Wait... huh? It's all here and the hosts of the Animanicast are here to share what they liked (Kelly loves one particular aspect) and what they didn't like (Joey has some really strong thoughts on the last segment). Listener thoughts are also shared. This finale really shocked and even upset some Animaniacs fans when it was released and the Animanicast hosts have thoughts to share! It's important to note that the opinions expressed on this podcast are only the opinions of the hosts and listeners and are not intended to negate anyone's enjoyment from the Animaniacs reboot. That said, this episode did stimulate a lot of conversation and not all of it has a positive tone, so be warned! Each week, Joey, Nathan and Kelly revisit an episode of Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Pinky and the Brain, or Freakazoid! Today, your hosts talk about Freakazoid Episode three featuring the segments "Mo-ron," "The Sewer Rescue" and "Legends Who Lunch." Mo-ron Today's Freakazoid has several segments featuring an overweight alien named Mo-ron who has an important message for all mankind. Unfortunately, Mo-ron can't seem to remember his message. Mo-ron does remember his name however and  proudly recites, "I am Mo-ron!" continually instead of sharing any mysteries of the universe. Joey and Nathan enjoyed these Mo-ron segments quite a bit however Kelly... didn't. The Sewer Rescue Lord Bravery goes out to pick up some groceries for his wife and mother-in-law. On the way there, he hears a man stuck in the sewer. Lord Bravery sees this as his big opportunity to rescue someone even though the man stuck would rather have Superman or the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles help out. This segment is very reminiscent to Monty Python and even features a tune written by Gilbert and Sullivan. It's no wonder that it was written by Paul Rugg. The Big Question Another alien lands at the White House with an important question, "What's the name of Barbie's sister?" Luckily Freakazoid is there to answer! Unfortunately, Mo-ron is there as well. Legends Who Lunch In this short segment, obscure, elderly super heroes get together to have lunch at a deli. The group talks all about their experiences fighting off different fog-based villains. Finale Mo-ron comes back one more time to let us know what the message is! There's a huge comet hurtling towards Earth! Freakazoid saves Mo-ron's life. But can Mo-ron be killed? The hosts discuss his indestructible nature and the eventual return of Mo-ron... sort of. Nathan, Kelly, and Joey discuss their experience with the Beatles movies, comic-cons in general, and about the moral of Beauty and the Beast, as they try to stay on topic of the Animaniacs. Gimme a Break Slappy needs a break, and is excited to start her long awaited vacation from violence.  Unfortunately, Skippy is excited to see all the MEGA stars in their MEGA action films, and drags Slappy along.  Somehow, Slappy ends up being directly involved in about a dozen different classic 90’s action films, each time getting great praise from Skippy, until even Skippy has to admit that Slappy needs a vacation.  Joey, Nathan, and Kelly talk about as many different celebrity caricatures and movie references as possible and about each of their favorite moments and gags from the cartoon. Please Please Please Get a Life Foundation The Warners may be giving us what we may need most... a life.  This meta cartoon is all about those fans that sincerely care about all the trivial facts that Animaniacs has to offer, (pretty much all the things we talk about in this podcast…) but the Warners are here to help! Any fan who gets a little too obsessed is brought back to reality with a nice blow to the head with a mallet, and if that doesn’t work, we get to see our favorite parody dinosaur, Baloney!
