In this episode, Clint continues his conversation with Craig Weber, founder of Craig Weber Consulting Group and author of “Conversational Capacity: The Secret to Building Successful Teams That Perform When the Pressure is On.” During their chat, Craig talks about the detriments of using your authority as a sledgehammer, the benefits of having someone on your team who isn't fully on-board with your plan, and the importance of building your discipline: physical, intellectual, and emotional. Plus, Craig discusses why political discourse is primed to go sideways and gives advice on how to overcome our instinct for avoidance or defensiveness in political conversations. This is the second part of a two-part conversation.

The Jets horrid and sloppy performance on Sunday versus the Broncos, something we've come accustomed to the last few seasons, has people questioning if New York has the right men in place leading this team. Blake & Teddy discuss if those conversations are just or if we need to remain patient before discussing Garrett Wilson's role in this offense so far this season, the defense's struggles vs the run and Davante Adams' availability and whether or not it makes sense for the Jets to move on. The two finish off the show by previewing the Jets/Vikings game in London, one that will feature former Jet and current NFL leader in passing touchdowns Sam Darnold who has Minnesota off to a 4-0 start.

We all love to point out what our partner is doing wrong or pointing out what bothers YOU .How about we replace our pointing finger with a mirror? When we are busy complaining or upset at what our partner is doing why not look in the mirror and see if it's YOU that YOU have a problem with.Interesting take, we hope you will enjoy it!

Meet Estee, a Montreal native who's now a young wife and mother of four in Brooklyn, NY. In this episode, Estee opens up about her journey living with her husband's debilitating anxiety. From being the “can-do” problem solver since childhood, she soon realized that she couldn't “make it better” for everyone else around her anymore. The depths of her husbands emotional distress compelled her to seek out the help she deserved. Today, Estee prioritizes her well-being and develops compassionate empathy- no longer shouldering the responsibility of others' emotional states. ” I didn't only have to be on the receiving end, but I also had to tell people exactly how I wanted them to support me.” Estee's transformation even led her to become a certified life coach, supporting women dealing with addiction and mental health challenges. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/neshamos-podcast/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/neshamos-podcast/support

Joe Rogan said some fairly innocuous stuff this week about what would happen in a street fight (or a locked-room fight, as the case may be) between Jon Jones and Tyson Fury. Fury did not appreciate Rogan's opinion and aired his displeasure on social media, and THAT essentially kicked off a round robin of internet beef between Jones, Fury and Francis Ngannou. It was, honestly, pretty ridiculous. So, this week we discuss: Why did it make Fury so mad when Rogan was really only repeating an argument MMA guys have been making since the '90s? If no other important boxers will fight him (as he claims) why doesn't Fury get something on the books with Ngannou? And doesn't Jones appreciate the irony of talking shit to Ngannou when Jones himself was embroiled in a contract dispute of his own with the UFC recently? Plus, in Power Rankings, the Conor McGregor reputational whitewash has begun, Alex Pereira vs. Janny Blackjacks (?!?!?!), and there are a lot of interesting personal style choices going on at this BKFC weigh-in. A long, winding road takes reporter Kevin Donovan to a most unusual meeting in a cold garage with Honey and Barry Sherman's only son, the man who calls himself the “heir apparent” and whose sister suspects he was involved in the murders. In a wide-ranging conversation, Jonathon says he is an open book. Ask me anything, he says, which Donovan does. Jonathon is voiced by an actor based on his interview with Kevin and email correspondence. This is episode seven of “The Billionaire Murders: The hunt for the killers of Honey and Barry Sherman,” a “Suspicion” podcast probing the strange case of the famous Toronto couple who were found strangled in their north Toronto home in 2017. For five years, Donovan has covered the case for the Star, fought court battles to access documents on the police investigation and the Sherman estate, and wrote a book about it.
