Sébastien Lecornu ha riportato ordine all'Assemblea nazionale, ottenendo un risultato politico significativo in tre mosse: ha ridato centralità al Parlamento, annunciato un'imposta eccezionale sui grandi patrimoni e promesso la sospensione della riforma delle pensioni fino al 2028, quindi dopo le presidenziali. Lecornu ha garantito che non ci sarà alcun aumento dell'età pensionabile né della durata dei contributi fino a gennaio 2028, come richiesto dalla CFDT. La sospensione costerà 400 milioni di euro nel 2027 e interesserà 3,5 milioni di francesi, ma sarà compensata da risparmi per evitare un aumento del deficit.Ha inoltre proposto un contributo eccezionale sui grandi patrimoni per finanziare investimenti strategici e aumenti fiscali mirati per alcune grandi imprese, con l'obiettivo di redistribuire meglio il carico fiscale. Le tariffe partono da 400 yuan per tonnellata netta e aumenteranno progressivamente fino a 1.120 yuan nel 2028. La misura riguarda anche navi battenti bandiera americana, costruite negli Usa o controllate da entità con partecipazione statunitense superiore al 25%.Si tratta di una mossa speculare a quella di Washington, che ha imposto restrizioni al settore navale e cantieristico cinese. Pechino accusa gli Stati Uniti di violare gli accordi commerciali e di danneggiare gli interessi cinesi. I valori restano stabili rispetto al 2023. La povertà colpisce soprattutto le famiglie con componenti stranieri: l'incidenza è del 30,4% se c'è almeno uno straniero, e del 35,2% se tutti i membri sono stranieri, contro il 6,2% delle famiglie composte solo da italiani.Il Mezzogiorno registra i livelli più alti di povertà (10,5%), seguito dal Nord-Ovest (8,1%) e dal Nord-Est (7,6%), mentre il Centro resta l'area con i valori più bassi (6,5%). Aumenta la povertà nelle Isole, passata dal 11,9% al 13,4%. Nei comuni piccoli non periferici delle aree metropolitane l'incidenza è più elevata (8,9%), mentre nelle grandi città scende leggermente. Tuttavia, al Sud e al Nord sono proprio i centri metropolitani a registrare i tassi più alti. Rosalba embraces modern professional learning, developing online workshops, webinars, and contributing to podcasts for various agencies and organizations.
