Does it rise like a flame, or will it be snuffed out - the audience mostly took care of that last bit, but join Bry-Bry, Ben the Marvelous Iggy, and Tazer as they dissect the good and the bad from this film, one category claiming more than the other; don't shy away, though, as we also take this opportunity to talk about the celebrate the larger X-Men franchise that Fox produced - what did we like overall, what did we dislike, what will we miss... these questions and more are answered in this special review episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast. In movie news, the boys discuss the developing of the Eternals, the continued delay of New Mutants, and the announced, if anonymous, slate of MCU productions for the next three years. Finally, in comic news, we're reminded that everything dies as we discuss Jonathan Hickman's impending cancellation of the entire line of X-Men comic books as sacrifice for his own creative vision, coming this July as House of X and Powers of X will be the only X-Men books on the shelves. Also in comics, the Warriors review some of the latest offerings from Marvel Comics - Tazer reviews Uncanny X-Men #17 where they put down a fan-favorite dog, Ben digs down further into the War of the Realms event by reviewing the absolute unit that is Giant Man #1, and Bry-Bry gets gnarly by reviewing Savage Avengers #1 and the prelude to the #1 issue featured in the Free Comic Book Day Avengers issue. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the latest installment of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast - the penultimate episode prior to the release of Avengers: Endgame! We're all atwitter with excitement, as the intrepid Bry-Bry leads Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon and the man known only as Tazer through all the news that's fit to print while trying to ignore the elephant-sized looming blockbuster in the room. While The Marvelous Iggy is lost in the Quantum Realm and we wait for his return to discuss season 2 of The Punisher, the warriors discuss the announcement and details of the Disney+ streaming service, the Marvel content that has already been announced, and what we're all looking forward to most; specifically, we discuss our favorite choices for the forthcoming animated series What If…? We also discuss the first details about Jonathan Hickman's House of X / Powers of X event, and - could it be - the possible inclusion of The Maker, a.k.a. evil Ultimate Reed Richards? Time will tell, as it will with Kevin Feige's comments regarding when and how they will introduce the X-Men into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and whether or not it's all hogwash. Then, in reviews, Jon and Bry-Bry round-robin several series to catch up on Fantastic Four, War of the Realms, Immortal Hulk, The Punisher, and Symbiote Spider-Man! ...This is it, folks… Endgame is upon us and, boy, are we already tired of anticipating it. But, all good things are worth the wait, just as all good things must come to an end - let's just hope that it isn't a big let-down after all… So, in the meantime, be sure to follow us on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, follow us on Twitter at @Warriorz3Pcast, subscribe to us on iTunes, and perhaps rate us favorably and leave a kind word in review! Now, let's go get those tickets.

April Fools, sucker! It's just the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! In this first non-movie focused episode since about the beginning of February (Geez, it's been a while…), we finally get to talk about the news again, and, boy, is there a lot of it! We three- intrepid newsie Bry-Bry, ol' man whirlyburger Jon-Jon, and professional jerk Tazer- kick things off this week celebrating the return of James Gunn to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3's director chair! We cover a myriad of other topics as well, diving into some GotG Vol. 3 news, the burgeoning production of both The Eternals and Black Widow (with an extended dissection of the rumor of Taskmaster joining the MCU), the return of Jonathan Hickman to Marvel Comics and other announced events, and top things off with talking about the future of them filthy mutants after the Fox-Disney merger having officially taken effect! Then, in reviews, the Warriors review Spider-Man: Life Story #1, our Book of the Week, and our ONLY review on tap in a change-up largely due to the fact that we're all still catching up on our comics… And that's our show for this week, folks! Until next time, be sure to follow us on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, follow us on Twitter at @Warriorz3Pcast, subscribe to us on iTunes, and perhaps rate us favorably and leave a kind word in review! Next time, (maybe) we review season 2 of the now-cancelled Punisher! (Maybe!)

Higher, Further, Faster - these, and other adjectives describe our escalating conversation about Captain Marvel, the latest offering of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the subject of this special review episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! After some technical difficulties the previous week, not unlike 90s-era internet, the whole crew is present and accounted for! O captain, our captain Bry-Bry leads grizzled veteran the Marvelous Iggy a.k.a. Ben, the Accuser so eager to bomb every problem away Jon-Jon, and possible Skrull Tazer on a discussion that reaches the highest of highs, gets heated at certain points, but ultimately they all reach the same conclusion - which conclusion is that, you ask...? Well, we plum forget; our memories are wacky that way. You'd better listen to the episode and find out! We're less than 6 weeks away from Avengers: Endgame, folks, and the countdown is real! Our second episode of 2019 is in the books, and as the Mad Quarterback Tom Brady gains control of his sixth Infinity Super Bowl Ring and looks to annihilate half of the world's football fans, we try to squeeze another episode around that. Bry-Bry is back leading the charge with the Marvelous Iggy, Tazer, and Ol' Man Whirlyburger surfaces as well - Jon Jon is back! We discuss the Big Game Spots for both Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame (Well, some of us do…), the rumored start of production on Black Widow and the odds of it being rated-R, the new Guardians of the Galaxy line-up and their odds of mainstream success, as well as the forthcoming Marvel exhibit at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia this April. Meanwhile, in reviews, Jon heralds the coming of Galactus in Fantastic Four #6, Iggy feels the unstoppable thrill of Unstoppable Wasp #4, Tazer makes us groan and roll our eyes when bad puns abound in Black Panther vs. Deadpool #4, and Bry-Bry ranks the adaptation of issue #1 of Wolverine: The Long Night! This week, it's only Bry-Bry and Tazer to fight off the darkness, which is proven more difficult as we discuss the unexpected cancellation of Daredevil after a critically renowned season 3. We further address the state of Marvel & Netflix with updates on both The Punisher and Jessica Jones, then dig deep for hope in discuss something new coming into the world: Shang-Chi being developed into a Marvel Studios feature film! We also talk about Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse already being greenlit for both a sequel and an all-female spin-off, and Venom breaking box office records and what that means for Sony's "Spider-Verse" of films moving forward. In reviews, Tazer tackles something different: an animated film, Hulk: Where Monsters Dwell - and, shock of all shocks, he kinda likes it! Then Bry-Bry caps-off Cosmic Ghost Rider with his review of issue #5! Finally, through the magic of live recording, Bry-Bry snap-reviews the debuting-as-we-record new Captain Marvel trailer!
