You thought we were done but we're BACK!Christina Naugle reframes med spa growth as more than adding services or saying yes to every patient request. As the owner of Selah Aesthetics in Florida and a plastic surgery PA with 20 years of experience, she shares how collaboration with plastic surgeons, thoughtful treatment planning, and strong clinical judgment shape sustainable aesthetics. The episode explores why the five-year mark can be a risky stage for providers, how “no makes your career,” and why referring out can build trust instead of weakening authority. Christina also discusses lasers, year-long patient plans, live events, customer connection, and the role of stacked treatments in pursuing better results with practical downtime.Talking PointsMed spa growth now requires more intentional focus than organic demandPlastic surgery relationships can support referral-based patient acquisitionCollaboration works best when providers respect each other's clinical laneStrong treatment plans give each category more room to succeedThe in-between plan can waste money without delivering visible resultsYear-long planning helps patients understand aesthetics as a relationshipReproducible results make clinical work easier to scaleProviders need accredited training, not YouTube-based learningThe five-year mark can create risky overconfidenceSaying no and referring out can protect both patient and providerLasers can complete the aesthetic tool belt beyond injectablesDevice investments require intentional ROI and utilization plansCustomer service can come from personal notes and real connectionStacked treatments may create stronger yearly results with manageable downtimeLinks in this EpisodeSelah Aesthetics + WellnessOmni BioceuticalsMINT E-coursesLaser Mastery TrackMINT Tuesday TrainingA huge thank you to our sponsor, Omni Bioceuticals! Stacy Naugle is the founder and Chief Metabolic Strategist at Executive Metabolism™ — a boutique performance advisory firm she created specifically for professional women over 40 who are losing their energy, their mental sharpness, and quietly, their confidence — and can't understand why, because they are doing everything right.Stacy's background is in East Asian Medicine. She earned her master's degree, became licensed in Washington State in 1995, and have spent over 35 years in clinical practice at the intersection of East-West medicine, metabolic science, and behavior change. Over that time, Stacy founded and directed her own integrative health clinics, taught acupressure at Bastyr University, lectured for medical and community organizations, and studied health and longevity practices across multiple continents. She has worked with clients on every continent except Antarctica.Stacy currently lives in Ecuador (which is its own story) and is relocating to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area this summer. Her business partner and husband Markus brings a background in molecular biology from MIT, which means the science behind what she does is rigorous and current. But the driving force behind Executive Metabolism™ is not academic. It is something Stacy watched happen again and again in her clinical rooms for decades, until she finally couldn't stay silent about it anymore.Contact Stacy Naugle:free Executive Metabolic Capacity Assessment at https://www.executivemetabolism.com/metabolic-capacity-assessmenthttps://www.linkedin.com/in/stacy-naugle/Dr. Kimberley LinertSpeaker, Author, Broadcaster, Mentor, Trainer, Behavioral OptometristEvent Planners- I am available to speak at your event. America Out Loud PULSE with Dr. Clayton J. Baker – In these extraordinarily troubling times, we find ourselves in a world full of turmoil, wrought by the unaccountable, so-called “elites” in power. There is a moral and psychological dimension to this multivalent attack on society we are undergoing. Jeffrey Tucker interviews Father John Naugle who has been fighting for workers and the freedom of religion since the disaster began in March 2020. Here he tells of his struggle to make worship possible, even as the secular authorities were fighting against it, and the religious authorities refused to speak out. He speaks of the moral injury that comes from acquiescence to power and how freedom really does require a higher sense of purpose in life. Topics covered include the Gospels' treatment of infectious disease, and the obligation we all have to the sick. The elite divided society into those worthy of the good life and those who were not, and that division has not gone away. In this episode, Stephanie Boyles-Griffin, Jessica Tegt, Steve Demarais, and Bronson Strickland discuss the complexities of urban deer management, exploring the challenges posed by growing deer populations in urban areas. While recreational hunting remains the most effective and practical tool for population control in most settings, an increasing number of circumstances—especially in urban and suburban areas—render it unfeasible. Stephanie and Jessica, both from the Botstiber Institute, outline non-lethal and alternative methods commonly used to manage deer in these environments and walk through the series of decisions required to evaluate which techniques are appropriate and how likely they are to succeed. Below, Stephanie and Jessica have provided resources if you are interested in learning more.
