In this episode of Doctales with Cocktails, May and Tim reflect on a wildly contrasting weekend—starting at Daytona Bike Week, where roaring motorcycles, thumping music, and unapologetic indulgence define the scene, and ending at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, a world of pristine greens and quiet refinement. The experience fuels a conversation about life's biggest question: Is it better to meticulously biohack your way to a long life, or to embrace the reckless joy of the present? They navigate the extremes of human nature, contentment, and the art of truly living. Our Advice!Everything in this podcast is for educational purposes only. Flat Track Racing is growing in Alberta. As a matter of fact, it seems to be gaining popularity throughout the United States and Canada. While much of the popularity is largely with a more mature group of competitors the younger crowd is coming along. Flat track racing takes place in arenas and on dirt tracks typically used for horse racing as well. This eliminates the expense of sole purpose facilities. In terms of the race machine, many flat track race classes are quite reasonable to get in to without the need to invest in a lot of support equipment. In this episode we visit with a couple of flat track racers who are continuing to be competitive in spite of an accumulation of years. These racers use their years of experience to overcome the effects of aging. You could say they're racing smarter not harder.SMK Helmets is the largest manufacturer of quality motorcycle helmets in the world with capacity to produce more than 14 million helmets a year.
