Recorded: May 9th 2024 | In this week's episode the boys are celebrating some good news as the Compton Family s adding a new member. Will is having another daughter and has a lot to unpack given how much he wanted a boy. He gets into how he isn't disappointed that it's a girl, he's more disappointed in the fact that he would like to try for a boy a third time and never saw himself with three kids. All in all, he's super stoked to have another girl. Following the intro, the guys drove down to Atlanta and sat dow with the boy, Kirk Cousins. We had Kirk on a couple years ago at the Super Bowl, but now he is on a new team. Will and Taylor talk to him about what the process was like getting signed by Atlanta and why he wanted to come here. The guys also ask Kirk how his recovery process is coming along after tearing his achilles in the middle of the season last year. Finally, Kirk talks about his feelings towards Michael Penix Jr. and what it's been like having him in the building. Overall, Kirk is one of the best guys you will ever meet, he's so genuine and is just a regular dude. This week we welcome the boy Foster Moreau back to the pod, and it's safe to say Foster has had one of the craziest offseasons of all NFL Players. Before we get into the interview the boys hit an intro full of "Would you rathers", Pet Peeves, and shoutouts. Following the intro we have the boy, Foster Moreau, back on the pod but first time on the bus. The boys immediately get some hot takes about some actor as well as get into some conspiracy theories. Foster gets into what it was like telling his family and friends and how difficult it was. The boys then lighten the mood as they get into how he has officially been signed to the New Orleans Saints and is reunited with Derek Carr. They then get into their weekend and what they did for Taylor's birthday. It's a very funny and interesting convo to see how their brains were working. Following the intro, the boys sit down with legendary comedian, Tom Segura. Recorded: July 17th 2023 | On this week's episode the boys hit a quick intro because of how massive our guest is. They hit everyone's favorite segments, Shoutout no free shoutout and Pet Peeve of the week so do not worry about missing those. Following the intro, the boys sit down with Head Coach of the Tennessee Titans, Mike Vrabel. Vrabes is one of the boys as he was one of the first guests of the show. The dynamic between Coach Vrabe's and the boys is interesting as they have both played for him, yet they are all boys and bust each other's balls. The boys immediately get into Vrabel's process of taking over the Titans. Will and Taylor have been very vocal in episodes before that they did not like Vrabel in his early years as a head coach. The boys bring that up to him again and Vrabel reflects on the growth he has had and what all he has learned since becoming a coach. Will and Taylor do not hold back on telling some hilarious stories about them being terrified to go into team meetings after a bad practice. The boys also address the biggest news from this past weekend as DeAndre Hopkins is signing with the Titans. They ask Vrabel what that process looked like trying to get a stud wide receiver like DHOP on the team. Vrabel also addresses the narrative of this season being a rebuild for Titans saying that he never looks at a season with that perspective. The dynamic and chemistry that these three have is so fun. They are able to have the serious football conversations but then are immediately able to switch it back joking on each other and trying to out Alpha the other. Vrabel made himself very comfortable on that coach as you'll see throughout the episode. At one point though, tensions got a little raised when the question was asked who would win in a fight, Vrabes or Will. Tune in to see what happens. Enjoy boys. 1:25 Previewing Vrabel pod 6:23 Shoutout no free shoutout 15:02 Pet Peeve of the week 22:25 Talking about moments in the Vrabel pod 25:44 MIKE VRABEL INTERVIEW STARTS 26:36 The boys are up for a Barstool Award 27:50 Vrabel's growing process in becoming a head coach 31:58 What rule has he hated the most that has been implemented 36:25 His process in taking over the Titans 42:12 When Will got cut by the Titans 48:53 How Vrabel felt about them starting Bussin and if he's a fan 58:10 DeAndre Hopkins is coming to the Titans 1:00:53 Are the Titans in a rebuilding year? 1:01:56 AJ Brown trade and what it's like in the War Room 1:07:17 The transition to getting a new GM and what that process was like 1:10:32 Todd Downing DUI process 1:12:12 Will went to training to camp impersonate Vrabel 1:24:11 Vrabel missed Beer Olympics 1:28:30 Year 9 or Year 10 and getting a workout with the Titans 1:40:17 Next step for the bus 1:42:51 Being compared to Belichick 1:53:10 If you could coach any team, what team would it be? 1:55:46 3 toughest players he's ever played with 2:00:46 Beating the Bills after not practicing 2:05:09 Twisted Question 2:07:23 Could he beat Dan Campbell in a fight Chevy: Head to https://barstool.link/ChevyBarstool and check out Silverado and all the Chevy Trucks Cars.com: Go to https://barstool.link/cars today. Recorded: June 21st 2023 | On this weeks episode the boys recap the summer event that we were all looking forward to, Beer Olympics. They reminisce on that day that was and all of the different things that had happened at the event. We recorded the intro 2 days after the Olympics and you can that Will and Taylor are still recovering a little bit. Following the intro the boy, Josh Allen, joins us on the bus again. The guys immediately get into Josh being the latest Madden cover athlete and what that whole process was like. Will asks him his thoughts on the Madden curse and if he thinks it will affect him this year. The boys then got into the Bills season last year and the ride that it was. Josh recaps the night of the Damar Hamlin incident and what that moment was like from a teammates perspective. He gets into how scary it all was and how the players were the ones who decided that they weren't going to finish the game. Taylor then brings up some of the old matchups that the Titans and Bills have had. He talks about the COVID game in 2020 where the Titans didn't practice all week but still were able to beat the Bills. The guys jump all over the place from Will asking Josh if white defensive players belong in the league, to telling old stories of getting sick from alcohol. Josh is really just one of the boys and just a super laid back dude. Recorded: June 5th 2023 | The Boys are finally back from their week off. Will and Taylor recap their weeks away and what all they did with their family. Will compared a Florida town to Italy, which is a wild thought. The Boys are also playing in a celebrity softball game so they preview that game as well. Following the intro, we are joined by country music artist, Brantley Gilbert. The guys get right into how Brantley had an epiphany during a party and decided to change his life. He talks about his road through addiction and what made him realize he wanted to get better. Then they get into how Corey Smith was such a big influence on Brantley because they are both from the same small hometown. He tells a story of how Corey actually saved him from getting kicked out of a bar when he was young and then actually let him perform. Then Brantley talks about some decisions that he would have made differently coming up in the industry as well as some that he would do the same. The boys reflect back on the time when burning CDs was a thing and Brantley tells the story of how he gave a CD to his girlfriend, now wife. Which then sparks the topic of boyfriends since Will, Taylor and Brantley all have daughters. Each of them tried to figure out how they would react to that situation when it arises and Brantley has a hilarious idea to get his point across to that boyfriend. This pod has some deep conversations but also has some hilarious stories from Brantley's time on the road. He fits right in with the guys and even decides to share some of his “Getcha high's” with the boys. The boys talk about whether Pat won the deal with the new platform or if ESPN won the deal by adding such a massive name to their program. Some of the fans are worried that the show will go corporate and change despite everything Pat said about that not happening. Overall we are stoked for the boys over there. Another one of the boys, Jelly Roll, was on Joe Rogan podcast. He has been taking the world by storm as he should. Hopefully he gave the boys a little shout out on the pod as well. The boys talk about Joe Burrow possibly taking a team friendly deal in his new contract. Taylor teaches us what it means to have your 5th year option picked up and the different ways Burrow's contract can be friendly. Moral of the story is, Joe is going to make a lot of money no matter what he does with his contract, it's just whether or not he wants to keep some of his other weapons with the team. It's another pod of just the boys but this time all the boys are here. Some good laughs, good conversation and good fun.
