My name is Kevin Boyle and I have a podcast. This was the most accurate title for a show that I could think of! This podcast started 2 years ago and was originally called 'The Yoga Life'. I decided to change the name as most of the conversations I have with guests are about life more so than yoga. My goal with the podcast is to share open, unscripted and uncensored conversations that can help us to understand each other better... and hopefully have a laugh along the way.

Leon has just celebrated a year of sobriety. Like a lot people suffering from alcohol addiction, Leon started out drinking for fun. He was destined for pop stardom and boozy nights out came with the territory. When his career in pop failed to materialize as he hoped, Leon turned to alcohol to seek comfort. This trauma was reinforced by the awful bullying he suffered as a child in school. Leon was brave enough to attend my first ever retreat sober and he hasn't looked back since. There are certain people that come into your life and just make it brighter. Leon is one of those bright souls. A star is reborn and I'm delighted to share his story with you. Enjoy! After I was made redundant and before I was a yoga teacher, Pat Divilly was and still is a huge inspiration for me. When I first thought about becoming a teacher, it was my mum and sister that told me about Pat and his Late late show appearance. His determination combined with his humility made me an instant fan.  One of the biggest joys of being a podcaster is that you get a chance to sit in front of brilliant, witty and kind people like Pat and simply absorb.  Thank you all so much for your great questions, this is essential your Q&A with Pat, I just read the messages!  If you'd like to keep in touch, you can follow @theyogalifepodcast on IG and support here.   Support this podcast
