Every so often people come along in the Restored Gospel and end up leaving impressions that echo through decades and centuries later. It will not be surprising that in a hundred years from now if people still won't be referencing Ogden Kraut and his research and work. And also like so many who have left such an impact Ogden did not live long enough to see the full fruition of his work, that particular portion was left to his son Kevin Kraut, and it is he who I am having a conversation with today. We talk about a benchmark that was achieved in his fathers work with the recent publication of Ensign To The Nations. Ensign to the nations is all 70 books that Ogden published in one book. During our conversation we talk about when and how Ogden first got the idea for this book, the reasons it never was published during Ogdens lifetime, the commission from Ogden to his son Kevin to finish the book, the challenges Kevin faced with getting it all put together, some of the more miraculous events that accompanied this work, and finally what this book should mean to mormons today.

The legal jurisprudence system is no longer based on the U.S. Constitution; in fact, there is usually about one school day spent in studying the Constitution. Neither are law students taught much, if anything, about the laws of God. Those practicing lawyercraft have become so entangled in case law and civil law that they have forgotten the ecclesiastical study of the laws of God, which should be considered as the foundation for all law. Anne is a widowed plural wife of Mormon Fundamentalist writer Ogden Kraut, one of the most important and influential polygamists of the 20th century. In the interview we discuss her role during the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics of informing the world press about the modern practice of plural marriage. We also discuss the friendship that they had with Jerald and Sandra Tanner. Anne helped edit 65 of Ogden's books and worked at Benchmark Books. She talks about the legacy of Curt Bench and how decent of a man he was. We also discuss her book "Voices in Harmony: Contemporary Women Celebrate Plural Marriage" as well as "In Sacred Loneliness: The Plural Wives of Joseph Smith by Todd Compton. CONCLUSION, Chapter 26 of Polygamy in the Bible    Pages 280 to 293   . . . it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. (Jude 1:3)   Polygamy began in Genesis of the Bible and it has been going on ever since. In spite of 486 translations, the Bible still tells the same story: God's choicest people lived plural marriage. Many try to separate the laws of the Old Testament from the New; but if that could be done, then Christ came to destroy the law even if He said He didn't. But when men revoke or change the law of God, they consequently change and revoke the blessings. No wonder monogamists have never received the choice blessings given to the polygamists! I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man. (Wisdom of Thomas Jefferson, pp. 22 & 182) What was the war in heaven all about? It wasn't about smoking nor drinking; nor which day was the true Sabbath; nor the kind of job or salary we would like. The dispute was not over where we would live, nor who our friends would be. The battle was over freedom and free agency–the same thing over which nearly all wars are fought. Wars usually begin with someone wanting to rule over someone else. That means one person must give up certain rights, privileges, and freedoms to the other. This may be necessary during employment, as we usually don't have a choice about hours, salary, location, conditions, etc. But we do have the freedom to change jobs, or be self-employed–or even unemployed. Throughout the world we have seen men rise in power, such as Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Tojo, and Mao Tse Tung, who have enforced their evil powers on their own nation and others, as well. These men created rebellion, war and dictator-ships after the manner of Lucifer. (Isa. 33.22) Since the time of Christ, perhaps nothing portrays the foolishness of man as vividly as his laws governing marriage. Numerous, inconsistent, and outright ridiculous marital laws have marred every era in history. Most of this legislation is bent toward superstition rather than practicality or divine law. Upon close examination, it will be observed that man's laws are always changing, but God's laws remain constant. This often causes a clash between civil and Biblical law. But human legislators should have no more jurisdiction over marriage than they do over baptism or the Lord's supper. Men might legislate laws contrary to the Ten Commandments if they wish, but that does not invalidate them, nor change God's sanction of them. Who would suppose that courts and congresses could assume the power to legislate against God's laws? Nevertheless, such tribunals have often enacted laws against God's laws of marriage.

ETERNAL DESTINY OF EARTH AND MAN, Chapter 19 of Mysteries of Creation  Pages 181 to 190 Parallels of Earth and Man The earth, like man, was once in the presence of God, and is a living creation. Brigham Young said, “the earth is a living creature and breathes as much as you and I do.” (Tchgs. of B.Y. 3:241) Like man, the earth also had a spiritual creation or birth before it became temporal or physical. Then this sphere “fell” from the presence of God, and it, too, must follow the Gospel plan of redemption. Because of its “fallen” condition, an atonement was required to redeem the earth. According to Parley P. Pratt, this atonement for the earth was made by Jesus Christ: Christ offered himself a sacrifice for this earth, for men, for the animals, for fishes, and the creeping things. Christ died for the earth and for the elements; Christ died for all mankind upon its face. He is not so capricious as to give specific laws to part of mankind and another set of laws to someone else. Nor with the changing of time does he allow these laws to change. If polygamy were wrong or displeasing to God, He never would have tolerated it at all. If it were a sin, He would have said so in the beginning of time, and not waited 4,000 years to make up His mind. Furthermore, if it were a sin, He would have made very definite laws against it and He would have clearly described the punishments that should be inflicted upon those who lived it. He would have included the law against polygamy with the other commandments, so that people could read them, study them, and teach them as His law. But, there is no such law against it in the Old Testament. Pages 1 to 8 Polygamy! The word itself strikes like a thunderbolt! Our modern society has divested its thinking and morals so far from this ancient practice, that this type of marriage is commonly thought to be sinful or unlawful. Yet, in Biblical times, polygamy was considered a part of the marriage union. For thousands of years it was taught and lived by many of the ancient prophets and patriarchs. Simply said, God and the Bible approved of polygamy. However, today most ministers and theologians either avoid or cover up this God-approved marriage principle. lt is difficult to understand why so many of the modern priestcrafters take such devious methods to throw a veil over this Bible doctrine. And it is for this reason that our contemporary society neither understands, nor wants to inquire into that honorable marriage law. God has never forbidden plural marriage, and that is the plain and simple fact of Biblical history. lt is time to expose the artificial scab of falsehood that covers the sanctity of polygamy, and it is for that reason this book was written. –The Author  Read this chapter https://fundamentallymormon.tumblr.com/post/673307450490912768/introduction-chapter-1-of-polygamy-in-the-bible Read this Book http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=479 Read books on Restoration Theology http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=30 Fundamentally Mormon Goes Live Monday to Friday at 6pm Mountain time. https://www.blogtalkradio.com/fundamentallymormon Thanks for Liking, Sharing, Subscribing and Listening

CELESTIAL BODIES AND CELESTIAL KEYS, Chapter 9 of Michael Adam of The Adam God Doctrine   Pages 77 to 83   There is only one definition of a celestial body–one that has received a glorious resurrection. A celestial body is resurrected to an estate much higher and more glorious than a terrestrial or telestial body. Only a celestial personage has the right to wives or the power of propagation. Adam had this kind of body.   Before Adam fell he was a resurrected man; that is, his physical body had been disorganized, and then reorganized. * * * Between the time of Adam's resurrection and his fall afterwards, he must have enjoyed a season of rest and peace. (Contributor 8:218)   In the pre-existent state there are celestial spirits–but not bodies. Bodies are the purpose and accomplishment of mortality; and a celestial body is the result and reward of a most righteous mortal existence. We can assume that Adam's physical body was a celestial body, because he walked and talked with his God. A terrestrial or telestial body cannot ordinarily withstand the presence of the Father; yet Adam walked and talked with his God in a physical body–hence, evidence of its celestial or resurrected status. (Gen. 17:6) Protestants and Catholics alike have studied the scriptures in an attempt to understand the different offices existing in the early Christian church, but they have no knowledge of their real purpose or function. They have occasionally incorporated some elders, teachers or deacons into their churches, but even then they are unsure of all the functions of those offices. John Taylor talked about kings and priests that officiated sometime after the days of Noah: We find that after the days of Noah an order was introduced called the patriarchal order, in which every man managed his own family affairs, and prominent men among them were kings and priests unto God, and officiated in what is known among us as the Priesthood of the Son of God, or the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. (JD 17:207) The Apostle John also mentioned kings and priests unto God: Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and hath made us kings and [167] priests unto God and His Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever, Amen. CONCLUSION, Part 2 of Chapter 16 of Holy Priesthood Volume 4   Pages 239 to 247 Destructions and Cleansing   The evidence is clear that for many years we have lived in Babylon–but the day will come when it will be said, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen.” (Rev. 18:2) The Lord will have to destroy all its wickedness to prepare for the re-establishment of His Kingdom on the earth.   Why does the earth need to suffer wars and destructions? It is a cleansing process. Since man has failed to honor the laws of God, they will reap their punishments.   God gave the commandment to “be fruitful and multiply” (Gen. 1:24), but society and government now encourage small families and promote birth control and contraceptives–even in public schools. God forbids whoredom, prostitution, and adultery, making laws to burn or stone the guilty parties to death. (See Lev. 21:9; Num. 5:22; Gen. 38:4.) But these sins, and countless more, rage in every city of our nation.   God established laws against homosexuals saying, “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death.” (Lev. 20:13) But instead our government makes civil rights laws to protect them.   And the list goes on and on–so is it any wonder that there will have to be drastic destructions to bring about a complete cleansing!   After all these wars and destructions, the surplus of women will be even greater than before–so the question arises:   How are the overplus females to obtain husbands for eternity?  http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=30

In Christ’s first public sermon He said, “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” (Matt. 5:8) It seemed to be a promise almost unattainable by man, but it was accomplished anciently on special occasions. We know that Adam talked with his God and knew Him (Gen. 2 and 3). Noah “walked with God” (Gen. 6:9). The Lord “appeared unto Abram” (Gen. 12:7) and to Isaac (Gen. 26:24) and to Jacob (Gen. 32:30). Later when Moses was called to lead Israel, “Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel: and they saw the God of Israel” (Ex. 24:9) Later it was said that, “The Lord appeared to Solomon the second time” (1 Kings 9:2). Other prophets such as Isaiah said they “saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne. …” (Isa 6:1) From the Book of Mormon we read that the brother of Jared, “saw Jesus; and he did minister unto him” (Ether 3:20). Nephi also bore testimony that he “saw my Redeemer,” (2 Nephi 11:2). Mormon was only 15 years old when he said, “I was visited of the Lord” (Mormon 1:15); and Moroni said, “Ihave seen Jesus, and that he hath talked with me face to face” (Ether 12:39).

And every man whose spirit receiveth not the light is under condemnation. (D & C 93:31) Most people have thought that all the Jews were guilty of the death of Christ, but we have pointed out that many Jews were not involved in His crucifixion, and some were even believers in Jesus as the Christ. In fact, most of the early Christians were Jews. Thus, there were “good” Jews and “bad” Jews. This is substantiated in the scriptures, i.e., Jeremiah. In a vision or dream the Lord showed Jeremiah two baskets and then asked him what he saw in those baskets. “I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.” (Jer. 24:3) The Lord then explained that those two baskets of figs represented the house of Judah. For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up. And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the Lord: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

Because of this, the Lord showed more mercy toward Judah than he did to the other ten sons. As the favor was shown to Judah’s posterity, so the disfavor was shown to the descendants of the other “lost” tribes of Israel. We know where the house of Judah is, but where is the rest of the house of Israel? The Jews were taken captive for a while, but they soon gathered back to Jerusalem. The other tribes were taken captive and gradually dispersed among the nations, and they will yet have to gather. The historian, Josephus, said they were still scattered in the “north countries,” and the Apostle James stated they were still in a scattered condition. (See James 1:1.) The house of Judah will gather to the Old Jerusalem, and the house of Joseph will gather to the New Jerusalem. The other tribes will join in wherever they are welcome, but will receive their blessings from the hands of Ephraim.

DESTINY OF THE JEWS, Chapter 16 of Who Crucified Christ by Ogden Kraut page 14 Even though some of the Jews are responsible for one of the greatest atrocities in the history of the world, most of them will eventually be converted to accepting Christ. The worst of them will pay the necessary price, but the others who are still looking for their Messiah will find their proper place in history. Brigham Young stated: By and by the Jews will be gathered to the land of their fathers, and the ten tribes, who wandered into the north, will be gathered home, and the blood of Ephraim, the second son of Joseph, who was sold into Egypt, which is to be found in every kingdom and nation under heaven, will be gathered from among the Gentiles, . . . . (JD 12:38) They will re-establish their temple, their city (Jerusalem), and their nation. Again quoting Brother Brigham: Let me here say a word to the Jews. We do not want you to believe our doctrine. If any professing to be Jews should do so, it would prove that they are not Jews. A Jew cannot now believe in Jesus Christ. * * * The decree has gone forth from the Almighty that they cannot have the benefit of the atonement until [147] they gather to Jerusalem, for they said, let his blood be upon us and upon our children, consequently, they cannot believe in him until his second coming. We have a great desire for their welfare, and are looking for the time soon to come when they will gather to Jerusalem, build up the city and the land of Palestine, and prepare for the coming of the Messiah. When he comes again, he will not come as he did when the Jews rejected him; neither will he appear first at Jerusalem when he makes his second appearance on the earth; but he will appear first on the land where he commenced his work in the beginning, and planted the garden of Eden, and that was done in the land of America.

CONTINUING CONSPIRACIES, Chapter 15 of Who Crucified Christ by Ogden Kraut  Page 133  And the Lord said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem. (Jer. 11:9) The Jewish commonwealth was divided into districts, i.e., Galilee, Judea, etc. Each of them had their own courts, legislatures, and judges, and was presided over by a high priest, which explains why there were so many high priests spoken of in the New Testament. Each district was subdivided into smaller divisions, presided over by an officiating priest. If the heads of government became corrupt, then the whole body politic could also follow–on down to the citizens. A conspiracy that worked its way into religious or political systems could soon corrupt the whole body and cause it to commit crimes in the name of justice and law. On the other hand, an honest government could improve the lives of the governed; but sadly, this situation was very rare. A conspiracy that worked its way into a government could result in the destruction of a nation; and it was so with many nations, including the Jewish nation. The crucifixion of Christ was not an accident, mistaken identity or a momentary outburst of a mob. The plot had been carefully planned, and the conspiracy was accomplished after a long series of gatherings behind closed doors.

Jesus often called the scribes and Pharisees “hypocrites,” which means they were not doing the things they claimed they did. He told His disciples, “All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.” (Matt. 23:3) To believe and profess is not faith, but acting upon such belief is. The Apostle James declared that “What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works?” “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.” “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” (James 2:14; 1:8; 1:22)   These Jews claimed they were the children of “Abraham,” they sat in “Moses’ seat,” they were the leaders of the “chosen” people, they could do no wrong, and they claimed the right faith. However, they failed to exemplify the good works to accompany all their claims. Though they claimed to be righteous, Jesus said of them: Verily I say unto you, that the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you. For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him. To wit, Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and the kings, thereof, and the princes thereof, to make them a desolation, an astonishment, an hissing, and a curse: as it is this day. (Jer. 25:18) As mentioned God has always brought blessings to those who serve Him and cursings upon those who fight against Him. Thus we can conclude that God would bring about an especially severe curse upon those who were responsible for the crucifixion of Christ. He had already cursed others for less serious crimes The financial bargain Judas made with the Jewish leaders was indeed a very tragic one. However, the bargain the Jewish leaders made with the Romans was about as bad. They chose Caesar as their king instead of Jesus the Messiah. They rejected the King of Kings for a black-hearted gentile who hated them and their religion. The Romans had found Jesus innocent of any crime, but the Jews charged Him with the worst of all capital crimes. It was a case in which the highest form of punishment was given through the lowest form of judgment. They chose to save Barabbas, a convicted felon, over Jesus, who was innocent of all crimes. Picture the scene! Those who claimed the guardianship of the sacred records and the revelations of God turned their affections against the wisdom and truth of the real repre-[111]sentative and likeness of God. The Romans, on the other hand, who had delighted in the destruction of their enemies, and were hardened in battle, looked upon Jesus and said they found “no fault in Him,” and refused to condemn Him to death. But the sanctimonious Jewish leaders wanted his blood. In their chants and demands for the blood of Christ, the Jews unknowingly purchased it with their own blood. But in one case, blood was shed as an atonement from sin, and in the other blood was shed as a punishment for sin

(Deut. 11:26-28) It maybe asked why there are so few Jews who accept Christianity today? Among the reasons are that the children have a tendency to follow the traditions of their fathers, and also, harsh as it may seem, the sins of the fathers seem to fall upon their children through a curse for evil deeds they have committed. This has happened to (1) the children and descendants of Cain and Ham; (2) the Lamanites or Indians; and (3) the Jews.   The Canaanites Regarding the curse that Noah put upon his son, Joseph Smith stated: Noah was a righteous man, and yet he drank wine and became intoxicated; the Lord did not forsake him in consequence thereof, for he retained all the power of his Priesthood, and when he was accused by Canaan, he cursed him by the Priesthood which he held, and the Lord had respect to his word, and the Priesthood which he held, notwithstanding he was drunk, and the curse remains upon the posterity of Canaan until the present day. TWO ADDITIONAL WITNESSES, Chapter 8 of Who Crucified Christ by Ogden Kraut.    Stephen and Paul Witness: as the most direct mode of acquiring knowledge of an event is by seeing it, “witness” has acquired the sense of a person who is present at and observes a transaction. (Black’s Law Dictionary, p. 1231) Neither did Stephen and Paul actually witness Christ’s crucifixion, but they did personally witness the hatred and bitterness of some of those who were responsible for it. Their testimony should be recognized because of both their position and their integrity.   Stephen Stephen was one of seven men selected to assist the Twelve Apostles. They were determined to be “of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom.” (Acts 6:3) And “Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.” (6:8) Stephen became involved in a dispute between members of the Greek “Hellenists” and the “Hebrews” of the Palestinian Jewish Christians. He proposed that the Jews should consider the teachings and ordinances of Christ more important than many of the existing temple rituals, and said that the Mosaic law was being fulfilled. But the higher principles and practices of Christ created more opposition than agreement.

THE ONE MIGHTY AND STRONG The Initial Scriptures In November of 1832 the Prophet Joseph Smith was in Kirtland, Ohio, writing a letter to W. W. Phelps and his “brethren” in Missouri. The letter pertained to all the Saints who should come to Zion for an inheritance. The Prophet said: I have many things which I wish to communicate. Some things which I will mention in this letter, which are lying with great weight on my mind. (D.H.C. 1:298) Extracts from the letter that followed later became Section 85 of the Doctrine and Covenants. Two of the most pertinent verses are: And it shall come to pass that I, the Lord God, will send one mighty and strong, holding the scepter of power in his hand, clothed with light for a covering, whose mouth shall utter words, eternal words; while his bowels shall be a fountain of truth, to set in order the house of God, and to arrange by lot the inheritances of the saints whose names are found, and the names of their fathers, and of their children, enrolled in the book of the law of God; While that man, who was called of God and appointed, that putteth forth his hand to steady the ark of God, shall fall by the shaft of death, like as a tree that is smitten by the vivid shaft of lightning. [paypal-donation] I'm excited to talk to Anne Wilde about her own polygamist marriage to Ogden Kraut.  She was the second wife of Ogden.   We'll get to know a little bit more about Anne. Anne:  I was born and raised in the LDS Church.  I'm very happy in it.  I went to BYU on a scholarship, graduated in it with honors.  I year after I graduated, I married in monogamy to Ted Wilde, was married in the temple.  I was married for nine years but during that nine years I realized there had been a lot of changes made in the church.  The two of us, he was very intelligent, a researcher, a scholar, not an author but knew a lot about the history of the church, so I learned a lot of that from him and then a lot of friends that he had. One of those friends was Ogden Kraut and so when the marriage didn't work out a year later, I became Ogden's second wife.  I was married to him for 33 years and he died in 2002, 15 years ago.  We had a really happy marriage, got along really well. It was interesting to learn that Anne helped Ogden write many books.  One of them detailed the fact that Jesus was married! Anne:  When Jesus Was Married came out in 1969, it was in February of '69.  That was Ogden's first book, and he knew that Joseph F. Smith was president of the Quorum of Twelve at that time.  He knew his belief that Jesus was married, so as soon as the book came out of the binder, we took the first copy up to Joseph Fielding Smith and got right in.  The secretary at that time, you know you could walk right in practically and see a general authority.  The office door was wide open.  Here was the receptionist, she motioned us in. We'll also talk a little bit about Jesus.  Anne says he was a polygamist!  We'll discuss what scriptures she uses to come to that conclusion.  Do you agree with Anne?  Don't forget to check out on our other conversations with Anne!)  Check out our conversation….. https://youtu.be/VQHrK-Jt1pc [paypal-donation]

Anne:  He is responsible for killing or the death of about 20 people, and I know that because I knew some of them.  Ogden[1] was introduced to him one time under a fictitious name and so we went out to a meeting and thought this was this guy's name, Stilson, and lo and behold shortly after that we saw a picture, “Wanted: Ervil LeBaron” but was a picture of this guy that we had met.  He even stayed in my home under that other name.  Then when I found out who he was, I was a little concerned, but fortunately I didn't know who he was at the time he stayed in my home. [1] Anne was the second wife of polygamist Ogden Kraut. Before we get to that,  She's a polygamy expert, and we're going to talk more about some of the smaller polygamist groups, such as the Kingston group and Harmston group. GT:  Would it be safe to say that the AUB is probably the biggest group now? Anne:  It is. GT:  It's probably about 7500. Anne:  It's the biggest one that's in unity or in one name or whatever....  Don't forget the independents!  That's what I am.  I consider myself an independent fundamentalist Mormon and that's because I do not belong to any other organized groups.  There's about 12-15000, but they aren't a group. GT:  Oh so they're the biggest. Anne:  But they aren't a group.  There are a lot that believe in keeping these eternal principles alive, not just plural marriage but others as well, as best as they can amongst the families.  They just don't feel impressed, and I don't, to join and be baptized into any of the groups. Conclusion of One Mighty ans Strong by Ogden Kraut. www.blogtalkradio.com/thekingdomofgodornothing/2016/06/24/conclusion-of-the-book-one-mighty-and-strong-06-23-2016 The setting in order of the House of God will be a greater event than the Restoration. What failed in the beginning will succeed in the end. The miracles will be greater; the number of converts will be more numerous; the power and wealth of the Saints will be richer; and Zion—the New Jerusalem—will finally be built. Instead of the kingdoms of the world overcoming the Kingdom of God, it will be reversed. The setting in order will be one of the greatest works of God among men. It will be called the “second great work” and a “marvelous work and a wonder”. Every true Saint should be eager and anxiously awaiting that event because Christ has promised, “Mine angels shall go up before you, and also my presence. . . . ” (D & C 103:20) This will be the marvelous work and a wonder, for everything will change causing Babylon to fall and Zion to rise. The Saints will again seek for the redemption of Zion and the building of the New Jerusalem. They will be able to make that promised journey because Missouri will be swept clean of every image of Babylon and will be rebuilt according to the plan of God. Christ will reign personally on the earth as King of kings and Lord of lords, to give laws to the nations of the earth. And “in that day shall the branch of the Lord be beautiful and glorious. . . and the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.” (Isa. 4:2) Then men will learn war no more and the earth shall have peace for a thousand years. (D. & C. 101:97-98) The influence and example of such men as Joseph Smith, Brigham Young and John Taylor left a deep imprint upon Church members, but only a few would prove as faithful. The Lord was now about to test them by various means of persecution, including imprisonment by the Gentiles. Mortality was meant to be a test–a trial of men's faith. Under conflict and stress the qualities or weaknesses of men are brought to light; and the crusades became the crucible to the verification or the failure of the Mormons. When a man defends his faith, right or wrong, he displays a courage that everyone is constrained to admire. Joseph once remarked: God, men, and angels will not condemn those that resist everything that is evil, and devils cannot; as well might the devil seek to dethrone Jehovah, as overthrow an innocent soul that resists everything which is evil. (TPJS, p. 226) One of the faithful men during these political crusades against the Church was a Mormon bishop named Francis A. Brown: “…before I will prove recreant to my wives and children, and betray my trust, I will suffer my head to be severed from my body.” Zions Redemption Radio airs Monday through Friday starting at 11pm Utah Time.  https://www.facebook.com/notes/mark-lichtenwalter/the-manifesto-compromise-of-1890/10157009912680344

Parallel Paths by Ogden Kraut http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=169 The Savior of the world bid all mankind to come follow Him. And as the hymn says, “He marked the path and led the way, and every point defined.” But although this path is easily marked, it is not so easily followed and is certainly not very crowded. Nephi referred to this path that he saw in a dream: . . . there arose a mist of darkness; yea, even an exceeding great mist of darkness, insomuch that they who had commenced in the path did lose their way, that they wandered off and were lost. (1 Nephi 8:23) But in this dream a way was provided to get through the darkness, and fortunately there were some who found the iron rod (the word of God) and held on to it until they got through safely. In mortality the word of God serves as a guide to help us throughout our lives. For us in America, the revealed principles of Americanism are the political part of the rod and the eternal principles of Mormonism the spiritual part–combined together they provide a strong iron rod. If we cling to this rod, we will reach the correct goal and “partake of the fruit of the tree.” But as the two sections of this book will show, many Americans and Mormons thought they knew a better path, and so they let go of the iron rod and began “wandering in strange roads.” (1 Ne 8:32) It is interesting to following these two [6] parallel paths of government and church as they detour from the path Christ marked out for us. However, we do have the promise that after leading through dark mists, deep jungles, dangerous swamps, and barren deserts, the two paths will eventually return to the one marked by the Savior. However, He warned that: Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Reading Preparation for the Kingdom by Ogden Kraut http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=363 Mankind have generally had the opinion that money would bring happiness, but this is a deception. The Prophet Joseph Smith gave the key to happiness when he said: Happiness is the object and design of our existence; and will be the end thereof, if we pursue the path that leads to it; and this path is virtue, uprightness, faithfulness, holiness, and keeping all the commandments of God. But we cannot keep all the commandments without first knowing them, and we cannot expect to know all, or more than we now know unless we comply with or keep those we have already received. * * * If we seek first the kingdom of God, all good things will be added.*** But in obedience there is joy and peace unspotted, unalloyed; and as God has designed our happiness–and the happiness of all His creatures, he never has–He never will institute an ordinance or give a commandment to His people that is not calculated in its nature to promote that happiness which He has designed, and which will not end in the greatest amount of good and glory to those who become the recipients of his law and ordinances. Continueing with reading The Gathering of Israel by Ogden Kraut. In the early days of the Church the leaders pleaded with the Saints to come and build up Zion; but today the leaders plead for the members to build up the branches. Zion will never be redeemed under the present attitude of building and strengthening the missions around the world or among the wicked. We are spiritually immature people, generally incapable of the celestial laws required to accomplish that work. We have never fully understood the temporal requirements of building Zion and the gathering of Israel. http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=114 www.thekingdomofgodornothing.com Show Airs Monday through Friday from 11pm to 1am.  GUEST CALL-IN (516) 387-1641

The More Sure Word of Prophecy is when you hear the voice of God Sealing you up unto Eternal Life!  The Holy Spirit of Promise is when the Spirit confirms to you that you will be with those you love Forever.  The Second Anointing is when a Priesthood leader is washes your feet so that you are Clean of the Blood and Sins of this Generation, and Anoints you a King or a Queen, a Priest or Priestess, to rule and reign in the House of Israel Forever!  The Second Comforter is when Jesus Christ himself personally appears to you.  How do we receive all these things?  That is the discussion tonight! The Patriarch of the Church, Samuel Warren Shaffer is in the midst of Revealing the Second Endowment, which has been on ongoing project in the last few days.  The Second Endowment is the deeper mysteries which surround these ordinances and blessings.  Not much will be revealed tonight about that, but perhaps we can get him to comment some on it. we will also be reading Calling and Election Chapter 8 The More sure word of prophecy by Ogden Kraut http://ogdenkraut.com/?page_id=90  Also Read the Book of Ponael https://www.facebook.com/notes/mark-lichtenwalter/the-book-of-ponael/10156197172760344 Frederick speaks of Seer Stones, the Urim and Thumim and The Largeness of Nephi and the Brother of Jared.

"Did Jesus ever marry?" This has been a disputable question sometimes arising against the popular opinions of today. Tradition has formulated an opinion, popular with modern Christians, that Jesus never married. Objectors to His marriage contend that He was not subject to the same laws, ordinances, or principles which are otherwise imposed upon the rest of mankind. Some oppose His marriage by purporting that marriage is sinful in its nature—that marriage involves a base, animalistic or sensuous practice, and that the union of the sexes is an evil regardless of the conditions. Thus the popular consensus prohibits Jesus from complying with the ancient law and practice of marriage. Christianity today teaches a celibate Christ. The reasons for believing in the marriage of Jesus, rather than in celibacy, are more logical, and to a great degree more valid, through the light of prophecy, history, and revelation. However, those who make reference to or boldly assert that Jesus was married will usually arouse a cry of "blaspheme" from the modern Christian. Despite the popular opinions and the pious modesty of our society, a careful investigation may prove interesting, if not advantageous, in the quest for an answer to this relevant question. To read along click link. http://www.ogdenkraut.com/Jesus%20Was%20Married.htm or http://www.ogdenkraut.com/bookavailability.html
