The Inside Scoop with Anytime Soccer Training - Discussing Youth Soccer from Around the World
Kids are jumping from rec to club way too early — and showing up without the basics. In this episode, Coach Jesse and I get real about what's broken in grassroots soccer:
Description: Most painting business owners say they want freedom. But the way they run their week guarantees the opposite. In this Brush Busters episode, Coach Jesse and Coach Chris break down a simple truth that changes everything: rules create freedom. The owners who feel calm, profitable, and in control are not the ones with the most flexibility. They are the ones with the clearest boundaries. You'll hear why “winging it” turns into chaos, why your phone is quietly stealing your focus, and how one small habit before you walk into an estimate can instantly raise your presence and your close rate. Then they take it deeper into leadership, culture, and hiring: how to define non negotiables, set core values your team actually follows, and stop carrying fear around as the default setting. This is not mindset fluff. It's structure that gives you your life back.In this episode, you'll learn:Why flexibility without structure creates burnoutThe “leave it in the car” rule that changes your estimatesHow to protect your attention at work and at homeThe boundaries that stop your schedule from owning youHow to build core values and non negotiables your team can live byA simple way to replace fear with clarity and confidenceIf you've been trying to grow while feeling stretched thin, this episode will give you the reset.

The Inside Scoop with Anytime Soccer Training - Discussing Youth Soccer from Around the World
In this episode of The Inside Scoop, I sit down with Coach Jesse Novatski — a grassroots and college coach who's become a trusted voice in our soccer parent community.Jesse has a remarkable story. Born near São Paulo, Brazil, he spent his early years in an orphanage before being adopted and moving to the United States at age five. "The United States became my fifth birthday present," he shares. We talk about how those early experiences shaped his character, his drive, and ultimately his coaching philosophy. From giving food to homeless people on the streets of Rio as a child, to that one summer when "the skills just started to come, the goals just started to come" — Jesse's path to coaching was anything but ordinary. If you've seen Jesse in our Facebook group preaching about fundamentals, free play, and making sure kids love the game — this conversation gives you the full picture of why he believes what he believes.Connect with Coach Jesse:
Artificial Intelligence is here to stay, and people are growing more curious, confused, and concerned! Particularly when it comes to job security, how with A.I. influence us? The personal training profession is no stranger to scrutiny when discussing A.I., but is this scrutiny necessary? Coach Tom and Coach Jesse have some thoughts!
If there's anybody that knows the Lena-Winslow and Stockton football rivalry, it's Jesse Snyder, formerly at Princeton. He played in it for Le-Win and has coached in it from both sides of the field, first as a head coach at Stockton and now as an assistant for Le-Win.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/friday-night-drive--3534096/support.

Coach Jesse actually studied music in college, so it's fitting that he ultimately would suggest this topic for an episode! And Coach Tom loved the outside the box subject! When you step into a gym to smash a workout, or a stadium to watch a sporting event, music will almost certainly be playing in the background. Music is often associated with fitness and athletics, but why? Perhaps it's simply because music is always on when we're in public places (think a restaurant or the mall), or perhaps there is a bit more to it in context of physical performance. Join our Success coaches as they discuss how music may or may not enhance our abilities in the gym!

The FAN Morning Show goes into its final hour of the day with Ben Ennis and Brent Gunning talking about the Canadian men's national soccer team, as they're holding a camp this week in Toronto. The team will name their roster Friday for the CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinal series against Suriname, and the morning duo are joined by special guest, the beloved head coach of the squad, Jesse Marsch. Jesse gives the boys some insight into camp, the young squad participating and some names to watch out for in these two upcoming games. Besides previewing the two-legged contest, the hosting pair also get Jesse's take on what its been like since taking the job, the early success the team has had under him, what needs to get better and what his plan is to ensure that it will. The trio also take a few minutes to look ahead to the 2026 World Cup and what Jesse's hopes are for the team in that competition, before sharing how he feels more Canadian already and how soccer supporters across the nation have embraced him. To end today's show, B&B talk some baseball with former MLB GM and now MLB Network Radio analyst, Jim Duquette (26:25). They dive into the Juan Soto sweepstakes, which teams are legitimate pursuers of the superstar and if a bidding war between the Yankees and Mets is a real possibility. The trio also discuss the role Soto's agent, Scott Boras, could have in how his free agency goes and if he learned anything from the down year he had for his clients last offseason. To close, Ben and Brent get some thoughts from Jim on the Blue Jays; if they can compete in the A.L. East next season and what they need to make that happen, as well as how fan expectations can put some Toronto execs on the hot seat this year. Questions with Coach Jesse Tim Dykes Thanks Jesse James Jamnik for putting this idea out there. I am only new to ER Shred and have been using Isagenix for a year now. I lost 20plus kilo"s and have been in the gym constantly. My question is I am doing my first 11 day shred and only half way through it and have lost exactly 6KG'S(13 pounds) I am now at 80kg and 6"3. There has been a significant change in my body since doing weights regularly and now need to bulk up a bit. I am concerned if i start eating to much i will undo all the good work. I may be answering my own question here, i feel i need to increase my intake of protein, not sure about the carbs. The only carbs i am getting is from the shakes.. Thanks Tim.
