We are taking an episode to reflect on a year of parenting wins and growing pains, the beauty and chaos of home renovations, and the rhythms that keep us grounded — like our weekly 'Wednesday Walks'.
We are tackling a conversation every parent knows is important—but many don't know how to approach: talking to kids about sex.
Does oral health impact your overall health?
We just survived—and thrived— 5 whirlwind days at Disneyland California ... with FOUR little kids in tow!
Buckle up … we are diving into a fascinating conversation this week — spirituality, consciousness, and telepathy
Hey, remember the Enneagram?
Recently we had quite the experience while on a trip with our Management Team - and it involves the need for lots of wipes (yes, a baby blowout).
This conversation with Jamie Winship was released almost a year ago and is still one of our favorite episodes we've done on the podcast. We wanted to drop it again because it is THAT good! Jamie Winship joins us for a conversation all about identity. He is breaking through false identity + guides us through understanding what is true and how we can experience that truth. We talk about bridging the gap between who you are and what God has called you to do, knowing your identity directly ties into how you love your neighbor, as well as what false identity is + how it is rooted in fear. Jamie offers online courses that help people discover their true identity and experience a life of joy, peace, and freedom. Our Identity Exchange Coaches are trained to help you recognize the false beliefs holding you back and begin the movement into your true identity. Have you ever wondered if clean ingredients *really* are life-changing? I think we all have. For Bethany McDaniel, her curiosity began at a young age, which turned into a journey as she built a successful natural skincare brand – Primally Pure. ✨ In this episode, Jeremy + Audrey ask Bethany about all things clean ingredients. From why clean ingredients matter, to her passion for holistic health, and the benefits of using natural products. They also touch on the buzz around tallow, natural deodorants, the botox debate, and some of Bethany's favorite alternatives for keeping your skin looking youthful. Who doesn't love a good dupe with LEGIT results?!
Tis the season for a bit of chaos!
“What is your biggest of mine?!” We are kicking of today's episode with TWO Connect Card questions and things get real honest, real quick (but all in love + fun!) But the core of this episode focuses on something that we have been discussing lately – and that is programming. Kids are like empty hard drives and they learn how to do, think, eat, believe, talk … by the way they are taught. We are programming our children every day, whether we realize it or not. And the truth is: they're never going to do what you tell them to do, they're always going to do what you tell them to do.
Let's talk about Christmas traditions + memories - because if you know us, you know we are all about creating traditions & memories ✨ And Christmas is one of our favorite times to build on those for our family. Has our parenting philosophy changed over the last 7 years of having multiple kids? Absolutely. Because the truth is that as we grow + change our family, our perspective grows + changes alongside of it. And in today's episode, we are talking all about those changes as we share what our experience has been from no kids to one kid, to now having four kids. Some of the perspectives that we have changed are around topics like vaccines, birth choices, sharing the bed, managing screen time, discipline strategies, the role of sports in our family, and a few more hot-button topics (because those are the ones we have shifted on most!). At the end of the day, it is all about trusting your gut, finding balance, and embracing the unpredictable nature of parenting. So grab your headphones and listen in! GUESS WHAT?! Your gut health affects your overall health. And when you struggle with chronic illness, it is easy to think “Well I am sick so I am just going to be sick.” But it doesn't have to be that way. There are things you can do to make yourself the healthiest you can be, even in your state of sickness. Many people don't know this, but Audrey has struggled with chronic sickness for many years - and she has gone through traditional health care + holistic health care circuits to figure out what is going on. In today's episode, she is sharing her journey! From the onset of her sickness, the physical and mental challenges she faced, the seasons of trial and error with her diet, the critical role of mindset in healing, and what happened in Costa Rica that changed her health journey completely. If you are struggling with your health, we hope this conversation is insightful and gives you hope for healing in your journey + encourages you to advocate for a balanced approach to your health. ♥️ In this episode we talk about:
How do you get your kids to eat like that?!
“What was it really like growing up on reality TV?”
“How do you plan to give birth this time around?”
We are *hopefully* coming to the finish line of our home renovation … and that is largely to due the fact that we are less than 3 months from having baby #4. So we realllyyyy would like to have the home + baby finish line aligned. So this episode is a raw + vulnerable BTS look at our home renovation. We don't ever want to shield the reality of our life and the challenges we face, especially if we think it could help others walking through the same or similar things. So we are inviting you into this conversation about our home renovation; we're peeling back the curtain and sharing the reality. If you are thinking about doing a renovation or curious about how the renovation process works, we hope this episode is helpful. ♥️ In this episode we talk about: ☀️ The reality of our day-to-day lives during this renovation

What does identity really mean? How do I discover it? How do I walk in it? Identity is an eternal journey discovering what God did when God made me. The more you walk with Him the deeper you understand yourself, and the more you love your neighbor. When your job, your role, or your responsibilities become more important than your identity, you lose yourself. So how do you stay connected to who God made you? “Identity is not the name of our religion.” - Jamie Winship joins us for a conversation all about identity. We are back with Part of this Holistic Health conversation – and if you haven't listened to Part 1 yet, do that first!
If you follow us on social media, then you know we share about the holistic changes we've made over the last few years – what we've done, why we've done it, and why we believe those changes matter.
Happy New Year!! ✨ The holiday season was FULL of movement for us. We spent Christmas at Roloff Farm (in the home where Jeremy had Christmas every year growing up!) then went to our cabin in Spring River before heading back to our temporary home with Audrey's family.
You say the word “Santa” and it brings up a diverse perspective of experiences, memories, word maps, and pictures.
You guys have probably seen or heard us talk about 1,000 hours outside on our social media. For the last 3 years we have been trying to complete our 1,000 hours outside as a family. We are SO close to finally hitting our goal this year – which is super exciting!
What are things you value as a family? ♥️ If you have been following us for a while, you know family values are a big part of what we talk about. For our family, the values we've built unite us and ground us – keep us centered and tethered to reality. We know that creating family values can feel overwhelming + daunting. You may feel like you have to instill all those values all the time. You may be thinking: how do I actually implement those values with my family? As we talk about our family values, how we came up with them, and how we implement them, we hope you walk away encouraged + inspired to sit down with your spouse and spend time coming up with your family values. We are going to offer you some practical tools that will help you simplify the focus of your values so you instill them into your kids. ⚒️ *There's still time!* Have you grabbed our heirloom Memories of Christmas journals yet?!!
We're pregnant with baby #4!
Did you know we are remodeling our home?
