School districts that are taking in migrant students might not be reimbursed as was previously planned.

Erie County Republicans are against a new law passed by Governor Kathy Hochul that moves some local elections to even years to align with state and national elections.

A public meeting was held in Cheektowaga yesterday where residents expressed their concerns over the migrant crisis.

Erie County passed a resolution to provide tax relief on heating and properties.
