Episode 15: This episode explores the effects of bilateral stimulation, which is typically associated with EMDR. Bilateral stimulation is incorporating the left and right side of the body, in rhythm, in order to change the brain waves. In doing so, the theory is that you slow down the left brain and speed up the right brain, thus giving you easier access to your feelings and emotional memories. Episode 14: This episode covers the beginnings of chiropractic and why it has never garnered a lot of respect from the medical industry. Episode 013: The Emotion Code is a healing modality based upon the premise that we have trapped emotions from traumatic events in our lives. Episode 12: How Medical Intuitive, Michelle Giliberto, uses vibrations to counteract illness and disease. Michelle's vibrational therapy is based upon the idea that every illness operates at a certain frequency, or vibration--to treat that illness, she sends the counter-frequency to the person experiencing the illness. Michelle also assists clients in clearing beliefs from the subconscious mind that may be contributing to the issues in the body. Episode 9 discusses the mechanics behind energy healing and how it works. Kim interviews Vickie Wickhorst, PhD, who talks about the various brain waves, and how they play into things like anxiety and energy healing. She talks about energy healing from a distance, and how we can be 'entangled' with each other, despite our physical proximity to one another. Vickie also touches on the debate about the placebo effect, and the importance of the practitioner's belief when it comes to healing a patient. Vickie has been trained in multiple modalities, which has given her a balanced perspective on the commonalities and engineering behind energy healing as a whole. Vickie Wickhorst has explored natural alternative forms of healing for over 20 years. For her doctoral dissertation, Vickie researched 6,000 years of history on the interaction between science and philosophy.
