I know this because I'm listening to Shattered Cast Uncut again beginning with episode #70. I think that's the time I started listening. I'm currently at #94 and saw all your young fat faces (I'm old and from Europe)  It's a bittersweet experience. That chemistry of 6/7 people was awesome. It's also bittersweet because that's almost 10 years ago. (2015) But when I look at my collection there are several mentioned toys that I still haven't swapped out. And somehow they give me the feeling those times were better or at least more exciting because everything was new and we had hope. My question is; which time do you prefer most? The time everything was new, or the time you have options and can wait for the next obvious gaps? I know the answer depends on what or which you collect. I get that Hasbro wants to increase profits and that by doing these simple things, they can.  Just like with the recent Autobot 5 pack that consisted of Hound, Wheeljack, Jazz, Sunstreaker, and Trailbreaker.  The only one most people wanted from that 5 pack was Hound, but the people that bought the other four figures previously now have to pay more for figures they got.  I get the other 4 had minor changes done, most noticeable was the change from clear/translucent plastic to the solid painted plastic.  They also did the same thing with the previous Kup and Cliffjumper where they had clear plastic issues for sale first and then later came back with the painted version that better resembles the toon aesthetic. In short, I'm done upgrading unless it is a significant improvement on the current figure.  Don't get me wrong, overall, I'm very happy with the line since the War, Siege, and Earthrise.  We've got some good figures.  I'm just tired of paying more or essentially repurchasing slightly better figures.   You also talked about Beast Wars and Beast Machines and how they weren't out in all markets when they were released.  I was one of those market.  Beast Wars aired late and the second season was airing the same time as the first season of Beast Machines. You all said that there really wasn't much linking them together other the the same characters and voice actors.  When I was that age, mid to late teens, I thought Beast Machines was ripping off Beast Wars.  My little brother who was a tween, thought the same thing.  It was real weird.   Either way.  Still look forward to listening and the new podcast.    Joe S.   P.S. Good Day Heralds of Unicron,   I submitted this back in March and I'm not sure y'all got it since you asked for questions on your most recent podcast.  The PS refers to when it was just Justin and Oscar on.  Anyway, here it is again for your consideration.   From March 3:   A couple of follow-ups to my life questions several episodes ago.  My friend that I wanted to help, but was into meth became wanted on multiple felonies and fled/left the state to Ocala, Florida...looking at you Oscar...just kidding.  He did flee to Orlando though. He's asking for money, but at this point he's a fugitive by our standards and I can't help him. Guess it worked itself out?     As for the dog, it's got out several more times, but there is nothing that we can do as individuals to rectify the situation and animal control in my county is useless.  So as long as the dog is safe and appears healthy, he'll roam.    Question for the group.  My primary collection is Transformers.  I've got my season 1 MP bots and cons, my g1 (all of season 1, season 2, and most of season 3) bots and cons, and lastly my "this is the best version of that character" for my season 1 and 2 bots and cons. I'm also getting representation of my favorite fandoms, such as having original 4 turtles for TMNT, the original 4 Ghostbusters from the plasma line, etc. as a the figure/set that will represent the fandom. I feel like my collecting days are coming to an end. The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is back for its latest installment and 239th episode, which begins with initial reactions to the news that IDW Publishing will continue the original Transformers comic book storyline once more with a four issue mini-series follow-up to last years' Transformers '84 #0, known this time around as Transformers '84: Secrets and Lies. A question from one of the show's listeners comes next, with curiosity continuing on the status of the War for Cybertron: Siege Netflix series, as no news of the show has been passed along to fans in almost a year since its announcement. A look at the free streaming catalog of Transformers content on Tubi TV comes next, with each cast member giving recommendations of parts of the catalog some fans may have overlooked over the years that are now available for legal viewing over the internet without any additional financial commitment. A look at the recently released Transformers Cyberverse Ultra Class Clobber figure rounds out the discussion before the episode ends as usual with the recurring "Bragging Rights" segment.

After that, the newly revealed Masterpiece Ramjet is broken down as what we know, and don't, comes into focus. Upcoming re-paint and re-tool figures coming early next year from Combiner Wars and from e-hobby are discussed, leading into our thoughts on recent Transformers Collectors' Club products. This includes both the recently received Figure Subscription Service 3 Krok, and the latest reveals of toys to be released exclusively at Botcon 2016. The show wraps up with a discussion on buyer's remorse related to exclusive figures that may lose their luster, as well as the regular "Bragging Rights" segment where the cast talks about their latest Transformers product acquisitions.

In this episode, Ryan and Mike go in to collector nirvana describing what it's like owning the super-awesome collectible that so many now have their hands on ... Metroplex. Twincast / Podcast Episode #73 "Beast Hunting" A little ol' convention called WONDERFEST happened, and there was some big yellow plasticy Scorponok thing shown on display next to G1 Fortress Maximus. Beast Hunters 'Rise of the Predacons' Exclusives, Target resets, Generations comic packs, and more seemed to magically appear all at the same time. Not only are Beast Hunters toys making news, but the Beast Hunters cartoon showed its final episode, and we share a few thoughts on its finality, Bumblebee speaking, and what comes next for Transformers cartoons. Believe it or not, the Twincast also had a few moments to talk about the SDCC TF/GI JOE Exclusive Set and how separate entities are having trouble playing nice when it comes to a certain white jet with black and red details, and super-cool fast pack jet engines.
