Pastor Michael Todd stresses that counseling helps release and heal trauma, yet too many avoid it; just verbally airing feelings to a safe person starts positive change. He finds successful leaders lose self-awareness as they rise, so must proactively self-evaluate despite external praise. Todd believes rest is a powerful weapon - facing fear of losing progress, leaders should set enough goals then purposefully rest to tap the best ideas. He notes that without purpose, achievements never satisfy; do things for meaning versus acclaim to find true fulfillment.LISTEN TO THE FULL EPISODE!Sign up for the Greatness newsletter!
In this episode, I'm gonna be talking about how I was listening to Pastor Michael Todd from Transformation Church, and how he talked about the fact that people do not own the vision that God has placed in your hands. And that really spoke to me because I'm one of those people that is trying to figure out now what God is putting in my hands as far as the vision that I supposed to do as a godly person to help people. And it took me a while to figure out what vision God has in store for me as far as what I'm supposed to do in this world to help people. And today it just hit me that is meant for me to be a life coach, doing podcasting, and writing books about how to truly recover based upon God's way of recovering. It had me to the point that I was in tears. But I'm glad I got a chance to see this today. it's amazing how the situation that I went through going after a sex cult has got me into a place now where I am actually a life coach helping people when it comes to recovery from multiple different facets of situations and people. So, I hope this podcast inspires you the way he inspired me today at church. And also why I have been gone for so long. But I appreciate all of you for supporting me through this journey of my medical condition. And still rocking with me despite it. Without you guys, there is no me. I will be nothing without you. So thank you guys so much for supporting me. I am truly blessed and humbled.

Masterful message by Pastor Michael Todd. Jaggy and I thank you for tuning in and SHARING!
Jason and the “Fearless Army" pick up where they left off in Friday's episode, discussing the matters plaguing the church. Though he's a fan of most of Transformation Church's Pastor Michael Todd's sermons, Jason admits that his message can come across as rather effeminate and oftentimes misses the mark for men. Is the church as a whole suffering from a masculinity crisis and cultivating a culture of empathy that pushes men away from faith? Do churches feel like they need to show more empathy to appeal to the younger generations? Pastor Bobby Harrington, T.J. Moe, Dave Shannon, and Pastor Virgil Walker tackle these questions of faith and more. We want to hear from the Fearless Army!! Jason recently received an email from a devoted “Fearless” viewer who was critical of the show's portrayal of controversial former pastor Rick Warren. The email was an example of the viral thought process that is infecting church congregations across America. Recently, Jason thought this virus struck one of his favorite faith leaders, Pastor Mike Todd of Tulsa's Transformation Church. Did Pastor Todd affirm transgenderism and homosexuality from the pulpit? Jason welcomes YouTuber Kris Williams, who levied those same allegations against Todd, and discusses the method and messages of Todd's teaching with Anthony Walker, Bobby Harrington, T.J. Moe, Virgil Walker, and Delano Squires. Plus, former NFL player turned Israelite minister Daniel Muir joins the show to debate the merits of Todd's ministry. Learn more about your ad choices. In Episode #37 my husband and I talk about chapter 1 of the book “Relationship Goals” by Pastor Michael Todd, we learned about the idea of relationship goals, and the importance of having a target. In order to win a relationship, we need to be aiming in the right direction! Aiming without a target can be a waste of time. God has created us with a plan for each one of us! He wants us to win in relationships! We pray this episode blesses your life. One of my favorite podcasts to listen to is Craig Groeschel's Leadership Podcast. Craig Groeschel is the lead pastor and founder of one of the fastest growing churches in the world, Life Church. Even if you aren't religious, Craig Groeschel is incredible and he has a great podcast with amazing business leadership tips. I listened to the episode today where Pastor Craig interviews Michael Todd, the lead pastor of Transformation Church. Michael Todd has an amazing story of going from the "sound guy" to the lead pastor in only four years of a mega church that is seeing incredible growth! Here was my favorite quote from Pastor Michael Todd when asked how he has moved up and exploded so quickly: "Every title I had, they had to make up a name for me because I was doing something that no one had ever done there." Hmmm, it seems obvious to do more than expected on the job but it rarely happens. How do you get your employees to go above and beyond? We all want Rockstar employees! Follow these 5 simple steps and be on your way to a happy, productive team!

Finding his identity in the things he did, Jacob built a reputation as a worship leader. However, it was not until the Lord had his identity taken away from him that Jacob realized he had lost focus of God. Through a series of sermons from Pastor Michael Todd, Jacob rediscovered who he was and what God had called him to do. Jacob felt the call to leave McAllen, Texas and move to Tulsa, Oklahoma and apply for the Internship at Transformation church without any guarantees of a job, place to live, etc. Although being denied, he remained faithful to the call on his life. A year later, he reapplied to Transformation church and was accepted to the internship program. From there on, his faith helped lead the path of his life. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithignite/support
