Amber Tait and Chelsie Grant are two of the most decorated athletes in the DEKA and the co-founders of Build Method, an online training platform they launched in February 2026. We cover how their partnership started, what they've built together, and where it's going. Matt sits down with Eric Botsford to break down the next evolution of fitness racing, including the launch of The Gauntlet under Wodapalooza. The new format introduces five distinct stages with built-in recovery, a central "terminal" for athletes and spectators, and a more gamified, festival-style experience aimed at a broader audience. They also get into the bigger picture. HYROX hitting a tipping point in America, why it took so long, and what most people still misunderstand about growth in the U.S. fitness market. We're celebrating Jocktober by revisiting Mojo in the Morning, a show that airs in Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Toledo. Bianca is the newest member of the show and she might be super hot! Oh wait… nope, we checked her Instagram. Either way, she has an unpleasant conversation with a coworker and that becomes a call-in segment. Trucker Andy joins the show to reveal that their listeners are cucks and that Mojo has the worst take ever on the NBA gambling scandal. Ray DeVito has a drunk cokehead on his show and talks to her like she's speaking coherently. Erock sent in an example of radio's dystopian future, the Fred Show's fake “waiting by the phone” segment, and a pre-recorded NYC morning show. Opie is back at Gebhard's with Ron the Waiter and they have the worst possible takes on ICE raids and the NBA gambling scandal. Kevin Brennan failed miserably trying to sabotage Stuttering John's standup show with Geno and Keanu in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Speaking of StutJo, he was wasted on Friday night with guest Ava Raiza who admits she visited his trans son's house. What?? We end with Net News and your voicemails. Comedy legend Robert Klein, Carl Ruiz, Sherrod Small 3/30Join Opie for a side-splitting SiriusXM episode featuring comedy icon Robert Klein, where they riff on the legends who shaped stand-up: Lenny Bruce, George Carlin, Richard Pryor, and the controversial Bill Cosby. With Klein's razor-sharp wit and stories from his storied career, they unpack the groundbreaking documentary Robert Klein Still Can't Stop His Leg, premiering on Starz March 31st. Joined by Klein's son Alli and director Marshall Fine, the conversation sparkles with nostalgia, humor, and unexpected revelations, making it a must-listen for comedy fans and newcomers alike. The final year of my radio journey holds a special place in my heart, made even more poignant by the loss of my cherished friends, Carl Ruiz and Vic Henley. This week we're celebrating Jocktober by reviewing multiple radio shows. We start with the biggest name in morning radio, Howard Stern. On Tuesday the king of all media had a ridiculous argument with his wife about whether or not he's “fun.” It's pretty obvious that this marriage is on the ropes based on the conversation and the specific words that are being used by Beth. Erik Nagel joins the show along with first-time guest and Howard Stern expert MLP. NYC news station 1010 WINS had a very unfortunate x-rated broadcast earlier this week. Tom Myers is back with his political podcast after taking the entire summer off and his monologue does disappoint. Morning radio staple War of the Roses had a short-lived and ill-advised animated series that iHeart quickly removed from Earth. Opie addresses the purchased views and complains about $2 superchats from “haters.” Jeffrey from the morning duo Brooke and Jeffrey sings a parody song about Cal Raleigh and there isn't a joke to be found. We help the very stable Pulper connect with Erock. Stuttering John might have a new lawsuit on his hands as Anthony Cumia claims John SA'd a woman in Vegas. Finally, we play a round of To Poke A Dabbler, get caught up on Internet News, and listen to recent voicemails.
