The Biden administration is looking to phase out conventional, gas-powered vehicles, with the goal of transitioning the nation toward electric vehicles. Some states, such as California, are even working to mandate that all new cars sold will soon have to be electric. We're told this is being done for the environment. But what's left out of the discussion is the significant environmental harm caused by electric vehicles. In this episode, we'll discuss the issue. ⭕️
Today, Jason finishes up his talk with Neal Bawa as they touch on the potential impact of generative AI technology. Generative AI, such as Chat GPT, is considered a groundbreaking innovation and is expected to both disrupt and enhance various aspects of society. It can accelerate progress, solve complex problems, and potentially eliminate some jobs while creating new opportunities. This technology is compared to the significance of the internet, smartphones, and personal computers combined. While it may disrupt job markets, it also holds the promise of unprecedented prosperity and transformative advancements across various fields, from healthcare to climate change mitigation and chip design. #AI #Technology #Prosperity #JobMarket #Disruption" Key Takeaways: 1:52 Math on missed opportunities 3:34 The inflection point of Ai 8:32 A new economic prosperity as Ai creates complexity 12:20 Technology: Imagine a need and fill it 19:45 Software, robotics and infrastructure costs 24:51 The problem is energy 26:50 "Money creation happens when there is some kind of distress" Mentioned: Paul Zane Pilzer, "Unlimited Wealth- The Theory & Practice of Economic Alchemy" Tony Seba, CEO of RethinkX, https://www.rethinkx.com/ Neal Bawa https://multifamilyu.com/ Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

The Biden administration has launched a new office aimed at repealing gun rights. The new White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention will be headed by Vice President Kamala Harris. The White House continues calling on Congress to take action on firearms. And with the new office, the country is likely to see more debates on the right to bear arms. Yet, is the office actually focused on gun restrictions as a matter of public safety? Or is it about something else entirely? In this episode, we'll discuss. ⭕️
Jason and Neil Bawa discuss the state of the multifamily real estate market. Prices in the sector reached unsustainable levels, resulting in a 25% decline since the peak in early 2022. Neil outlines two scenarios for the future: one where the Federal Reserve cuts rates, leading to stabilization through rate caps and refinancing, and another where rates remain high, causing distress. In either scenario, the market is expected to recover by the first quarter of 2025, with investors and banks facing losses totaling around $50 billion in a trillion-dollar market. #RealEstate #Multifamily #MarketAnalysis #MarketTrends Key Takeaways: 1:22 The issues when investing in 17 metropolitan areas 4:13 Multifamily and the worse segment of commercial investing right now 8:49 "Survive till 25" and Bridge Loans and the "Jesus can't save you" category 16:21 Average price and unit count of multifamily properties and entry level housing 23:46 Bank collapse and the fear porn chart 30:58 Life insurance and pension plans Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

Today's Flashback Friday is from episode 768 published last December 21, 2016. Jason speaks with Bob Pozen about possible changes in the real estate market under a Trump administration. Changes in legislation and regulations may lift up small to medium sized banks and increase the amount of lending by the biggest banks. Bob Pozen is a Senior Lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management, a Senior Research Fellow at the Brookings Institute and former Associate General Counsel for the SEC. Bob has authored two books Extreme Productivity and Too Big to Save which is discussed during today's podcast. Phoenix, Arizona, is being accused of setting a plan in motion to ban meat. The city's mayor, Kate Gallego, is refuting the claim. The argument is around the C40 Cities agenda, which Ms. Gallego is onboard with. In this episode, we'll dig into what that agenda actually entails, and how a global agenda is in the works to enact “consumption intervention” that would change the diets of people in close to 100 cities around the world. The goal includes reducing the consumption of meat and dairy products to zero. ⭕️
The United Nations General Assembly is bringing together world leaders in an opportunity to address the threats they face. During Tuesday's speeches, many spoke about adversaries of the free world. Among the anticipated speeches was from Ukrainian President Volodymir Zelenskyy. And when he took the podium, the embattled leader who has turned to the world for aid spoke about the threat he believes his nation faces: climate change. Many commentators online were quick to question what Mr. Zelenskyy was talking about. Most people thought he'd be talking about Russia and asking for more aid in the fight against the invasion of Ukraine. Why is he talking about “climate change”? And even more so, how is he trying to link the alleged threat of climate change to Russia? In this episode, we'll explain. ⭕️

On Monday, the U.S. military announced that it has lost track of a Marine Corps F-35 fighter jet, which is now apparently located somewhere in the country.
Rumors were swirling last month that 14 cities in the United States are planning to ban meat. The news made its rounds mostly on conservative news websites. The Federalist reported that the plan for 2030 outlines some very ambitious goals. This includes zero consumption of meat, zero consumption of dairy, three new clothing items per person each year, zero private vehicle ownership, and one short return airline flight per person every three years. Establishment news outlets were quick to label the whole thing as fake. But dig into these “fact checks” a bit more and you'll find there's a play on words. In this episode of Crossroads, we'll discuss. ⭕️

There's a new scandal in Washington. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) was filmed by a night vision camera in a theater. She was groped by a man she went with, apparently on a date, and was kicked out for vaping during the performance. This isn't criminal by any means, but the establishment media is pushing this like it's one of the biggest stories in the country. The issue was met by a wave of criticism, not for her, but instead against a media establishment that seems to play up minor scandals while sweeping the major ones under the rug. In this episode, we'll discuss this topic and others. ⭕️

Over the past year, my team and I have been traveling around the world, as well as throughout the United States, in order to expose how the United Nations' Agenda 2030 gets implemented as concrete policies in countries around the world.
The U.S. Supreme Court issued an emergency order allowing the Biden administration to, once again, interact with social media companies to censor Americans. Moreover, the odd thing about it is that this order came just a single day after the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden was announced, and it also came just a few hours after Hunter Biden was indicted on several felony gun charges.
Jason and Will Denis of the Flippin' SoFlo podcast discuss various aspects of the current real estate market and the impact of interest rates and inflation. They emphasize the importance of looking at data rather than getting caught up in fear-based news and offer insights into why the real estate market remains strong despite economic challenges. They mention that low-interest rates have led to affordable mortgage payments for many homeowners, making it unlikely for a real estate crash to occur without distressed sellers in mass quantities. Additionally, they discuss inventory levels and how they affect the housing market, emphasizing the resilience of real estate as an asset class. They talk about potential returns on investment in income properties, with projected returns ranging from 20% to 30%. Jason emphasizes that income property is a historically proven asset class with multi-dimensional earning potential. #RealEstate #HousingMarket #InterestRates #Inflation #Investment #IncomeProperties #Returns Key Takeaways: 1:22 It's all about inflation: Data not drama 3:41 News versus noise 4:33 Inventory levels and the sink metaphor 12:24 Wanted for an RE crash: distressed sellers 14:02 Credit scores and what it means to the housing market 16:01 Population and immigration: Demographics is destiny 18:18 Massive housing construction 23:31 The ‘Perma bull' of the housing market 26:15 Jason's crystal ball 32:04 Minimize exposure to ‘fear porn' Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, is facing three charges on gun crimes. It's very possible that the court will decide these crimes themselves are a violation of the Constitution, and as a strong believer in the Second Amendment, I think this could be a good thing. But beneath all the debate is something else entirely—a possible distraction from the real issues that matter. In this episode of Crossroads, we'll explore these topics. ⭕️

Episode 30: Molley and Chad interview Missy Johnson, owner of Lake Girl Apparel. We're going to talk about her brand and how it was a perfect fit, given Missy's love for the water. Hey, if you're going to enjoy the Lake Life, you should look good while you're doing it, right? Be sure to listen to the end of the episode for a special offer! How Did Lake Girl Get Started? Missy lives in Minnesota (“the land of 10,000 lakes). Lake Girl started in 2002, in Detroit Lakes, MN. The original founder, Peggy, founded the store and focused more on a wholesale business model. About 5 years ago, another company, LakeShirts purchased the company and took the Lake Girl brand nationwide. Molley comments that Lake Girl clothes are available in the ship store at the State Dock Marina on Lake Cumberland, where she and Chad boat. She loves the quality and softness of the shirts and sweatshirts. Missy mentions how these products last forever, but people keep buying them because of the quality. How Did Missy Get Involved in the Lake Life? Missy begins my letting listeners know that there's a lake everywhere you turn in Minnesota. The state's nickname is, “The Land of 10,000 Lakes.” The Lake Life lifestyle is embraced throughout both the summer and the winter. During the warm months, people go boating and swimming. During the cold months, people are right back out there, ice fishing and ice skating. Missy admits she actually lives on a river, but that's perfect because Lake Girl also has a River Girl collection. She tells a quick story about recently taking a friend kayaking on the river. The experience helped her friend to get over her fear of the water and now, she's a River Girl. It's part of the power a great experience on the water and the surrounding nature has to change a person's life. Molley agrees. As soon as she and Chad get back on the lake, those deep breaths of fresh air melt away the stress and helps them to rebalance their busy lives. Chad talks about how this podcast got its start. They noticed there weren't a lot of podcasts focusing on lake boating, which is their passion. It's something for people who enjoy being out on the water having fun. There's a huge community out there and Lake Life with Molley and Chad is providing a way for people to connect, learn and just enjoy life in general. It's a big family. Molley adds that Chad tries to work in a boat ramp story on as many episodes as possible. That prompts Missy to admit that they spend time sitting back watching people try to put in or take out their boats, all the time. If you'd like to hear some funny stories, check out the following episodes: Don't Be That Guy!, Ramp Etiquette and Trailer Safety and Learn from Our Mistakes. Has Missy Always Been a River Girl? Molley asks Missy about this, noting that it gets really cold, really fast in Minnesota. Missy agrees, but then describes the surreal experience of having an actual bonfire on the lake. It's a wonderful advantage to having such cold weather. Another great reason Missy enjoys the colder weather is because it brings the opportunity to simply stand there and breath in that cold, fresh air while on or around the water. There's nothing like it. Missy's also looking forward to bundling up and paddling down the river to look at all of the autumn foliage and the wonderful colors. It's actually going to be here first time and she's taking the friend she mentioned earlier. They can't wait! Missy grew up near the Mississippi river and it was always a place she loved because it allowed her to cleanse her mind. Water has always been part of her life. Ironically, it's how she returns to feeling “grounded.” There's a funny story about how Missy and her boyfriend got to enjoy a waterpark with a lazy river. After that, she told him she wanted him to build one for her. A week or so later, they found a house for sale on a slow-moving river. Now, her boyfriend often asks, “How's this for a lazy river?” How Does Lake Girl Apparel Standout from the Competition? Missy starts by saying the Lake Girl is their brand and if you see clothing with that name, it came from them. They work with a specialty designer so the looks and products are able to change frequently. Currently, they launch roughly 4 different designs per month. They also have a Lake Baby brand. It's part of their Impulse Kids collection, which includes Dockboy collection, in addition to the River Girl collection, mentioned earlier. Missy returns to the important aspect of quality. She's received tons of stories from customers who constantly wear the clothing, without wearing it out. It's part of why, in her opinion, the Lake Girl brand enjoys so many repeat purchases from its loyal customer-base. Many of these customers love to visit their wholesale locations to see what's new. Here's a link to the store locator. Lake Girl Is About More than just Clothing Missy mentions that the brand's best-seller is their All-American brand caps. These are a customer favorite, year after year. Every lake girl has to have a hat on the lake. They've recently added drinkware and mugs. And, if you're looking for more Lake Girl swag, check out the magnets and keychains. After all, ever girl knows it's always about accessorizing, right? Missy also mentions their waterproof, tear-proof stickers. They'll make it through the dishwasher. They'll last on your car or take-along other surfaces. If you're decorating your she-shed with a Lake Girl theme, don't forget to pick up on of their signs and a bottle opener. What Inspired Missy to Add the Lake Girl Brand to Her Company? Missy's main company is LakeShirts. Truthfully, it kind of fell into place. The original Lake Girl warehouse was located across the street, so integrating the two made sense for the business, as well as the customers. Missy joined the LakeShirts company five years ago. She brought a lot of retail experience. Once the Lake Girl brand was added, it was a perfect fit for Missy (see what we did there?). Lake Girl has really benefitted from the infrastructure and reach that LakeShirts had already established in the market. Do the Employees Enjoy the Lake Life? Every chance they get. In fact, they just created a design, “Off the Clock, On the Dock!” Missy things the initial inventory was sold out just from staff purchases, even before it made it to the website. The company is full of lake enthusiasts who work and play together in their tight-knit community. There Really is a Detroit Lake The company is in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Missy estimates they have 5-7 lakes within a 15-mile radius. What's the Biggest Recreational Activity in their Area? Fishing is incredibly popular, because it can be done year-round. People fish from the bank, wading near the shores, off boats and yes, through the ice. The boating season in the Detroit Lake area last about 3 months. Missy admits you can stretch it to 4.5 months, if you're brave. Speaking of brave, they also have a polar plunge tradition. This is when people jump into the frigid water, during the winter. There's a health benefit, but more importantly, they've turned it into a charity event. #RealEstate #HousingMarket #InterestRates #Inflation #Investment #IncomeProperties #Returns Key Takeaways: 1:22 It's all about inflation: Data not drama 3:41 News versus noise 4:33 Inventory levels and the sink metaphor 12:24 Wanted for an RE crash: distressed sellers 14:02 Credit scores and what it means to the housing market 16:01 Population and immigration: Demographics is destiny 18:18 Massive housing construction 23:31 The 'Perma bull' of the housing market 26:15 Jason's crystal ball 32:04 Minimize exposure to 'fear porn' Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

The White House sent out a memo calling on news outlets to “do more to scrutinize House Republicans.” It included 14 pages of talking points for them to use when defending President Joe Biden in the newly launched impeachment inquiry. Its cover email reads like a call to arms for state-controlled news outlets. It says, “It's time for the media to ramp up its scrutiny of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry based on lies.” Since when does the White House declare that it's time for supposedly independent news outlets to attack its political enemies? It also calls on the media to break from the normal news cycles while launching these attacks. It says they shouldn't cover the impeachment as just a “process story,” where, as it states, coverage may include “Republicans say X, but the White House says Y.” No, instead of covering the news and showing both sides, the memo calls for more active attacks against House Republican leaders. ⭕️
House Republicans are officially beginning an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. This is not yet at the stage of impeachment, but for the coming elections and even for former President Donald Trump, this could be more significant. What begins today is a new level of investigations. Republicans will have broader powers to investigate, and they will be more difficult for the Biden administration to obstruct. Depending on what they find, they can then move to impeach President Biden. ⭕️

Today's 10th episode features Dr. Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist who has written several best-selling books such as "Evolve Your Brain (2007)," "Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself (2012)," and "You Are the Placebo (2014)." Dr. Joe Dispenza is a Doctor of Chiropractic who has received postgraduate training and continuing education in neurology, neuroscience, brain function and chemistry, cellular biology, memory formation, aging, and longevity. Dr. Joe's work has been featured on six continents in 27 different countries educating people about the functions of the human brain through his lectures on demystifying mystical so people have all the tools within their reach to make measurable changes in their lives. Dr. Joe wrote the book Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One. Both books are ranked as best sellers on Amazon. He also has appeared on Oprah, CBS News Sunday Morning, CNN Live with Anderson Cooper, and National Geographic Channel's Taboo series discussing how our minds can change our reality. Dr. Joe Dispenza experienced a severe accident when he was 25, where an SUV ran over him during a triathlon event leaving 6 broken vertebrates with shattered segments going back towards his spinal cord. The prognosis was that he would probably never walk again after surgery. He refused surgery for his injury, deciding that if he rested his attention and energy long enough on his spinal column, he'd reconstruct it with the very power of his thoughts. After 10 weeks of doing meditations for several hours every single day, health started to improve. He eventually used the power of his mind to heal his body. After 30 years since this happened Dr. Joe has hardly had any back pain ever since! It was a day of tragedy 22 years ago on Sept. 11; 2,977 people were killed, and 3,000 children were left without parents. Some of the best people in the nation—first responders—lost their lives trying to save the lives of others. And in the wars that followed, America lost some of its finest young men and women. But something else happened on 9/11. Americans were forced to surrender some of their basic rights. Facing the threat of terror attacks, and amid the 2001 anthrax attacks, President George Bush passed the USA PATRIOT Act, also known as the “Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.” The PATRIOT Act raised the question of whether Americans should sacrifice their constitutional rights in exchange for safety. And now, there's a broader social debate on whether an emergency order can override the rights of Americans under the Constitution. ⭕️
Megyn Kelly, the former host over at Fox News (and more recently, the host of her own podcast over on YouTube) revealed the fact that she regrets getting the COVID vaccine because, she believes, that she may have suffered a vaccine injury.
An entire American city has just voted to officially ban all future mask and vaccine mandates: Huntington Beach, California—which is quite notable because California had some of the most stringent mandates in the country. With the rekindling of mandates across the country, lawmakers in the city of Huntington Beach aren't taking any chances.
We're starting to see a rise in masks and various mandates going into effect across the United States. We already covered the mask mandates that have gone back into effect at various schools, businesses, and hospitals—as well as the vaccine mandates that schoolchildren are still having to deal with.
Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro has been convicted of contempt of Congress for refusing to testify about Jan. 6. Meanwhile, Democratic Sen. Ed Markey blocked a bill introduced by Republican Sen. JD Vance that would have banned federal mask mandates. And in other news, InfoWars host Owen Shroyer is facing 120 days in prison for alleged crimes of speech on Jan. 6. In this live Q&A with Crossroads host Joshua Philipp, we'll discuss these stories and others, and answer questions from the audience. ⭕️
New York City has come up with a new solution to solve the illegal immigrant crisis: building a mega-project, and letting them live in it for free. The new location for this giant migrant camp will be a vacant office building in Long Island City. In other news, a speech given by World Economic Forum leader Klaus Schwab is going viral again. Last November, at the B20 summit in Indonesia, Schwab talked about harnessing the power of innovation for the future of economic growth. During his remarks, Schwab reiterated his intentions for how his organization should shape the economic future of the world. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump was recently indicted in Georgia—hot on the heels of three other indictments. And as the country awaits the trials, there are growing questions of whether even more criminal charges are in the works. Attention is turning to Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is working on criminal investigations into Mr. Trump. ⭕️

The proposed use of the 14th Amendment to remove former President Donald Trump from the election ballots is now heading to the Supreme Court. In other news, Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) introduced new legislation that would forbid the federal government from issuing mask mandates, through the end of 2024. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) released a report on “The State of the Working (And Non-Working) Man.” It looks into the phenomenon that about 7 million young men, of good health and in the prime of their lives, are simply choosing to not work. The longer they stay like this, the harder it is to come back into the workforce. Many others are just under-employed and underpaid, and there isn't a whole lot of hope they'll ever break out of poverty. ⭕️
Jason discusses various topics related to the housing market and investment strategies. He covers issues such as the housing shortage, market trends, and the importance of understanding real estate investment math. He also touches on the significance of increasing one's failure rate to achieve success. He then emphasizes the need for proper analysis when investing in income properties and addresses concerns about potential market corrections. Additionally, he mentions the challenges of high interest rates and how they impact the real estate market. He closes about the ongoing shortage of housing inventory in various regions of the country- most especially in New York. He then goes to part 2 of his interview with Mike Zlotnik of TempoFunding.com. They discuss the current housing market situation and the significant shortage of entry-level home construction due to various factors like high construction costs, labor shortages, and regulations. The demand for new homes has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the supply remains limited. Jason then touches on topics like the aging construction workforce and the difficulty in finding young people willing to work in construction. He predicts a housing shortage for decades unless there are significant changes in government policies, labor markets, or construction technology. They also mention rising property taxes and insurance costs, with Jason noting that many of the rental properties his company deals with are new constructions and not affected by high insurance costs. They also briefly discuss the idea of converting office buildings into housing to increase housing supply but note the challenges and costs involved. The mass illegal immigration policies are beginning to implode. Sanctuary cities are saying they've reached their limit. Lawsuits are being discussed against states that send illegal immigrants elsewhere. And pressure is mounting on the Biden administration from within the same party. Elon Musk may soon be in a legal battle with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). He's alleging the organization has cost X, formerly known as Twitter, billions in ad revenue. And he claims it has done this by using hate labels—in particular, by accusing X of being a platform for anti-Semitism. Mr. Musk wrote on Monday: “To clear our platform's name on the matter of anti-Semitism, it looks like we have no choice but to file a defamation lawsuit against the Anti-Defamation League … oh the irony!” In other news, it looks like the Chinese economy has reached its breaking point. The real estate market is crumbling. Manufacturing is shutting down. Foreign businesses are leaving China. The Biden administration has declared the CCP economy is uninvestable. And we'll see what's coming next when President Biden speaks at the upcoming G20 summit. Here to speak with us about this is Milton Ezrati, chief economist at Vested and an Epoch Times contributor. Meanwhile, we've been getting fed mixed narratives on the state of the U.S. economy. Many conservatives believe things are getting worse. The Biden administration has repeatedly claimed this just isn't so. It's "Bidenomics." Employment is up. Inflation is nothing to worry about. We're doing better economically than just about anywhere else on earth. But recent data has been contradicting this. Here to speak with us about the issue is Dave Brat. He's a former U.S. Representative, and now Vice Provost for Engagement and PR at Liberty University. ⭕️
