She has added her ACE Group Fitness Certification, as well as HIGH Fitness, Balletone, Extreme HIIT Chaos, Tabata GX, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and is a Master Trainer for Barre Above. Colleen has a big presence on social media which has grown during this time of quarantine. When everything hit in Washington where she lives, her gut reaction was "I have to keep my people moving" and since has really taken advantage of new opportunities and ways to connect with her students. Juggling her brand, her classes, her young children and her health can certainly take its toll, so Colleen's self-care routines and attitude are crucial. Welcome to episode 17 of Living Well While Living Online. Today, host Tami Reilly is joined by Craig Walker, an actor and small business owner. Craig's television and film work include guest stars on the Law & Order series, Orange Is the New Black, Blue Bloods, and Iron Fist. In 2007, Craig became a small business owner with his wife and opened Local, a coffee shop for 10 years that has now pivoted to a craft beer and wine bar. Craig lives and works in Soho with his wife, Liz and two teenage daughters. This Soho neighborhood is truly where Craig lives his best life with intention and the awareness of keeping it old school! They know all of the local merchants and really strive to live a more community driven life. Craig's love of freedom and fun have had an influence on the lifestyle he lives and the work he does. With the ability to grind it out at his bar and then take off a few weeks to work on a production, Craig and his wife have worked hard on finding a balance. He has always lived his authentic self, and it seems to have served his family well in being able to navigate and adapt to our rapidly changing environment.
