Pitt hoops legend Julius Page joined the show. Julius had comments on Rick Pitino going to St. John's. Julius poked fun at Poni being a jinx, but broke down the Pitt loss to Xavier. Julius said it was the right decision to not push Federiko Federiko yesterday by looking out for his long-term health. Julius talked about what Jamarius Burton gave to the Panthers in the NCAA Tournament. He said it was nice to see that the moment wasn't too big for Pitt in that situation and it's something they can build upon. Julius said the twins just have to eat anything and everything and hit the weight room. Julius labeled Blake Hinson as the spirit that moves the team forward. 

The Steelers have invested a lot of money into the interior offensive line all of the sudden, highlighted by the Isaac Seumalo acquisition Saturday night. What does this mean for the tackles though? The Pitt Panthers are still dancing, baby! Pitt beat Mississippi State, 60-59 last night in the First Four. How big of a win is it for the program, that was picked to finish last in the ACC? The guys debated where this win ranks for the history of Pitt hoops. And we joked that the Bill Hillgrove call of the Blake Hinson shot did not give the shot justice.  ALL ACCESS w/ Aditi Kinkhabwala – Aditi joined the show to recap some of the NFL free agency moves so far. She believes Lamar Jackson remains a Raven and cannot believe that Jackson and his family are refusing to work with an agent. Aditi thinks the Colts are one of the only teams left that could possibly make a move on Jackson, after the Commanders signed Jacoby Brissett in the last few minutes. She thinks it is crazy that nobody is willing to go after Jackson because of what he has already proven in the league compared to the difficulties a rookie QB can have. Aditi commented on the Steelers free agent moves and got a text from a current member of the Commanders' staff shedding positive light on Cole Holcomb. She got into the differences between Kevin Colbert and Omar Khan and how each one approaches the off-season. Aditi talked about how the Steelers could build themselves like the Eagles did as we've seen Andy Weidl put his fingerprints on the Steelers off-season moves. Aditi thinks this is a year in the draft when the Steelers could truly sit back and snag the “best available player” at 17th overall, instead of being dead-set on one player or position.  What is the latest with AT&T Sports Net? There could be a way NESN could air Penguins and possibly Pirates games via Fenway Sports Group.

Poni and Mueller preview Pitt's matchup with Mississippi State in the First Four with Panthers legend, Julius Page. 

Former Pitt and Mississippi State coach Ben Howland joined the show. Ben highlighted the big man for Mississippi State, Tolu Smith, who Ben recruited to the school. Ben said Blake Hinson and Jamarius Burton are two huge factors for Pitt and gassed up the job Jeff Capel has done this season. Ben labeled Burton as the Panthers' most important player tonight. Ben talked about the concept of the First Four and loves that it creates a little bit more opportunity and how teams can make a run if they win this game. Ben is happy for Pitt's fans and that he's excited for the matchup tonight. Ben likes the rock fight approach because you won't always have your scoring ability, but should always be able to count on your defense. Ben gave a shout out to Jamie Dixon, who has TCU back in the dance, saying Dixon has always done an incredible job at evolving to the game.

Poni said if Mike Tomlin visits a pro day, someone from that team is eligible to be drafted with the Steelers first pick, noting that the team has almost never drafted a player in the 1st round without Tomlin visiting their pro day.
