Today we're trashing feminism some more, because it obviously deserves it. Feminism is not only unbiblical, it's extremely destructive for all of society. We'll talk about why Christian podcasters like Allie Beth Stuckey shouldn't defend their feminism while claiming to follow Christ, and why Christianity itself is a patriarchy, by God's design. It's time for biblical men to stop waiting for permission from feminists and take back the authority God gave them. We'll also discuss more of the Trump administration's mistakes, including this ridiculous new 50-year mortgage idea that proves how far from wisdom our leaders have fallen.

Rather than a checklist, Proverbs 31 gives us an aspirational picture of a woman who fears the Lord. Her strength, kindness, diligence, and trustworthiness all flow from a heart devoted to God. This passage challenges women (and all believers) to reflect Christ in the way they live, love, and lead.

The identity of the woman in Proverbs 31 has been debated for generations. In this sermon episode, David reveals how she represents far more than an impossible standard for individual women—she's actually the culmination of the entire biblical story. From the Garden of Eden to the New Testament church, David traces the hope that a wise king would marry Wisdom itself. This hope points directly to and is fulfilled in Jesus and his bride, the church, who together bring God's flourishing kingdom to a broken world.

#190// What do you see with your eyes closed? What do you see when you allow your spirit to set vision as it's connected to the Spirit of God?Listen, Sister . . . if we're actually going to BEHOLD the things of God in the natural, we've got to get good at seeing it with our spirit first. This past weekend, I had the opportunity to speak to and exhort over 300 women at our REVIVE Woman Conference 2025 about what it looks like to BEHOLD with God... to perceive the new thing He is doing in this coming season (see Isaiah 43:19). The truth is: We BECOME what we BEHOLD!If we are continually beholding our Savior -- the way He walked and talked and related to others -- we will become more and more like Him. If we allow ourselves to behold the negative, the swirl, the chaos or overwhelm, we will continually see that all around us. And here's the part no one wants to say out loud: We can't BECOME on our own because it's hard for us to BEHOLD on our own. We NEED other faith-filled, godly women of purpose around us -- cheering us on, calling us up higher, discipling and challenging us -- for our GOOD and for the GLORY of God!And you better believe the enemy is going to do everything in his power to keep you from beholding. Because he doesn't want you to BECOME! That makes you a BIG threat to his kingdom of darkness. But I've got his schemes in my sight and I'm going to share with you The Four Strategies the Enemy Uses to Keep Us from Beholding:

#189 // Are you a conference "junkie" . . . attending conference after conference for the next Holy Spirit "hit?"Listen, I've been there, Sister . . .I had this belief that the big breakthrough I needed or the touch from God that was going to finally shift things could only be found during a big, Christian conference with all the lights, sounds and fanfare. I would be so expectant for that type of encounter at these events, but there was very little expectation of God encountering me in that same way in my everyday life. The truth is: breakthrough and deliverance can happen anywhere!Yes, it can happen at the altar during a conference, but it can also happen in your living room as you set your heart and soul on the desire to experience God in a new way.But why are we talking about this? Well, friend... I'm hosting a women's conference next weekend and I want to help my ambitious, sound-making, Jesus Girls (like you) to know how you can properly prepare when you decide to attend a Christian conference. It's more than just popping up and enjoying the worship and word. Here are three things I'd encourage you to do before stepping into your next conference:

Sunday Morning Message - "The Proverbs 31 Woman"In this special Mother's Day message titled, "The Proverbs 31 Woman", from Sunday, May 11, Pastor Kyle shares the key to understanding Proverbs 31 is recognizing that it's not about being perfect in every area at all times. Instead, it's about the entire impact of a woman's life as she walks with God through different seasons. Women don't have to do it all, all the time. Instead, focus on cooperating with God's grace in each season of life, knowing that over time, these efforts will add up to create a beautiful legacy.Digging Deeper into the Message: The Proverbs 31 Woman - A Life of ImpactKey Takeaways:1. The Proverbs 31 woman represents attributes developed over a lifetime, not all at once.2. Women should never underestimate the cumulative impact of their whole life.3. A Proverbs 31 woman is characterized by strong character, diligence, adaptability, family love, God-sized vision, and deserves honor.Discussion Questions:1. Pastor Kyle mentioned that Proverbs 31 describes a woman's life as a whole, not all at once. How does this perspective change your view of the "ideal" woman described in this passage?2. The sermon emphasized the importance of character. How can we cultivate trustworthiness and integrity in our daily lives?3. Discuss the concept of "embracing the season." How can we be fully present and make the most of our current life stage?4. The Proverbs 31 woman is described as having a God-sized vision for her life. What does this mean to you, and how can we develop this kind of perspective?5. How can we better honor and appreciate the women in our lives, not just on Mother's Day but throughout the year?6. Pastor Kyle mentioned that the Proverbs 31 woman "fears the Lord." How does a strong relationship with God impact other areas of life?Practical Applications:1. This week, identify one area of character you'd like to strengthen. Make a plan to work on it daily.2. Write a note of appreciation to a woman who has positively impacted your life. Be specific about how her actions have made a difference.3. Reflect on your current life season. List three ways you can fully embrace and make the most of it.4. Set aside time for prayer and Bible study to deepen your relationship with God and develop a "God-sized vision" for your life.5. For men: Consider how you can become the kind of man who can find and support a Proverbs 31 woman.6. For women: Reflect on which attributes of the Proverbs 31 woman you most relate to, and which you'd like to develop further.

The Proverbs 31 woman has often been placed on a pedestal, celebrated but feared. Who could possibly ever live up to those expectations? But deeper study has led me to a new conclusion about this well-known passage of scripture.Let's break down the elements of this acrostic poem and how it reflects the inner strength, dignity, and love that come from godly wisdom. By the end of this episode, you'll see that the heart of wisdom isn't about perfection; it's about the journey of growing and learning to love God and others wholeheartedly. It's time to explore how to embrace our unique paths to wisdom without feeling like we have to do it all.Episode HighlightsProverbs 31 isn't a checklist to stress us out; it's more of a wisdom roadmap. The woman described in Proverbs 31 is a symbol of wisdom, not a standard to meet.Living with wisdom means embracing our imperfections and learning from our experiences.Embracing wisdom is about loving God and our neighbors, not juggling endless tasks.Resources MentionedJoin the Renewal Retreat WaitlistTHE HOLY BIBLE, NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION®, NIV® Copyright © 1973, 1978, 1984, 2011 by Biblica, Inc.® Used by permission. In this vulnerable and foundational episode of the LeadHerShip podcast, Brittney Howard opens up about her journey from being a "fangirl" of the Proverbs 31 woman to understanding and living out biblical womanhood in modern life. She addresses the core foundation of what it means to be a Proverbs 31 woman while sharing her personal struggles with impostor syndrome and spiritual growth.
