On this week's edition of TBP&G. King Julien phases in and out of the program while setting flames to CeeDee Lamb despite his second-half efforts to help the Cowboys defeat the Giants. Meanwhile, they all break down the win by discussing problems with the offense, the promise of the defense and the effectiveness of Kellen Moore's play-calling before previewing the matchup with the Commanders. Chef's kiss.

In an emergency pod that their producer didn't get up in an emergency time frame, the fellas minus King Julien react to the news of Tyron Smith's injury and what the Cowboys next moves are.

With producer D.R. and King Julien back in the fold, shenanigans continue to abound on Tre Blanco's Podcast and Grill as they talk about training camp and potential future free agent signings including a spirited debate with King Julien over potentially signing defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Daniel handles another Pocket Watch segment including discussing the infamous clause in Kyler Murray's contract and finally, they wrap up the show with Tre Blanco and his sous chef Daniel having an angry, angry debate over if Josh Allen was wrong or right to start a training camp scuffle after being pushed by a lineman during team drills. Some of the projects of Sunbeam Foundation are funded by GEF SGP. Thrive provides technical vocational education to help entrepreneurs in areas such as: agri-business and hydroponics etc.Rhea was forced to leave a well-paying job because of constant illness and not being able to truly express who she was. She admits that it is difficult to leave the traditional 8 to 4 in order to be an entrepreneur but at times this is what it takes to fulfill your true potential and to put it simply to be happy and in alignment. In her journey she has been able to explore various aspect of her spiritual self which has  helped with healing of her physical complaints.  Rhea works in  communities sharing skills which have made people in these communities more self-reliant in terms of food and their ability to feed themselves. In the first episode of DreamMachine of 2019, Patricia and Arun discuss about the 2005 film Madagascar. It stars a lion named Alex, a zebra named Marty, a giraffe named Melman, and a hippo named Gloria living happily in the Central Park Zoo in New York City when Marty wishes to leave the zoo and live in the wild. However, they're mistaken for wild animals and are shipped to a zoo in San Diego while a group of penguins head over to Antarctica. But their crates fall overboard and they land in Madagascar meeting up with a group of lemurs lead by King Julien. Alex begins to have a craving for meat and tries to fight his urge to eat his friends. Will he succeed? Will they find a way back home or settle in their new home land? When the movie premiered, it made over $532 million dollars and received mixed reviews. However, it was the start of a huge franchise that kicked off sequels, spinoffs, and TV shows. Happy New Year! Let's learn about a few animals that have shown up in places where they just shouldn't be. How did they get there, and why? Sometimes we know, sometimes it remains a mystery. Some of Pablo Escobar's hippos: King Julien, the ring-tailed lemur who was discovered almost frozen to death in London: A little alligator captured in a koi pond. In Maryland. Which is not where gators live: A monk parakeet eating pizza in Brooklyn, because of course it is: How did these beavers get into a Devon river? They're not telling: Show transcript: Welcome to Strange Animals Podcast. I’m your host, Kate Shaw. Happy new year! Let’s ring in the new year with some out-of-place animals. Sometimes an animal shows up in a place where it just shouldn’t be, and while the animal itself isn’t a mystery, how it got there is. In this episode we’ll chase down the solutions to a few of these mysteries, and ponder a few others we can’t solve. We’ll start with some hippos that aren’t hanging out in Africa where they belong, but are living in Columbia, South America. In this case, we do know what happened. Back in the 1980s, a guy named Pablo Escobar had a private zoo that contained four hippos, along with other animals. Escobar was not a nice person. He was a drug lord who grew obscenely rich from selling cocaine and killing anyone who didn’t agree with him. In 1993 the police raided his estate and Escobar was killed in a shoot-out. The government took over the estate and turned it into a park, and most of the animals were given to zoos. But the hippos stayed. The estate had a lake that they lived in, and they weren’t hurting anything. But after a few decades, the four hippos turned into forty. The hippos have expanded their range from the park to neighboring rivers. Sometimes a hippo wanders into a neighboring town or ranch. Hippos can be dangerous—in fact, they’re the most dangerous animal in Africa, killing more people than any other animal. But the locals like the hippos. At this point the government is torn between needing to keep the people and environment safe from these out-of-place animals, and preserving animals that everyone agrees are really awesome. In 2010 the government started a program to castrate the males, which will stop the population from growing, although castrating a wild hippo is not easy so the program is not necessarily going to work. This is what a hippo sounds like: [hippo sound] In December 2011, someone found an unusual animal in London, a ring-tailed lemur. Even if you don’t know what it is, you know what it is. The vets who treated the animal named him King Julien after the character from the movie Madagascar. Lemurs are primates, only found in the island country of Madagascar, so what was one doing in London on a below-freezing day? Poor King Julien almost died of hypothermia and dehydration. King Julien was very tame, so had probably been someone’s pet. People are allowed to own lemurs in England, but only with a special license. Ring-tailed lemurs are popular exotic pets, and part of the reason they’re endangered in the wild is because they’re frequently captured for sale on the black market. I tried to find out what had happened to King Julien, without luck, but hopefully he recovered fully and now lives in a zoo or wildlife sanctuary where he can be properly cared for and can hang out with other lemurs. This is what a ring-tailed lemur sounds like: [ring-tailed lemur sound] Unfortunately for many animals kept as exotic pets, once the people who buy them realize owning an alligator, for instance, is not as fun as it sounds, the animals are often just dumped outside to fend for themselves. The kind of person who would buy an exotic animal in the first place is probably not the kind of person who bothers to learn how to take care of it. Michaela war mal wieder bei Jeanette in der Schweiz und beide haben sich über zu Beginn über das Wetter unterhalten, daß uns die letzten Tage ziemlich mitgenommen hat. Letzte Woche war der 2. Podcast Meute Bodensee und dort haben wir eine Empfehlung für einen Podcast erhalten, die wir als sehr gut empfinden. Jeanette, hat schon einige Folgen von dem Podcast gehört und er gefällt ihr sehr gut. Es ist dies, der Omega Tau Podcast. Angeregt durch ein paar Folgen des Omega Tau Podcasts, schweifen wir ab in Richtung Fliegen und Militärflugzeuge und gelangen dann noch beim Berliner Flughafen und dem Staatshaushalt. Jeanette erklärt kurz, wieso unser Podcast etwas verspätet erscheint und weißt darauf hin, daß wir nach der Aufnahme dieser Folge Freischnauze Podcast noch eine neue Folge unseres Podcasts Women in Tech (http://www.women-in-tech.de) aufnehmen werden. Jeanette hat einen neuen Staubsauger, einen Dirt Devil. Michaelas Auto bekommt nächste Woche Sommerreifen und sie hofft, daß es ab dann nicht mehr schneit. Michaela hat sich diese Woche die "Pinguine aus Madagaskar - Der Film" angeschaut. Jeanette meint, daß der Film eine Mischung aus "Pinky und der Brain" und "Ab durch die Hecke" . Jeanette vergleicht King Julien aus der Serie "Die Pinguine aus Madagaskar" mit Jaja Bings und findet, daß Jar Jar Bings nervig ist. Michaela mag den Charakter von Jar Jar Bings und kann gar nicht verstehen, daß so viele Leute den Charakter ablehnen. Nach Star Wars, geht es weiter mit Filmen, die man nach Jeanettes Meinung gesehen haben muß und von den Filmen ausgehend kommen Jeanette und Michaela auf Serien, die sie ganz gut finden Zum Schluß erklärt Michaela, weshalb ihr Astronomie und Kosmologie interessiert und was das mit Mathematik zu tun hat.
