Bridge loans are another way to get business credit, where a person with credit card debt can get approved for a business credit card by paying off their personal credit first. They get a loan from a new creditor to pay off the personal credit, whom they pay back (plus a little extra) from the new business credit they can now obtain. This can be a great stream of passive income for the new creditor, and the typical bridge loan can be paid off within about a month and a half.Andrew suggests using relationship managers to get in touch with the bank. It's also important to have credit cards from both big and small banks. He notes that banks prefer borrowers to churn through their cards by spending and paying off the balance.Using gold or platinum cards can also offer additional benefits worth exploring. While a brand new LLC can get business credit, banks might say no if the borrower's personal credit is already bad or if they've opened too many new credit cards. This is where bridge loans and relationship managers come in handy!
