eliminated straight after a female intruder Bella was evicted on Monday night. Jake and Oli were sent packing and now I am certain the only way to survive this year's house of love version of Big Brother is to be in a couple. Last week I said the show seems to have veered away from strategy and nomination talk - but as the numbers dwindled, we are starting to see players like Louis and Dion making some bold moves in attempt to make it to the final three. First up I will chat to Bella. The Melbourne gymnast who came in as an original intruder, stirred up the house with her sparkling personality and good looks. I will then chat to Jake and Oli and I will get the boys perspective on everything that went down while they were in the Big Brother house. Obviously they are both 10's and I will be talking to them about why a love story did not eventuate for either of them? I will find out from Bella if that kiss with Jake was something she was into and if she would have persuade Jake had she not been eliminated. Jake and Oli will explain how the show may have gone if there wasn't a 'love theme' with couples hooking up and if the eliminations might have been different if there wasn't so many couples. We will also find out how the elimination room requires a lockdown before each elimination and why the housemates found it hard to keep quiet. IT'S ANOTHER STRAT CHAT SAUSAGE FEST! The boys of Strat Chat had the *honor* of chatting with JAKE and OLI after their eviction from the Big Brother Australia house! We jumped into everything; from the relationships in the house and how it affected their game, to Oli coming in as an intruder with Maddi-Rose and how her walk-out impacted him, the fall-out with Ari and Jake that contributed to the target on his back...and so much more! Check out the conversation here and join us all season long as we chat with each evicted housemate as they leave the game! You can also peep our weekly recaps as well - streaming LIVE! - so hop into the chat and get into the conversation. NEXT UP...THE GORGEOUS BELLA! Our girl entered the house as an intruder and exited too soon - but not before she caught the attention of Teejay and Jake; however, it was her *perceived* interest in Louie that turned Minee against her. Sadly, some of the other ladies in the house followed her lead contributing to her early exit. Check out our conversation with her to hear her thoughts on the dynamic in the house, what her relationship with Louie ACTUALLY was...and so much more - INCLUDING what went awry with that last vote...yikes! Check out a side of Bella that we didn't get to see on the show in this conversation (bright, funny, SUPER fun) and join us all season long as we chat with each person as they go. Big thanks to Bella for spending so much time with us (this was our longest chat yet!) and massive thanks to our friends at Channel 7 for making this happen! On today's podcast, I the next three eliminated housemates from Big Brother Australia. I am pretty dubious about this but Big Brother seems to be evening up the score… with two boys being eliminated in a double eviction straight after Annalise was evicted on Monday night. Zach and Luke were sent packing and I think that has a lot to do with their inability to find a partner to couple up with. This series is about find finding love and as the show veers away from strategy and nomination talk - it is interesting to hear that Big Brother has made a choice to focus on connections this year over what had become a pretty cut that competition over the last three years. First up I will chat to Annalise the eloquent, natural beauty who proved to Big Brother she could talk talk underwater. A self confessed over-thinker with a stubborn side doesn't mind telling people her truth and while that may work in the real world - it might have been the reason we are talking to her today. I will chat to Zach and Luke straight after and I don't know how you will hear it but while unpacking their time inside the house I feel like these two are both your quint essential Aussie bloke's bloke who simply get along with everyone. They both come from different walks of life but their story isn't too dissimilar. I will ask find out from Annalise the truth behind her unrequited affair with Luke only to hear his unseen reaction to the fact he put her up for nomination. Luke and Zach will explain how they found themselves inside the big brother house considering neither applied for the show. We will also find out how the show has changed their lives and what the fans reactions have been since the show has aired.. Plus we will get plenty of exclusives from behind the scenes of ‘Big Brother Australia.' Which returns next Monday night on ‘Channel Seven' at eight thirsty' and if you have fallen behind you can catch up on - on ‘Seven Plus.' Also the exclusive home of Big Brother Uncut! STRAT CHAT HAD ITS OWN SAUSAGE FEST! It was a DOUBLE EVICTION in the Big Brother Australia house and John and Kyle had the good fortune to sit down with both Luke AND Zach to discuss their time on the show! Gina made an appearance *in her own way* so technically the gang was all here - but for all proper intents and purposes, this was a boys night! Check out the conversation with Luke and Zach as we discussed everything - relationships, regrets...and well, dolphin training! :D Many thanks to the boys for joining us for the conversation and thanks again to Channel 7 for making this all possible. THE GANG IS ALL HERE FOR THIS ONE! Sadly, Annelise was the last person to leave the Big Brother Australia house! We got into a number of different topics with her - from her experience on The BB Express, the evolution of her relationship with Dion, whether or not she holds any regret around pressing THE BUTTON that granted her immunity right before her untimely exit (and forced everyone to surrender their clothes...just to have to fish it out from the bottom of the pool) and quite a bit more! Many thanks to Annelise for getting up SUPER early just to chat with us and as always, massive thanks to Channel 7 for partnering with us this season and making this all possible. THE FUN CONTINUES! If you didn't already know, Strat Chat will be bringing you post-eviction chats from each evicted Houseguest from the Big Brother Australia house - courtesy of our amazing friends at Channel 7! Next up...we got to spend a little time with ANNASOPHIA and had the time of our lives! We would have had the best time with her in the house - she's funny, sweet, super pretty, and an absolute blast. We got to discuss the relationships she made in the house, her experience on The BB Express at the beginning of the game...and of course we touched on Lewis' spinach and egg breakfast! Many thanks to Annasophia for spending the time with us and massive thanks to Channel 7 for partnering with us this season and making this all possible. On today's podcast, I the first two eliminated housemates from 'Channel Seven's' 'Big Brother Australia' 2023. It is always pretty rough to watch the first few people go but 'Quan' and 'AnnaSophia' have taken it their stride… and are here to unpack their time in the house and give us some insights, that we as viewers might have seen. 'Quan' is a Government Policy Manager from Victoria who came to Australia when she was eight. She is Chinese, grew up in Vietnam and found her first few years in Australia quite difficult as she didn't speak English and was bullied. When it comes to dating, Quan has a list of icks which may have stopped her from making as many relationships. AnnaSophia is a glamorous, loud, queen bee from the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I thought Anna Sophia was very likeable and witty in todays chat and I am ow wondering what more we could have seen of her had she survived the second elimination. I will ask if Quan how she felt about being first eliminated and what her parents actually thought about her time on the show. AnnaSophia will talk about this seasons twist and if the love theme was distracting the housemates from playing a more strategic game. SURPRISE!! Strat Chat will be bringing you post-eviction chats from each evicted Houseguest from the Big Brother Australia house - courtesy of our amazing friends at Channel 7! First up, we had the pleasure of speaking to the gorgeous and bubbly QUAN - who unfortunately was the first one out of the house. We touched on a few different topics centered around her experience in the house, friendships that she made and maintains outside of the house, and of course...if she had any regrets NOT pulling the lever to let Luke (her entrance buddy) off the train! Thank you again to Quan for taking the time to speak to us and massive thanks to Channel 7 for partnering with us this season, making this all possible. Check out the conversation with Quan, toss us a like, and subscribe to our channel so you don't miss a single interview or recap on Big Brother Australia! On today's podcast I have 'Sonia Kruger' who is back on the podcast to talk about 'Big Brother Australia.' Which is starting its15th series on 'Channel Seven' this Monday night at seven thirty. However, all is not what it seems with a spicy twist to the series. A house full of single and ready to mingle housemates all looking for love…. Which coincides with the return of 'Big Brother Uncut!' Will 'Big Brother' play cupid with the housemates…. Will he mess with their relationships? 'Big Brother' himself is very unpredictable at the best of times and this series is going to offer something never done in the shows history… Gold Logie winner 'Sonia Kruger' is more involved this time than ever before. Audiences will see 'Sonia Kruger' entering the house to evict housemates this year and that in itself is something of a game changing moment that works on many levels. We will talk about the housemates and how the 2023 series' focus on love will affect their game play! I'll ask Sonia if she would let her own daughter enter 'Big Brother' when she turns 18? 'Sonia' will share why entering into the house in the morning can be a bit awkward for some male housemates.. Plus we will get plenty of exclusives from behind the scenes of ‘Big Brother Australia.' Which launches Monday night at Seven thirty on 'Channel Seven' and then will be screened four times a week with 'Big Brother Uncut' on 'Seven Plus…'See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In this episode Tully talks about what it was like doing the show and receiving so much hate, owning her mistakes and leaning into life in the public eye. Plus, she shares her journey with freezing her eggs and why she has been so open about the process! In this episode, I catch up with Natasha Pizzica, a series producer who's worked across a range of genres from primetime entertainment shows like Big Brother and Gogglebox to iconic kids television such as Playschool and Teletubbies, and even though-provoking docuseries like Limitless with Chris Hemsworth. I find out how Tash's theatre background set her up for a career of creativity, how she navigates the busy world of tv production as a working mum and why her son is her biggest inspiration. If you're a woman who's in a relationship with a woman, people call you a lesbian. If you're a woman who dates men and women, people call you bisexual. But what if you don't feel like either? Trainer, podcast host and former beach sprinting Junior World Champion, Katie Williams, came out with her girlfriend Georgia in 2021. But even though she's a woman in a relationship with another woman, she doesn't want your labels. Katie sits down with Sean to share about exploring her sexuality in secret, the pressure to open up about her sexuality after she appeared on Big Brother Australia, how her family reacted when she came out in her late 20s, and how she responds when people ask her, "so how do you have sex?"
