Today on the Logan Blackman Show we recap the events of "Black Monday" by looking at every single firing and seeing whether it was predictable or not. Though most were predictable, the firing of Brian Flores shocked everyone around the football world. We look at why Flores was fired from Miami and why a current division rival would be the perfect replacement for Flores down south. With that, we take a stab at predicting the new head coaches for the now coachless teams and give (hopefully) solid reasoning for why each coach landed where. Finally, we recap the CFP National Championship game that saw Georgia beat Alabama 33-18 to capture their first Naty since 1980. Enjoy the show!

The Big Ten dual season has arrived and the Purdue wrestling team had a big first weekend, traveling to a pair of top-10 ranked conference opponents. The Boilermakers knocked off No. 9 Nebraska on Friday, earning the program's highest team dual ranking in 23 seasons in Tuesday's national coaches poll. The Boilermakers capitalized on a pair of top-10 ranked upsets against the Huskers to earn an 18-15 win in Lincoln, but followed up with a loss at top-ranked iowa on Sunday. Ersland found a variety of mistakes in the Boilermakers' performance, but was open with the idea that they were fixable mistakes and is back in the practice room working on those things this week. Purdue hosts Michigan State on Saturday for the Boilermakers' Big Ten dual home opener, set to welcome the 5-1 Spartans to Holloway Gymnasium. In closing Ersland and Tanner Lipsett had the opportunity to attend Monday's CFP National Championship game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, and catch Cory Palm up on some of the spectacles of the game, both on and off the field. 0:00 – B1G win at No. 9 Nebraska13:40 – On to Carver Hawkeye24:00 – National Rankings35:30 – Hosting the Spartans41:30 – CFP Championship Game
