The LeadHerShip: Toddlers, Teenagers, and a Team podcast is an incredible resource for anyone involved in network marketing or looking to grow personally and professionally. I have been listening to podcasts for several years now, but this one stands out as one of the best I have come across. It's refreshing to listen to someone who has achieved success but remains humble enough to share her strategies in hopes of helping others reach their goals.
While it's hard to find any drawbacks to this podcast, one small critique would be the focus on network marketing may not appeal to everyone. However, even if you're not directly involved in network marketing, there is still plenty of valuable content related to personal growth and leadership that can be applied in any field.
In conclusion, The LeadHerShip: Toddlers, Teenagers, and a Team podcast is a must-listen for anyone seeking guidance in network marketing or personal development. In this episode, we explore the second pillar of the Proverbs 31 lifestyle: being profitable. Discover why the desire for profit is part of God's design and how being motivated by profit biblically differs from greed. Today I am getting real with y'all about those seasons when productivity just isn't happening the way we want it to. I shared my own experience this past week of needing to reset after traveling + 3 unexpected snow days for the kids and how it affected my routines, energy, and mindset. What I want you to remember: - There's a big difference between being a productive person and trying to be productive every single moment - We need to understand the difference between needed rest and "the bread of idleness" - When one habit slips (usually sleep or nutrition for me), it can create a domino effect - It's so important to recognize when we need a reset and not beat ourselves up about it Here are the strategies I've learned for resetting: 1. Pay attention to early warning signs: - Physical symptoms (fatigue, digestive issues) - Mental fog - Emotional sensitivity - Increased mom guilt 2. Focus on the foundation first: - Start with sleep (nothing works well without this!) - Get back to basics with nutrition - Include gentle movement like walking - Make time for prayer and Bible reading 3. Get perspective from people who know you well 4. Trust God's timing and remember - this is His work, not just yours Something that's really helped me when I need a complete reset, especially with nutrition, is doing a structured 3-day Reset that helps clear the mental fog and restore my energy. See what that's all about here! If you wanna know more about that, I'd love to share details with you! Just pick a platform and shoot me a message! ❤️ Connect With Me: Follow me on Instagram here Follow me on Facebook here Watch my network marketing trainings on Youtube here Get my raw, unedited biblical business/leadership wisdom on Patreon Biblical truth I'm holding onto: "My yoke is easy and my burden is light." When everything feels too heavy, it's usually because I'm striving in my own strength instead of abiding in His.
In this episode, we dive into the biblical perspective on productivity and energy management, sharing the first four of eight essential habits that help maintain the energy needed to live a fruitful life. The Proverbs 31 woman intentionally "dressed herself with strength" and we as modern Christian women can do the same. Key Points Discussed: The difference between modern productivity culture and biblical fruitfulness Why energy is a finite resource that needs intentional stewardship How energy management affects our ability to serve God and others The connection between spiritual, mental, and physical energy Memorable Quotes: "God didn't design us to feel tired all the time. I do think God designed us to use our energy, and I do think that our lives should be an outpouring of energy, but we shouldn't feel like we never have any."
In this vulnerable and foundational episode of the LeadHerShip podcast, Brittney Howard opens up about her journey from being a "fangirl" of the Proverbs 31 woman to understanding and living out biblical womanhood in modern life. She addresses the core foundation of what it means to be a Proverbs 31 woman while sharing her personal struggles with impostor syndrome and spiritual growth. Key Points from the Episode: Understanding the Foundation - The fear of the Lord as the cornerstone of biblical womanhood - Differentiating between fear as terror and fear as reverence - How the fear of the Lord impacts every area of life and decision-making Personal Transparency - Brittney's honest confession about feeling more like the woman from Luke 7 than the Proverbs 31 woman - Wrestling with impostor syndrome while answering God's call - The importance of moving forward despite feelings of inadequacy Biblical Understanding - The difference between striving for acceptance and responding to God's love - How good works flow from salvation rather than earning it - The practical application of biblical principles in daily life The Result of a God-Centered Life - Understanding true praise-worthiness as a result, not a goal - The difference between seeking human approval and godly obedience - How living for God's glory naturally leads to fruit in our lives Reflection Questions: 1. Is the fear of the Lord a motivating force in your daily decisions, or do you find yourself more driven by others' opinions? 2. In what area of your life do you most need to shift from seeking people's praise to seeking God's glory? 3. How would your decisions change if the fear of the Lord was truly your foundation? You ever wonder what your kids will think about your network marketing business when they grow up? I always do
Today we are talking about a non-negotiable quality for someone who has BIG goals...DETERMINATION. The definition of "determined" is decided, settled, resolved. When we goals that are outside of our current skillset, there's a whole lot of figuring out of things that has to happen to get from where we are now to where we want to go! And we can't wait around for someone to hand it to us, we have to take ownership and go get it!! Along the way, there will be setbacks. The setbacks cause frustration, and how we respond to our frustration is what will determine how far we go. For the successful people, frustration actually drives CHANGE. For the unsuccessful, it causes them to quit. So many people allow discouragement to rob them of their dreams, because they don't see adversity as part of the process that is shaping them into the type of person who can handle the amount of success we desire!! Most of the time our discouragement is not rooted in reality, its rooted in our unrealistic expectation of what reality should be. And most of the time that unrealistic expectation is rooted in comparison! Comparison is the thief of joy, and comparison keeps people stuck!! The truth is, no matter how successful a person is, they all hit a wall at some point!! Every single person who has ever set a goal and worked hard to achieve it has gotten to a point where they feel frustrated because what they are doing doesn't seem to be working! How you respond to your frustration will determine your trajectory, and this episode will walk you through how to overcome your frustration, lack of results, make change happen, develop yourself and your skills, AND how to become CONFIDENT! This episode is perfect timing right before our company convention!
Today is a candid conversation with Melanie Mitro, who has built TWO 7 figure businesses, one in network marketing and one with her company that she started—Chic Influencer! The first thing we talk about today is the fact that she has over 35 LEVEL ONES who are 6 figure earners!! 35!!! That is mind blowing!! And that speaks the quality and scalability of her systems!! When we talk about scaling, we mean being able to bring on AS MANY new customers and business builders as possible, and helping them find success with solid systems vs helping so many people one-on-one. Here are some of the other questions I asked her that you will get to hear the answer to today: ✨How did you create systems that scale? ✨How do you keep up with SO many people and feel confident that you are serving them well? ✨How do you keep people from quitting due to their own mindset obstacles? ✨What are the systems that are needed to support that many business builders well and develop them into strong leaders? ✨What do you think it takes to create momentum? Melanie knows a thing or two about success, and she definitely understands what it takes to be successful in network marketing. Last week we talked about the qualities of six figure earners, and this week we are discussing their habits! Success isn't about doing five thousand things well. Success is doing the right things well five thousand times over. -Tony Robbins Habits are the actions we take over and over and over. Today we are talking about the things six figure earners in network marketing actually do…and do consistently! If you want to earn a 6 figure income in your network marketing business, these are the habits you need to cultivate.
I've set some big goals for my business, and I hope you have too!
I had a GREAT conversation with a Jewel from my team this week, who has just developed FOUR new level 1 business builders, and is pretty much on top of the world right now!!! Oh except for that one thing in the back of her mind…worry. “How do I KEEP myself this excited?!” Terri asked. “And how do I keep my business from consuming me when I am this excited about it?! How do I maintain balance between my business and all of the other parts of my life?” Valid questions. The struggle is real, right?! If you've ever had someone on your team just as excited about the business as you are, then you can probably relate to Terri! I know I can. And when we are having so much fun in our business that we literally have to force ourselves to STOP working, we know intuitively that we can't keep that pace forever. So today, I'm sharing with you everything Terri and I talked about this week including: The EXACT formula to keep yourself excited about your business so that you feel excited about your business ALL THE TIME How to maintain healthy balance between your business and your personal life Talking all the way through these things on this episode. So excited about 2024 y'all!! Its gonna be a GREAT year!!
This week I'm sharing with you the top 5 things I do to walk into the week feeling in control of my business and not overwhelmed—even during the busiest times of year! I'm running a multi 6 figure biz over here and I have 6 kids. It's a mad house. Actually not really.
The last two weeks of the year are probably my favorite weeks of the whole year!! It's a time when I get reflective of the current year AND start cultivating my vision for the coming year. Reflection, planning, executing, then repeating is the process of becoming successful at ANYTHING! So today, I am re-airing an episode that aired exactly one year ago that is still super relevant and timely right now and this time EVERY year! It's about cultivating your leadership vision. It begins with reflection, and then moves into thinking about what you want to accompish in the year ahead, not just for yourself, but also for your team. Great leaders are not only able to produce results for themselves, they are also able to help OTHERS produce results! I find that these types of leaders have 3 qualities: convictions, vision, and a plan. On this episode we walk through how to develop each one of those qualities, with lots of questions to help cultivate your leadership vision for the upcoming year and then communicate it in a way that makes others catch the vision with you!! The workbook I created for this episode is one you'll want to fill out year after year. I hope you DREAM BIG for 2024 and that after filling after this workbook, you'll have clarity on how to achieve it! Is it possible to be crazy successful if you struggle against fear, doubt, insecurity, and comparison? Today you're hearing a conversation I had with one of the top performing leaders on my team, and you're going to LOVE her!!
Just got back from an EPIC 3 day training event for network marketers from Eric Worre.
It IS possible to grow your business and paycheck during the holidays WHILE enjoying what the holiday season has to offer with your family, creating special memories, and not sacrificing the things that are most important to you during this season. And what makes thriving in your business and family life at the same time possible—no matter which busy season it is—are these 3 very important things: Intentionality Boundaries Discipline Last week we talked about getting clarity so you can begin to be intentional, and today we jumping into the next steps to being intentional—especially during the BUSIEST times of the year—simplifying and making a plan for the most important things! We are also talking about healthy boundaries in your life and business, your relationships, your attention, and where your time is going so that you dont miss any of the most important things in any realm of your life! And then I'm going there. I'm saying the “D” word. Discipline. Its not fun, but its a necessary part of success in ANYTHING.
It IS possible to grow your business and paycheck during the holidays WHILE enjoying what the holiday season has to offer with your family, creating special memories, and not sacrificing the things that are most important to you during this season. And what makes thriving in your business and family life at the same time possible—no matter which busy season it is—are these 3 very important things: Intentionality Boundaries Discipline Today we are diving right into that first one, and discussing how to start being intentional! Today you're going to leave with questions that will help you gain clarity on how to finish the year strong, leaving perfectionism behind so you can feel GREAT about the progress you are making! Also on today's episode: what to do when your team feels “quiet” during the holidays!
Heard this quote the other day and it HIT. "Winners are focused on winning; losers are focused on winners." Because how many times in my own journey have I let comparison slow me down or make me feel like I wasn't good enough? So today's episode might be the kick in the mindset you need from your friend who has been there, and who has had to overcome this many times myself!! When I analyze the people on my team who are WINNING, they are so focused on the finished line they are not even paying attention to what everyone around them thinks of them!! And when I analyze the people who feel "stuck" or who don't feel successful, often times its because they are comparing themselves to the people they perceive to be ahead of them and because they are looking to the left or the right, they can't even SEE the finish line since its AHEAD of them. Sometimes all that is needed to fix the problem is simply awareness!! So that is why we are hanging out here today on the topic of how winners think vs how losers think. Some of these are gonna build your confidence, but some of them are gonna sting. And as long as you choose to grow from it, then we are calling that a WIN.
How much is “enough?” At what point should I just be “content” and quit striving for more? Answering questions like these and more on today's episode! Because here is the truth of the matter: “contentedness” has nothing to do with how much you HAVE and everything to do with your heart attitude! Is it possible that you're not actually content and you've been using “contentedness” as an excuse for complacency? Contentedness has nothing to do with your work ethic! So we're tackling the true definition of contentedness today, and I wanna hear what you think about it after you listen. I've been getting some great questions lately surrounding the issue of making money. Is it wrong for Christians to want to make a lot of money? How much is enough? At what point should I just be “content?” I find that so many Christians struggle with feeling guilty for wanting to make a lot of money (I was one of them!!), and others downright fear what having a lot of money is going to do to them. So today we are digging into that first question, and next week, we will tackle contentment and determine what is “enough.” Follow me on Instagram: @brittneydhoward Watch my trainings on Youtube: https://youtube.com/@brittneydhoward Follow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brittney.howard.71 Check out the blog on my website: brittneyhoward.com
There are 3 possible reasons you haven't reached your goals: Mindset Habits Skillset All 3 of these go hand in hand! Last week we talked about the first one-mindset- and today we are jumping in to the other two! Sometimes its not just a matter of what you need to DO, its a matter of who you need to BECOME. “Of course you want to do what I do, but are you willing to do what I DID?” -John Maxwell In order to become as successful as you want to become, you need to observe the habits of the people who have gotten to where you want get. And then you need to make those habits your own. We are going to talk about a few habits of the most successful people on the planet that I've observed and studied. Lastly, this business is a set of skills that anyone can master and get good at. How well are you getting results in these areas of recruiting, retention, duplication, and leadership? If there's an area where you're NOT getting great results, commit to mastering those skills until you do! If you want to reach your goals with more speed, remove the friction. Develop the mindset of a successful person, develop the habits of a successful person, and develop the skills that a successful person has….and you will BECOME a successful person.
Last week we talked about what to do when you don't “feel” successful, which is often times rooted in comparison, but what if you are CONFIDENT you can reach your goals and just feel FRUSTRATED that your progress is much slower than you want it to be?! There are 3 possible reasons you haven't reached your goals: Mindset Habits Skillset Today I'll be asking you some questions to help you determine which one it is, and then what to do to remove the friction so you can reach your goals with more SPEED! Did you know that the #1 reason people QUIT their network marketing business, is because they don't FEEL successful? Not because they are NOT successful, but because they don't FEEL successful. You know what the root of that feeling is? COMPARISON. And comparison is the thief of joy. It will rob you of joy through the journey on the way to your goals. So today we are diving into the symptoms of comparison, the results of comparison (some of these might surprise you!!) and the cure for comparison, so that you can be free of this mindset that can either make you feel like you are not good enough OR make you feel like you are better than people. If you want to “feel” successful, let's examine your thoughts.
This week we are continuing to talk about what causes you to feel anxious, stressed out, and under pressure in your business. Last week we went over the first reason, which was believing that all of your success (or lack thereof) depends on you and not fully depending on or trusting in God with your business. This week we talk about the other reason, which is when you try to find your value/worth in something other than your relationship with Jesus. We're gonna discover how to tell if you're struggling with that, what the symptoms of it are, what's causing it, and what the cure is. I hope that this two part series encourages you to work from a place of trust, peace, and joy through the process as you work toward your dreams!
Book mentioned in this episode: https://amzn.to/3PzRjLs Faith Driven Entrepreneur Today's episode: Anxious, stressed out, and feeling tons of pressure about your business? I have a confession: I am pretty sure I have felt anxiety about my business more than I HAVEN'T. And a few weeks ago in Mexico, God convicted me about that. I was spending some alone time reading a book called The Faith Driven Entrepreneur (link below) and one chapter in particular was SO convicting that I had to pray right then and I have to tell you about it now because surely I cannot be the only one. Today we are going to talk about what it means to be a FAITHFUL worker vs a WILLFUL worker. Both work hard. They may even get the same result. But one has peace and joy surrounding it and the other experiences fear and worry through the whole process. One is able to fully enjoy the fruit of their labor knowing where it came from and will come from, and the other can never relax, never fully enjoy it because they are worried that if they let up, things wont stay afloat or move forward. Which one sounds like you? There are a few things that can cause you to feel anxiety and pressure in your business and today we are going to talk about one of them: not fully depending on and trusting God with your business. Hope this perspective helps you as much as it helped me.

Find out what your initial thoughts in response to developing a new Silver each month mean about what you need to do to move your business forward and earn that luxury trip to Hawaii you're dreaming of! Its actually way more simple than you think
Coming to you from the beaches of Mayakoba, Mexico today and this episode might be one that helps your team or your potential business builders/prospects make a DECISION! If you have people on your team who have dipped their big toe into growing this business but haven't gone ALL IN yet, you're going to want to make sure they listen to this one. If you have prospects who are on the fence about this business, or maybe considering other opportunities, maybe even downright SKEPTICAL…you're going to want to share this episode with them and tell them WHY you thought of them and what benefit they would get from listening to it! (ex: it will help them make a decision about whether this is for them or not) And for SURE you are going to want to listen to this yourself, so you can understand what makes this business model SO unique, SO special, and why there is NOTHING else out there like it. GO ALL IN!!! If you haven't already, GO. ALL. IN. Give this all you've got! You're about to hear today why its worth it.
Its so hard as a leader when someone on your team WANTS THIS and is so hungry and putting in the work but not getting results! Today I am sharing with you how I troubleshoot and pinpoint what part of their process needs refining/tweaking so they can get the results they are working for.
There are only 5 possible reasons why you're not creating business builders on your team, and so far we've covered the first three: You aren't actually engaging in the process (and maybe telling yourself you are!) You aren't engaging in the process consistently! You aren't engaging in the process completely. This week we are jumping into the last two reasons which are: 4. You aren't engaging in the process effectively. 5. You lack credibility. Going over several things impact your level of effectiveness with this process (and how to fix them!). Plus, what to do if you realize you need to build more influence.
Last week we covered the first two possible reasons why you aren't creating business builders, which are: You aren't actually engaging in the process (and maybe telling yourself you are!) You aren't engaging in the process consistently! And today we are going to cover the third reason: 3. You aren't engaging in the process COMPLETELY! Most people can't conceive of themselves doing something like this at first; however, much like the follow up process with the products which is an average of 8-12 exposures, some people DO decide to jump in after they've been through an exposure process! So today, I'm showing you step-by-step how to follow up about the biz opportunity depending on what their objections are, so whether they have limiting beliefs about the products, about themselves, or about network marketing, after today you'll feel confident in knowing what to say and do to effectively follow up.
