  Key Understanding: We are unforgiving to people who do not meet our standards.   Why you forgive: 1) You want to be forgiven. 2) You value relationship. 3) You want to do the right thing. 4) You want to get past the past.   How to Forgive: Step 1: Recall the hurt. Step 2: Empathize with the one who hurt you. Step 3: Pray blessings on the person who hurt you. Step 4: Committ to forgive. During her career Denise has been assigned to numerous specialty units; specifically the K-9 unit, the narcotics unit, street crimes, community oriented policing and direct enforcement with the U of U Police, the Unified Police Department and the Taylorsville Police Department. Detective Lovendahl should be commended for her resolve in investigating and arresting some of our most violent and prolific career criminals. Her abilities make the City of Taylorsville a safer place to reside and visit. Any officer in this state would be proud to call her their partner. In January and February of 2016, Detective Lovendahl was engaged in a large scale, cartel level, narcotics investigation. The investigation involved multiple suspects from several states and Mexico. Through her investigative abilities and tenacity, Detective Lovendahl seized nearly 10 pounds of Cocaine, two pounds of Heroin, $51,000 in U.S. currency, as well as other instruments used for the distribution of narcotics. Detective Lovendahl gives a hundred percent in everything she applies herself to. Efter medlemskritiken mot AMF-affären; vilken framtid har facket förutom förtroendekris och fanflykt? Reportage från mer och mindre stridbara fackklubbar och diskussion i studion mellan två fackliga veteraner från Volvo - Olle Ludvigsson och Jan-Olov Carlsson. På andra sidan Atlanten vädrar facket morgonluft i USA sedan en mer fackvänlig president tillträtt. Nu talar man om århundradets strid. Och i Kanada har fackets pensioner blivit vapen för påtryckning. Lyssna på alla avsnitt i Sveriges Radio Play. ”Vad ska Wanja säga på första maj?” Så står det på . Första maj. Fackets och partiets, LO:s och socialdemokraternas, ja, hela arbetarrörelsens paraddag. Men vartåt rör den sig -arbetarklassen? För drygt 10 år sedan 1998 firade Landsorganisationen, LO, 100-årsjubileum. Och samtidigt tog dåvarande LO-ordföranden, Bertil Jonsson, initiativet till det som skulle bli . Syftet var att se om det pensionkapital som fackföreningar världen över kontrollerar, i 100-talet fonder med totalt triljoner och åter triljoner dollar, skulle kunna användas för att påverka företag och finanssektor till ett större samhällsansvar. För ett halvår sen, Efter tio års verksamhet samlade ”Committée for Workers Captital” , CWC, representanter från ett 30-tal länders fackföreningar i Stockholm. Den globala finanskrisen var ett faktum och på LO:s hemsida kunde man läsa ”Finanskrisen kan stärka facket”. Då den oreglerade kapitalismen lett till katastrof, kunde fackföreningar som samordnade sitt kapital internationellt för att stärka arbetares rättigheter. Mötesordföranden, australiensiske LO:s John Maitland, sa att; ”under tio år har vi utbildat fackliga företrädare så att de förstår betydelsen av investeringar och pensionskapital. Detta gör oss starkare nu i samband med finanskrisen…” LO:s ordförande Wanja Lundby Wedin presenterade också ett förslag om hur CWC kan bli en resurs för rådgivning om kapitalinvesteringar för fackföreningar världen över. Den rådgivningen hade kanske behövts tidigare. För i Sverige blev kapitalismens kris också fackföreningsledningens när AMF-affären briserade. Styrelsen i AMF, med flera ledamöter från Svenskt Näringslivs och LO:s ledning, skrev på ett frikostigt pensionsavtal för förre VD:n. Kritiken mot LO-ledningen blev hård. Lokala fackföreningar och medlemmar har talat om fackföreningstoppar som fjärmat sig så långt från medlemmars vardag att de förlorat både insikter om medlemsintresset och ideologisk kompassriktning. Krisen i förtroende har också spillt över på arbetarrörelsen som helhet, om man ska döma av opinionsundersökningar, där socialdemokraterna snabbt tappat mark. I fackets fall har det varit en längre process; Sedan mitten av 90-talet, har hundratusentals medlemmar lämnat LO. Organisationsgraden bland unga arbetare är nere i 45 procent. I denna upplaga av Konflikt diskuterar vi om är så att AMF-affären blivit ventil för ett missnöje som grott under längre tid? Som svar på förtroendekrisen har LO-ledningen nu deklarerat att LO:s företrädare nu ska få utbildning ”för att kunna försvara fackets värden och ideal”. Vad är det för värden och ideal som gått förlorade och isåfall måste återvinnas? Kommentarer i studion av två fackliga veteraner med sinsemellan olika perspektiv: Jan-Olov Carlsson, som arbetat 30 år på Volvo Lastvagnar i Umeå, varit fackligt aktiv sedan dess och är vice ordförande för där och Olle Ludvigsson , som arbetat 41 år på Volvo, de 18 , sista åren som ordförande för verkstadsklubben på Volvo i Göteborg med ca 7500 medlemmar. Som personalens representant i Volvos bolagsstyrelse, i 26 år, den ledamot som suttit där längst. Sen 6 år också ordförande för LO-distriktet i Göteborg, och nu också socialdemokraternas andranamn på listan i valet till EU-parlamentet. Reportern Robin Olin besöker också två arbetsplatser med olika typer av facklig verksamhet. Först vid tunnelbanan i Stockholm som gjort sig känd för att bevaka sina intressen och inte vika för strid, när det behövs. Och sedan Metalls verkstadsklubb vid företaget De Laval i Tumba utanför stockholm där fackklubbsordföranden betonar samarbete och samförstånd med företagsledningen. Konflikts Kajsa Boglind intervjuar också Pierre la Liberté, rådgivare till den största fackföreningen i kanadensiska Quebec, FTQ, som genom sedan 80-talet använder sina medlemmars pensionskapital till investeringar i företag som garanterar jobb och drägliga förhållanden för arbetarna där. Pensions- och ersättningsskandaler som den i AMF kan inte äga rum i som FTQ kallar den. Och sist träffar frilansreportern Katarina Andersson medlemmar och företrädare för den amerikanska motsvarigheten till LO, , som är på stark frammarsch med 600 000 nya medlemmar och ett nytt fackföreningsvänligt politiskt klimat. President Obama har nu lagt ett lagförslag som gör mycket lättare att organisera arbetare på företag. Något som amerikanska arbetsgivarorganisationen driver kampanj mot och Ron Blackwell, AFL-CIO:s ekonomichef, ser som en möjlighet att förändra hela nationen i riktning mot anständiga förhållanden.
